Brushes dont scratch my paint, and managers special works well, l can vacuum after l come out the Car Wash and 10.00 not bad to keep your ride looking smelling good

This is the best drive through Car Wash I’ve ever been through in my 40 years owning a car. After the car wash the fun began. Multiple people walking around the car, spraying, cleaning and wiping every spot needed. 5 people cleaned my windshield, one with a scraper blade for any bug debris, others cleaning inside and out and then again. One person got on a step ladder and thoroughly cleaned the moon roof just like my windshield. Another climbed up and sprayed and clean every spot that no one could see. I’m very impressed. I’d come back anytime.

The most full-service self-serve car wash around! Have everything you need to wash your car. Only suggestion I would have if asked, was the hours. It would be great if they could stay open a little later, at least till midnight... If that change was made, Id say 5 stars for sure.

Went to go get my seats washed my seats were still wet when I left and carpets drenched so I wasn’t able to tell right away. But the next morning when I open my door I see my seats covered in stains this isn’t even the worst one. My seats looked 10x times better before. I’ll be cleaning them myself don’t even trust them to redo it. The only reason I’ll be going back over will be to cancel my membership!

I had to get my Dads car washed. It was spotted with some type of black film-- I got the Managers Special-- came out thr drive-thru-- staff suggested I go back in because THEY were not happy with the outcome- went back in a second time- they wiped it as clean as they could get it. Felt good about young people CARING about the work. I came out of pocket $30 for a job $20 - I must admit that made me happy deep down inside knowing that they ACTUALLY CARED! I AM IMPRESSED-that made a difference in my outlook on service today given by our youth. I THANK THE PARENTS for loving, caring and training them.

Love the monthly pass just drive up the scan the code on your car drive thru wash. In and out in no time. Unless theres a line then i come back

First time in a long time. Wonderful. Helpful friendly staff.

Easy service. Just line up and wait your turn to go through car wash. I save more by paying for unlimited monthly service than when I used to pay for one time washes at gas stations, and other car wash stations, whether self serve or full service. Of course if you dont have the monthly service, you have to pay each time. There are times when it is busy so I just come back. An advantage for having the monthly service and only living a couple of minutes away.

I think when you buy the monthly pass its worth it.. Always friendly & they do a great job.

This place was a rip off I spent $38 for a car wash and my car was still dirty. I will never go to that place again I could have did a better job on my car with my eyes closed. The attendant was nice thats about all I liked at this spot.

Fast. I guess quality of work suffers for the speed? Mediocre job onside and put. Cup holder moulding still dusty.window moulding still dirty.the carpet trim between the rear window and back seat wasnt vacuumed at all a pop corn kernel was still there.oh well I wont be back. I was washing my daughters car because she was on labor and delivery.if you want quality work, go elsewhere.so odd at least four people worked on the car do they have a vision impairment?

Your car will get damaged here! The employees can’t even stop a pile up from happening inside the drive-through. The area is as ghetto as Vallejo can get so you have to dodge crazy people who can’t even drive properly. Stay far away from this place!

I dont like the entrance set up but it definitely moves smoothly and is not a long wait even when the line is long

I like 7 flags because I get 15 min for $5 bucks. A few of the stalls have a dryer that works ok, it helps get the water out of door locks and off rims. On Fridays & Saturdays you will usually find a line to use the self service stalls. I will be back.

Thought I would give them a try because my usual place had a huge line. For $42, I expected the windows to be clean. They werent. Lots of spots/gunk on them and the front of the car. My usual place gets my windows so clean, its like they arent even there. I will stick with them. Cheaper and better.

None of the vacums work very well. And there seems to be people living in their car there which would be fine if they didnt argue loudly all the time

Absolutely the best Service they accommodated my needs at the end of the day I am very happy. I have a large sprinter van and they did not have time to do the hand wash and they told me to come back sometime during the week.

Wasn’t to busy, got the managers special. They did an awesome job on the inside. On the outside the lower rocker panels were missed by the machine. They caught it at detail and tried to fix it up by hand. Kinda smeary but overall I was happy with the overall job. The employees were nice and attentive. Now I know why so many people complain about being sent through the car wash twice. It doesn’t clean the lower part very well. Maybe have the worker at the beginning of the car wash scrub the lower rockers. I was happy with the experience.

I love seven flags, you can take your chances and waste your time and go someplace else, but you cant be seven flags, ask me how I know, been there done that.

The new manager doesn’t know what she’s doing she has a sign up and my van didn’t touch did yet she wanted to refuse service to me I went thru no problem than she tells it was too close even thou it went thru no problem and I have been going thru this car wash with this van forever you need to replace this manager she’s losing you a customer

Over all they did a good job 8.5 out of 10. However, they are getting pretty pricey. Might start washing my own vehicle.

This place used to be the place to maintain your vehicle clean. But since moving managers around and prices increases every so often it had gone down the drain. In my opinion, they are not giving the same quality of service they used to. Managers or supervisors breathing behind the necks of the employees... not the same service from before!

The process has to change. $28 Full service wash from start to finish 30-40 min. They dont even wash the rims only tire dressing.Too many cars waiting in the bay and getting water stains because of lack of speed and motivation.They should have two groups of five attendants specializing in one task. One does only windows, other does the body and so on. This will identify slow individuals. This conveyer type system will be more efficient.Really!!! No rim cleaning!!!!

I typically dont go to this car wash because it is out of the way but happened to be in the area today and decided to stop in. From the time I arrived the staff was very friendly and attentive. The wait was not long at all and my car was finished in no time. When I was notified my car was ready to go the manager, Thomas, walked over and introduced himself. He walked the vehicle with me and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with with the job they did. Needless to say not only was the service provided great but the customer service was exceptional as well. Definitely will be back.

This is probably the best car wash I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and it was reasonably priced.

As of the other day I came and brought my tow truck to get wash, as I do every week once a week . Well on this magically day these worker decided its not ok for a tow truck to be washed in the self serve wash. Just wondering When did these rule change? Literally 8 of use come 1 a week Just wondering when did I ever ask them to wash my truck? There is no difference between a normal truck and a tow truck that is getting wash and is not over sized and fits perfectly. Well thanks to your workers our trucks will go elsewhere. We definitely loved getting the trucks done there. But some, manly 3 employes should not refuse business to people the way they did. Just hope they have not turned any more business away, the way they did to me... I never wish someone job on them,and want to see everyone succeed, but those actions were bigger then they should have been.

I normally dont have a bad time at this car wash. But that day I need to shampoo my carpets. All of the self-serve shampoo and vacuum machines were out ofservice and I bought tokens that are nonrefundable. So Im walking around with about $5 of tokens that I will just have to use next timr

For awhile now I had quit taking my car to car washes because I wasnt happy with the outcome. It seemed as if so many cars were coming and going, quality work was no longer a goal. Today I decided to take my car into 7 Flags in Vallejo. I was very pleased with the customer service. Not only was my car cleaned right the first time, but during my short wait, Thomas the manager greeted me and took the time to have a conversation. He thanked me for stopping by and assured me that I would receive quality service. Thank you Thomas and the rest of the team for being so polite and thorough. I will see you soon!

Customer service is not good

We have been coming here for years for both washes and details. Everyone is very service oriented, hard working and will make sure each customer is satisfied before they leave. Site manager Thomas is visible, and always supporting his team and customers, he too always makes sure customer satisfaction is at a five stars rating! I would highly recommend them!! I really thought I was going to drive off in my car feeling like it was brand new..NOT!!!! I paid $34.99 managers special and car looked like I paid $9.00 and drove it through a car wash at the gas station, I will not do that again!! Staff very nice but need to pay attention to detail.

For $33 u would expect the car to be spotless. They did a rush job (and it wasnt even busy compared to other days). When I left there was 1) still dirt in my cupholders 2) streaks on my windows 3) brake dust on my rims and 4) the outline of some bird sh!t that was on my trunk

At the end of June signed up for the managers special. Was supose to be $20. Checked the credit card bill, nope... $39.99 a month.

Great place to go during the week. Super busy on the weekends resulting in cars backed up into the street. Theres many options to choose from with varying price points. Full service to DIY coin-op stalls, and vacuums. Dont be afraid to stop in if you see several cars in the automatic wash line. It moves quick!

This place is constantly busy and they just push cars through without really washing them. I took my car here and the lady up front told me it would be about 45 minutes. I agreed and paid. I drove my car through the car wash and when I exited, I expected someone to tell me which bay to pull into for vacuuming. There were two employees talking to each other but they werent helpful so I just picked one myself. I paid for my carwash and sat and waited for them to scrub and vacuum my car. I saw a lady scrub two other cars that came after mine.Eventually she came up to me and said that it was too dirty and it needed to be taken through the car wash again. I asked her why she waited this long to tell me, they serviced several other cars while mine was sitting. It could have been rehashed by now. She didnt have a reply. I told her that I could not wait that long because I already waited a long time and a second time through would not clean the car any better. I asked if she could scrub the car and she refused. At this point there were at least 4 cars in the street that were in line, so I asked for a refund. They refused my refund several times and kept telling me to drive through again. I kept telling them I did not have time and wasted an hour of my day for a dirty car and I wanted a refund. Eventually they signed my receipt and told me to being it back later for a free wash.I brought my car back the first chance I got. I was skeptical that they would honor a signed receipt but they did and there were no issues. I drove my car through and parked in whatever stall was open. I waited and waited and waited only to have them sing the same song to me. My car was too dirty and needed to be ran through again. I explained my predicament and told them that the car had been washed already and it needed to be scrubbed. They refused to do it and said the only way it would get cleaned is to run it through again. They wore me down and I agreed without looking at the line. When I drove out to the street, there were 6 cars in the middle of the street trying to get into the carwash alongside the 6 in the driveway. I said forget it and drove off.I used to go to this carwash often as a teenager and the customer service and quality of service was never this horrible. I do not know if the quality of staff have gone down hill or if the carwash is under equipped to handle the work load, but if I am going to take two trips and two hours with nothing to show, then Id rather wash it myself or take it somewhere that will not give me these problems.

I always take my car here. They do such an amazing job! I have even had my seats cleaned here. And again they do an amazing job! Highly recommend!
