This is by far one of the best car wash places, I have ever been too! I used to live in Vallejo for 5 years but have moved out to Sonoma county for school, my family still lives out there and when I come down to vallejo, I go there. I like how they give $2 coupons from the back of the Safeway receipts. For $22 they clean my car inside and out making it as good as new. They do a great job and I see that they truly put time and effort into satisfying their customers. I always tip them because I believe there price is extremely reasonable for the amount of time and service, they provide. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because we have to wait a long time and they don’t go in order. They were doing other cars that came behind me. Overall, I am pretty satisfied and would go there again and again. I have gone to a lot of other places and they charge more and don’t do nearly as a good job as this place.

I would like to start off by saying that this is the best car wash in Vallejo..theres no competition hands down they are the best and you get what you pay for. Theyre very efficient they communicate well with one another if you have any discrepancy you can speak with the person that was servicing your vehicle and they will take care of it.. and theres always two to three people working on your vehicle one does tires while one is vacuuming one does windows as well as the interior and if you just so happen to pay one of the individual a tip they always split it with every one that was working on that particular vehicle. I will continue to go to them so long as they are in business and by the looks of it thats forever

Had my car washed in and out here for the first time because it has good ratings. When i got home, there were a lot of small drops of gooey liquid on the side, probably carnuba wax that was not properly applied. And there were water drip marks on my rear bumper coming from the trunk, meaning they did not wipe the water off inside the trunk. It would require an exterior detail just to remove those drip marks. Had a lot of experience with carwashes that did not completely clean my car, but first time the carwash actually put more dirt/stain on my car.

Great service !! I may be exagereting but honestly this is the best place to take your car for a good and full wash.They hand wash the entire car, remove all the mosquitoes and gooish slime thing left after insects crash on to the windshield. Then the automatic washing machines gives a second wash to the car.After this based on the amount you pay they will go and vacuum and put armor all on all the plastic, vinyl, etc.Also they add a fragrance to the interior so when your car is ready you can smell a fresh and clean state of it. Very refreshing.I have taken my cars to other different places around d the area (FF, Suisun, Vallejo, Vacaville, etc) and none has anything close to what this guys offer at this location. Sometimes I have to wait in line for almost an hour after the car gets parked under the large canopy so, they can get to it and do the inside cleaning but I do not care. I rather wait and get a good job done than go to a no busy place where they are just not committed to do a service like here.Definitely I will recommend to anyone that wants to have a good carwash to visit this place.To all the workers, please keep the good work! Terrible customer service and bad clean job. They would allow me to run through the wash again to actually CLEAN my vehicle which is what I paid for. Every car wash I’ve ever been to has allowed me to do that if the first wash didn’t clean my vehicle completely. Bad management

We went and had my wife car detailed for the first time worst experience ever. Wouldnt refer this business to anybody. The car is still dirty hair and dirty all over the seats inside. Had the mattes shampooed one mat is shredded on the corner and the other one is melted burnt remember first detailing 10000 miles on vehicle. Went back guy at both denied us being there till I pulled out receipt. Then he went and got another guy that said the machine wouldnt do that to the Matts and they came that way. If I could post pictures I would, horrible. These kind of business dont need to be open not doing what they say they can do.... And when something gets messed up they deny that it was them. Brand new car floormats ruined!!

Stopped taking my car here. My mirrors do not fold manually I mentioned this as I am going into the bay for the wash. They force fold my mirrors anyway and broke it. They rigged it back together and told me everything was fine. This wasnt the first time I figured Id give me them a few chances. They are not very detailed in the work. Wheels were still dirty. When they get busy its like chicken with their heads cut off they dont know top from bottom. Management here really needs to be held accountable or replaced. Probably lacks proper customer service training. The problem with most businesses they just want to give mediocre service to get a buck!!

Hands down the best car wash in Vallejo! I only come here to get my car washed. The prices are reasonable the staff is friendly and everything comes out of maculate. If you want your car done quickly and without hiccup definitely stop here.

This is not a true hand wash. More like an automated wash and hand dried. Anyhoo at $26 for inside and outside, its not the most expensive but its also not the cheapest.When theyre finished with my car, I shouldnt have to point out all the spots they missed. Frustrating. In addition, I didnt see it until I drove off and the sun was beaming through my front windshield but my windows had streaks all over them, on the inside. Dirty cloths? I dont know. I do know Ill never waste my money there again.

This place always does a great job on my car. One time I spilled sweet tea all over the car, seats, dashboard, etc. it was everywhere! They got every spot out and there was no stickiness anywhere. HIGHLY recommend!

If you go do not let them move your car. I watched an employee move my car with the door open and drive it into a poll . It left a few scratches on my car. When i confronted the manager that was not present at the time I was told they were already there and they did not do it. And was asked to leave. I have been going here once a month for 3 years and this is the appreciation they give their customers. DONT GO!!!!!!!

We always take our cars to this place as its conveniently close to our home. Line is never long, our cars are always serviced quickly. Weve tried several of their options and they do an OK job regardless of what you pay for. I mean, the cars always leave cleaner than they were before but they never do an excellent job. I took my car just a few days ago and bought the basic wash for 7.99, basic exterior only. The car had bird poop right above the windshield, in a very visible spot; when I returned home I could still see the bird poop which, by the way, its not that hard to get rid of. The back door and window were the least prepped I guess; there was no major difference between the before and after. I think they could prep better. I didnt want to go back though so I just let it go. I guess you get what you pay for, right?

I took my car to get cleaned and one of my hubcaps broke while going through the car wash. They offered to pay to replace it with no issues. The prices are fair and they offer great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good prices. Hand wash plus rotary brushes for the sides and wheels. Blow dry plus a hand towel drying. They usually do a great job for just 8 bucks.

Love this wash! You can get your car washed inside and out, plus the inside vacuumed and oiled with a smelly scent, all for 24 dollars! It is not only an insanely good deal, but the people that do the washing and detailing always does such a good job! They are quick too!

Worst car wash. Terrible customer service. Should be shut down. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned a car correctly in their life. It’s not science doesn’t require any true intellectual knowledge that they couldn’t at least act like they try. I left unsatisfied ten minutes ago. A tall thin young guy and a bright red headed girl talked the entire time while mediocrely “cleaning” my blue Honda Accord on the inside. The interior is still dirty everywhere to the point I’ll have to take it elsewhere to get it cleaned again. Ridiculous. It took me seconds to remove a coffee stain I had on the cup holder, but the guy told me he couldn’t remove it and the bright red head laughed at me. I thought about going back and complaining but a bad business is bad because the owner or manager don’t care or they’d be on top of things in the first place. I will never be back and I will make sure I spread the word to every person I know to take their business elsewhere. I have many friends and family who go there but not after this I assure you.

Between the pre-wash, the actual wash brushes, and the team wipe-and-vac afterward, my car always comes out looking great. Even if they miss a spot here and there its still a lot better than doing it myself.

Had the works full car washed and totally cleaned inside and out side, wheels and all very satisfied the staff was helpfull and polite.

25 bucks and they washed the car cleaned the inside and out and had us out in less than 30 minutes! We were on vacation and the kids, plus driving our car through Fern Canyon had it looking bad inside and out when they were done it looked like we just picked it up from a car lot. Definitely the best place in town to get a wash!

Gets worse each time I go.. up til the last time. Whatever the problem hardware or product has etched my windows. I have tried heavy tipping, dual tipping... doesnt matter lackluster performance. Last time and the last time I will patronage, I think my car looked worse after they cleaned it. Try changing out the dirty rags you use.

They do better than any other place around. Sometimes they will use the same towel for everything and it just gets a little greasy everywhere. The shorter people have also used my seats to stand so they could wipe the top of my truck.

They do a great job for a lower price and have better places to sit while you wait.

I used to get my car washed regularly in Richmond or Pinole en route to work or home.. I tried this local place and they do a way better job! Great Find!

This is my favorite place to get my car cleaned. I have OCD and am very specific with how clean my car is. I have paid much more at car detailers in pleasant hill and walnut creek. But here I spend $25 and they do an AMAZING job. Ive been coming to them for the last two years and I have left happy every single time.
