This place was suggested by a friend of mine. The service was actually very nice, I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and gel polish manicure. My total was $75. Everyone is very friendly. For that price I would have preferred place to be cleaner and less cluttered. But overall of a nice experience and I will probably go back.

I called and made an appointment and they never asked for a name. When I arrived no one greeted me until I looked around for an employee. The lady that did my full set rushed through it and started being rough, when I asked to do a nail over. My pedicure was completely rushed. Over all poor customer service. DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

First time I went here it was great. Took my daughter and had a very nice experience which Id why I came back. The guy doing my pedicure was nice and did a great job. But I wanted a Solar pink and while manicure and everyone acted like they didnt understand what I was asking for. It was on their menu so I pointed to it and said I wasnt this. There was a lot of confusion and Im assuming the boss came over was very rude. Told me I had an attitude and to not come back. I didnt have an attitude was very calm actually. He said that to the lady sitting next to me as well..Ill never go back there and never recommend to others either. Customer service was HORRIBLE

I went to get a eyebrow wax and one eyebrow has an arch and the other one is straight. Ugh now I gotta wait for them to grow back and I’m fasho going somewhere else. Nails are good but dooo NOT go to them for waxing.

I got the gel manicure and pedicure with the purple gel wrap, hot rocks, and hot towels. Bit pricey for what I got. The man doing my Mani Pedi didnt massage my legs for very long at all, I look over and the lady next to me got a 15 min rub Im like WTH. She sat down before me and I was done before her. I was rushed out of there I feel. Then once the gel mani was dried he said all okay all done. I was like can I get some lotion or oil and again no hand massage. I go elsewhere and they massage both feet and hands but was in the area and wanted to try something new. I took the high road and tipped him $10 but will not return.

I do not reccomend this place. They were on a hurry to do my maní and pedi they messed it up. They use the same equipment from another customer without Washing them They ask 10 or more on tip on a bad service. Should we tip on What we believe it is fair.

They are rude on n off .. Making an appointment is a waste of time. The nails come out looking good, until u really pay attention..They dont clean ur nails before applying a full set neither do they blend your side nails with acrylic correctly, they do a quick fast job n ya nails start lifting after a week n half .. I made an appointment but they had me wait 20 minutes to be seen. Then I asked for a small line of glitter on each finger and found out at the end that the nail tech charged me $5 for each finger because her acrylic lines were crooked, and needed to cover up her mistake. I payed more for the glitter than the nail set and she NEVER told me in advance how much she was going to charge me. I found out at then end. They also kept asking my friend over and over again if she wanted a manicure and she continuously said no. It seems like they are just trying to make more money and it’s stressful. I go to the nail salon to relax, not to be robbed. I will NOT be returning to this salon.

I did not have a pleasant experience. It was overcrowded, and there was no social distance thing or cleanliness. The wait was very long and I left bleeding and my fingers and toes burning and on fire. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I went to have a gel manicure and a basic pedicure .The way they apply the polish was not even and they applied more coat and coat until it become bulky.I was able to remove the gel polish in my hand and when I ask to remove the pedicure, they ignore me.So I ended up paying the whole set but I will not return to this place again.NO CUSTOMER SERVICES

Signature is by far the worst salon I have ever been. They are over priced and rude. My nails were tissue paper then, they broke on the same day. They also want to change me to fix them. After I gave my tip for 2 people the person that did my pedicure ran after me outside for her tip. I told her go ask the manicurist for her half. Needless to say she got cussed out.

So excited to have found a salon with outdoor services during COVID. I was handled well as a walk-in and received a very good pedicure! Pricing was excellent.

Haven’t gotten my nails done for a while since the whole quarantine happened. So glad this place is open. It’s very busy, but they are trying their best to make sure everyone gets done.

I went in on Thursday 8/8/2019 I had called ahead and asked for a 1 o’clock appoint for 2 pedicures and 2 full sets. They did a great job on my toes with the pedicure service I asked for. I can’t say the say for my mother, which I also asked for the same services that included hot stones, they finished her pedicure and I noticed they never used the hot stones. We went on to get our full sets and it went great. At least that’s what I thought. I went to pay and I was letting them know that they never used the stones and the cashier asked the guy who did my mothers toes and he up and lied and said he had. I asked my mother about 3 times before I actually told them just to make sure. When another guy who was doing nails interrupts me and says that the man who did her toes never lies and that he would check the cameras. I went ahead and said that my mother wouldn’t lie either and that he could definitely go ahead and check. He rudely said that I still would have to pay for a pedicure, for which I never even said I wasn’t going to because he did the simple services of a pedicure. He never actually got up to check because I first guy went and saw that he never did. Today is 4 days since I’ve had my full set and I’ve already lost a nail. Which never happens when I get them done somewhere else or if has been at least a month since I’ve had them done. I loved my nails but I’m very disappointed!!!

Ive been going for almost two years to this shop, David did my nails. He did a great job. But, every time I made an appointment, he and the others opening the shop never open on time, they were always LATE. Ive NEVER been late, but had to always wait on him, over 30 minutes each time. Latest, I had made an appointment for 4:00PM, got there 10 min ahead he was, which I thought was finishing up with a customer, but turned out he was just starting with this customer. I was livid, for the past almost two years he has never been on time, always had to wait for him. I had enough and will NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN. This is not a good place to support, they NEVER OPEN ON TIME AND SERVICE IS ALWAYS DELAYED. DONT SUPPORT THIS SHOP.

I love this place. i started getting my nails done here monthly in January 2018. With the exception of February I was mostly satisfied with my results. Going back today too. Started in July also getting my feet done. The last girl that did them didnt seem to be happy and I thought she maybe wanted to be anywhere but there. She did a good job though.Prices seem good, quick service most of the time. I will keep going back.

I had a wonderful technician doing my nails. She took her time and did a beautiful job. The salon is nice and well kept. The technician that did my feet barely paid attention to me the entire time. She was watching the television and forgot to clean my toes and burned me twice with the coal they use. There is still paint on my toes that she didnt get all the way off when I asked! One of my toe nails is missing half of the polish. I will come back for nails but never again for a pedicure.Update** my nails peeled two days later. I went back to see about getting a full set after making an appointment. Not a good experience! I wish I could say the same as the rest of the good reviews but unfortunately cant.

This used to be my favorite place to go, I recommended so many people to go there. Pedicures were off the hook, and Ive never had a bad experience with getting a full set, UNTIL this last experience, I will NEVER go back!! Johnny used to care about the customers, he doesnt care at all anymore. Rude employees now, terrible service, I wasnt happy with the way the nails were put on, the girl that did my nails stared at me like she was going to cut me in my sleep. Had to have someone else take them off and start over, the new girl messed up the Polish so much my 3 year old grandson could have done a better job. I complained to Johnny and he told me to come back and he would fix it, I did and he sent me back to the same gal. Im done, time to go somewhere else!!

I went today (8/30/19) for a full set and the girl who did my nails not only cut me on 4 of my 10 fingers but then proceeded to apply the nails crookedly. I will never be going back. I should have stuck with my usual.

This place is fabulous inside never been in a better salon. They do a wonderful job on pedicures with a hot stone and towel the whole time sitting in a massage chair. Beautiful job on the gel coat on my real finger nails.

I Love it, except there is one employee who i swear doesnt like his job and always gets complaints. Hes Very Rude. But besides him i love it, things are very relaxing and just overall a Great experience minus the one bad seed. 😊

I am here at the nail salon now and I am experiencing very poor customer service which I have seen time and time over again to others but I continued to come back as it is literally 3 minutes from my house. John, who I believe is the owner IS ALWAYS rude to customers when I am here but I have never experienced it firsthand until now. There was a misunderstanding with the services I wanted and he skipped two people ahead of me so I told him like hey I asked for a pedicure and I was here before them, he proceeds to get an attitude per usual saying that he did not hear that and pointed at an open chair and rudely told me to go have a seat. After he walked over, I told him that he was extremely rude to his customers and he replied, If I am so rude then dont come back next time. Moral of the story is that I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and I would advise others to take their hard earned money elsewhere!!!! Lastly, I rarely, if ever leave bad reviews so you have to know that I am highly upset about the level of blatant disrespect that John displays in his shop especially to the people who help maintain his livelihood.

Worse place ever. The first few times when I first started going there they did an amazing job on my nails, now that they have new people they do AWFUL nails. I’ve been so disappointed these past few times that I’ve finally decided to not go back after seeing how scary my nails looked the acrylic was so THICK on my nails I couldn’t get them off and it was so bumpy, not to mention the top coat started peeling. On another occasion I did not tip the lady because she did a horrible job and once I said no tip she straight up walked away with out saying another word. They are over priced and do half as jobs. Keep your little girls away to they charge $15 for pedicures and then don’t even fic them the full treatment my daughter only got her nails clipped and polished. Definitely do not recommend this place.

First time going there about 2 weeks ago not a good experience. The guy that did my nails he didnt do a good job the color is coming out already and the nails are aswell.i dont think I would go back there.

They use MMA Acrylic which is against the law. Highly wouldn’t recommend, my nails were extremely damaged after and when trying to remove the acrylic became sticky.

I asked for white almond acrylics and first of all they weren’t almond at all they’re like completely round. Second of all they’re STICKING UP FROM MY NAIL BEDS. like instead of normal flat nails they’re stickinf upward. Would never recommend don’t go here seriously

I called an hour ahead of time to see if they could take me/make an appointment, and I was told to just come on in (i.e. they didn’t take my information down for an appointment). When I arrived, the salon looked like a zoo with how many people were in there. They still advised they could take me right away though. I felt RUSHED to choose a color amongst limited color options. I just picked one quickly since they were rushing me to the chair after 2-3 minutes, if that long.I wasn’t all that impressed with the pedicure service I received, but it was alright. The technician wasn’t very willing to work on removing added cuticle growth. I would have preferred she do more, and I *did ask* her to do so. She seemed annoyed and reluctant. I also certainly did not have a relaxing experience with all the hollering across the salon the technicians were doing! 🗣When paying, my technician was rushed to the checkout to manage my payment. I was put off by the question on how much to tip. Soooooo, I have to tell the very person who did my pedicure how much I want to tip her? To her face? This was not etiquette appropriate tipping.Overall, the pedicure was alright and not anything that needed re-doing by another salon/technician, but I’m thankful I live out of state and don’t need to return!

Tried this place 3 times - each time the technician didnt know what they were doing and after 45 minutes and constantly questioning the technique, I refused to have them continue and I was still ordered to pay!!!

A couple of weeks back me and my mom went to get our nails done and the lady that was doing her nails was being absolutely rude to my mom. My mom has a hand injury and she couldn’t twist her arm much and she let her know about that be she still got mad and told her if she didn’t like her service that she could leave.

I asked for color. The gal then cut my nails to the skin and tried to convince me to go with the fake nails. When I said no she showed me attitude the rest of the appointment. Will not be going back.

I will never go here again after going to them multiple times I went in on a Sunday to get a full set as usual they took me in pretty fast especially since it was a Sunday I was seen by a man name David he didnt say much at all but he did what I asked for and I loved them than here comes Tuesday I had a nail pop off normally I never really have a nail pop off but it was ok I went back so they could fix it but David wasnt in this day he than through someone who was inexperienced on me which was fine also but after 15 mins on this one nail it was a little annoying especially when i come alot and i had chrome nails he was not ready i felt like, he even asked me what shape I wanted when clearly all the nails on my hand were the same as he continued than the owner had to come over and guide him as well as put on the chrome when he was done he told me for her it was going to be $5 after 25 mins on this one nail I was than irritated I stated to the owner I always come in and never have a nail pop off he than told me it doesnt matter we cant guarantee what might happen when you leave I than told him ok that is fine I will pay the 5 but I am very unhappy because I come here all the time and also tip no problem but I will not be back is what I told him after he kept arguing with me than he kept trying to argue with me more after I told him I would give him his money I felt embarrassed smh I will never come back here again so than here comes today all of my nails besides 4 popped off Im really upset about it because now i have to go to another nail shop and probably spend the same amount which was 45-50 for a whole new set when I could of easily gotten a fill Its ok just wanted to leave my review I will never be back here and that is.

They were nice and very nice set up but not happy with my nails. One thing i dislike is if im asking for a certain color or design, i dont want anyone trying to change my mind. I was glitter and omg the guy kepr saying maybe another color. I thought he didnt know how to use the glitter gel because he kept asking other employees something in Vietnamese. Then they would say u dont want other color? I said no this is what i want. They asked like 3 or 4 times. Then i figured they didnt want to do it. The guy took foreeeeeeever. I think i was there for almost an hour and half and this was just a fill. Then all of a sudden an unhappy customer started to argue with the front desk. It was a hot mess. I didmt like how my nails turned out and they charged $32 for just a fill. It was my first time there and never going back. The guy was nice who did my nails so thats the only reason i gave a star.
