GO TO DAVID he is great !!! At first I did not get my refund advance loan, and the lady that did my taxes Sandra did not know anything and kept calling 800 phone numbers to ask questions . She charged me very high fee’s the highest I have ever been charged and she did my taxes incorrectly. I have never been through anything like this filing my taxes . I have been coming to Jackson Hewitt for almost 10 years without any problems . Now when I go this year the lady named SANDRA knows absolutely nothing about filing taxes and made multiple mistakes . David the other representative saved the day, he came to me and assured me he would fix Sandra mistakes and I will receive my refund advance . He proceeded to fix my tax return and once he was done I went home . Within 24 hours I received an email telling me that I was approved for my refund advance and could actually accept up to $1,500. This made me very happy, David was very professional and I would go back to him next year to complete my taxes again, great customer service and very knowledgeable.
