I love Ann. Ive been getting my nails done for years now and Ive never continued going to the same person for as long as I have her. Its been months now. She will at least try to give me the design I ask for... even if it takes forever. I tip her very well because she deserves it.

They do a good job but the place is dirty. It doesn’t look like they clean or wipe things down. This place is far from luxury. This is a decent place if you want to pop in and out or if you are rushing. But if you’re like me and want a nice experience + atmosphere as well this is not the place.Please clean up. If the place looks dirty makes me wonder about the tools etc

Took my wife, mother and daughter here. We was greeted at the door and within seconds all 3 had been escorted to their seats. The staff was very cordial and friendly they didnt pressure us to get something more expensive like other planes. They were very friendly when we said what we wanted and made us feel comfortable

I go here all the time but this time I just wanted a basic manicure and unfortunately when you get a cheaper service they treat you differently, but usually when I get my usual pedi and mani with gel and decorations im treated beautifully lol, sad but true

I got a gel manicure & gel pedicure on a Sunday, paid 65.00 plus $10 tip. My thumb nails peeled off the next day. Within a week, all but two fingers on each hand were peeling off. I called the following Saturday as they said they were only operating weekends. They told me they were too busy to fix my nails and to come back the next day at 3. I came back, the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The staff are super professional. This is the only place where you can bring a picture of what you want in Vallejo and they can do it. All the nail technicians that I have had there have been really good. The cool part is that you dont have to really worry about which one you get. However I do prefer the two ladies who do nails there. Sometimes a gentleman who doesnt make them a little too big.

If you dont get the owner Mark to do your nails youre going to get a botch job. The other nail technicians are clueless nor do they take any proud in their work. I wasted my money no one could do a good fill in or pedicure. There were three people working on me at the same time. And they still couldnt get it right. The only thing I wanted was a French manicure on my hands and feet. Of course! they all started speaking in there language because youre complaining about the quality of their work. Very unprofessional! I would have given them a zero if I could have.

I heard good things about this place so I went to go give it a try and I absolutely HATE my nails... they’re all crocked.. I started off with Mark & then ended up with a lady.. I told her if she could fix them and apparently she did but my nails literally look the same to how they were to start off. So disappointed & overall poorly done.

This is hands down the BEST nail salon Ive ever been to! I got a full gel set done in the beginning of June last YEAR and i would go in to get fills 3 weeks 4weeks 5week and a couple of time didnt get to come in for a full for 7 whole weeks. And still after 7 weeks my nails didnt look all that bad. Oh and I JUST took off the nails 3 days ago. Yes I said 3 days ago. In between June 2018 till April 2019 I only broke ONE nail. I will never go to a different nail salon ever now. My full set coat me $35 and my fills were $25 -$30 depending on the design or just plain color. And top it off I didnt need to go in every 2 weeks like Ive had to with other salons/ normal acrylic nails. Amazing

Hands down the best shop ever. I got a full gel set the middle of June and still have that same set on and only broke one nail but it was completely my fault. The nails each time stay looking freshly painted and I work in a warehouse 6 days a week and use my hands to the whole time. Thats amazing to spend 35 for a set and on top of that wait to go every 3 weeks to get a fill for 28.

This is the worst shop in Vallejo.. I came on Monday for a full set and by Tuesday 5 nails had already popped off I came to get them re done and they had the nerve to tell me that I have to wait a hour and a half for them to fix the broken ones. I then asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t give it back... I will never come back to this dump.

I love coming to this shop until today! My friend and I went and got a basic pedicure that should be 20mins at least. I swear that was the fastest service I received in all my life of about 8minutes about 10 atthe most. I didnt even get a chance to relax. My friends pedicure was about 30minutes.The manger Mark come over and I told him about what happen and I received an apology. My feet and nails do look nice. I did pay for my services full price. I dont ever want to go any spa to relax and received speedy pedicure. Basically she painted my toes for $20.

I will NEVER go back to this salon. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in the door to ask what services I was in need off. I let them know I recently spoke to them on the phone and was told I could come in now for a pedicure and fill for my full set.I sit down as directed and the gentleman hands me a menu and I tell him pedicure #2. The sea salt scrub that they use was so rough and the man was scrubbing so hard that my legs were stinging and burning with this numb, tingling sensation. It was very unpleasant. As he put the mask on and wrapped the hot towels around my legs it began to soothe them. He then went on to the pedicure where he scrubbed my feet so damn hard and consistently with the pumice that you could see the scratch marks on the sides of my feet and big toe 😩.As I’m getting my pedicure done. A woman starts my fill in. I informed her that I previously got my set done else where and I have colored powder and not regular acrylic. I let her know that I would like to change my yellow acrylic powder to something new. So I asked her, “in order to change to a different powder color do I need to get this current set soaked off?” She told me she didn’t have the color powder so we’d have to just paint over it. I then pointed out an entire WALL of colored powders. She then tells me they don’t have the yellow color that I already had on my nails. I then told her AGAIN, “I don’t want yellow any more, so AGAIN, do I need to have you remove my current set and start fresh” she told me again “we’ll paint over, just pick a color” and tosses the gel polish selection in my lap.At this point I’m irritated, my legs are burning and this woman is clearly not understanding but I’m trying to just get this out of the way and enjoy the rest of my day. So I say “okay, I’ll pick this teal color”. She says “ohhh, the yellow is going to come through that blue, you should do something darker.” “But I don’t want something darker..” so at this point I should’ve just gotten a new set, but the communication was just NOT there, the language barrier was STRONG, and she already had started filing on my nails and adding plain acrylic 😑.So I said, “fine, just paint over them yellow and I want my toes the same color, but I don’t want gel on my toes please so if you can find a close enough match to that in REGULAR polish that would be great!”She directs the man doing my pedicure, in their language, to grab yellow for my toes...I kid you not, this man came back with lavender gel polish. 🤦🏾‍♀️She yelled at him to get the correct color.So I finally start to just sit back and TRY and relax, when I look down and he has yellow nail polish off to the side, but it physically painting my toes white!!I asked the woman doing my nails why he’s painting them white when I asked for yellow, and they just kept looking at each other confused and arguing back n fourth so I said “you know what, just paint them clear please and finish up, I’m about ready to go..” so he found my the reddish pinkish looking clear and said “is this okay?” “Yeah, sure, long as it’s clear, I just want CLEAR.” Although, The pink tint wasn’t a bad touch with my skin tone; thank god!But then he finished painting my last toenail and AUTOMATICALLY start sliding my sandals on! He completely smudged my entire big toe. And instead of taking off the polish and repainting it, he started adding more coats, now I have a lumpy big toe. He then slide the store sandals on, again without letting them dry at all, and smears my same toe AGAIN but with his hand this time! Now he goes to put some more coats on.. I said “sir, PLEASE, remove the polish and start over, I don’t need any more coats on this nail..it’s clumpy at this point!!” And he did.There’s so much more that happened but not enough to type. But this was my experience. And I’m not going back. I’ll stick to Blosson Nails across the street!

First off, they left me sitting at one of the stations waiting for like 10 minutes. The girl who did my nails was rude and didnt know what she was doing. The other lady next to her was rude as ever. Ive been there before, but this time was the worst. I honestly doubt I will ever go back there. Ill stick with my salon in El Cerrito. It may be a drive, but its better than dealing with crappy service. You want a good salon, go to Nails By Vivian. Every tech knows what theyre doing.

The total experience was okay, I dont like going to other stylists, including nail stylists, I usually only go to my daughter, she is a licensed cosmetologis, I feel she has more knowledge, this experience proved it, not that it was bad, it just ISNT something I can do regularly, as for recommendations, I would say speaking clear English would have helped, and having the knowledge about your products being able to explain the process in an easy to understand or at all would be a benefit to the business and would bring customers like me

I literally had the WORST experience at this nail spa! The service was ok however, the treatment was TERRIBLE!! The staff literally had an entire conversation about me in their language in front of me.. Pointing, laughing and one lady stood over the tech the entire session and gave me the evil eye! I felt uncomfortable and it was extremely disrespectful! I spent $60 for a pedicure to get humiliated! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!
