UPS can’t read well enough it seems to deliver a package to the RIGHT city. And you can’t contact them to let them know a mistake has been made. So frustrating. And not a good way to run a business. They should be ashamed
Fourth time the driver has not felt like delivering to a very real address and decided to have us drive 30 minutes each way to pick up our packages. We do not live in a brand new house.
UPS came out to the house to deliver a package of medicine and is supposed to be refrigerated the guy did not know where it was it wasnt on his truck a second truck came by didnt even hulk to let me know if it was the one that was supposed to be delivering just drove off not very happynotnotnotveryhapphappyHappy with UPS

UPS customer service center and delivery service is a joke! The center is hardly open on time or know what they are doing. The drivers speed through neighborhoods, do NOT deliver on time. One of my next day airs was supposed to be delivered on 2 days ago. On my tracking it says they attempted but business was closed. My cameras does not show ups even on the street yesterday.

Received an email from UPS after requesting my package be held at the nearest customer center and could be picked up during their hours of operation 3:30-6:30PM M-F. I arrived right at 3:30PM and the customer center didnt unlock the doors until 4:30PM. I even called UPS and spoke to a representative to confirm the hours of operation for this customer center and the rep told me that this center should be open from 3:30-6:30PM. After waiting an hour I was finally able to pick up my package.

Time sensitive item that was meant to be delivered to my home. Im assuming it was the sellers request to require a signature, not a problem. I wish there was some kind of notification to let me know that one out of the 100 packages they have delivered, only this one requires a signature. That is not the real issue, I tried to change the preferences to where no signature was require but they continued to deny my request until 6 hours later when Im package was attempted to be delivered again. Which was at 11:30 when told it would be between 3-4pm. I got off work in time to be home before 3 so Id be able to receive the package, arrived at home just to find out the delivery schedule was incorrect. Cool, Ill just go get it now, call the extremely irratating automated line because for some reason a direct line to human representative just isnt deemed practical enough for UPS. Requested to pick up my package at the store and was told I would be notified when I could pick it up, they returned the call to tell me I can come at 8:30pm to pick it up. I said that will not work as it being too late so just redeliver it to my address with my updated preferences of leaving it on my well covered front porch as they normally do, and was reassured that wasnt an issue and it would be delivered today. I called when I got off work to request information in my time sensitive package that is already three days late. She relayed that my inquiry to have it delivered to home was never submitted and to come pick it up by 6:30pm today. This is my first ever review/rating of a company and Im normally a relaxed person when it comes to personal at any time of company, just trying to make a living. The fact that I couldnt even get in touch with someone, instead of something, to tell me to suck it up and that cant accommodate for everyones time sensitive item is why Im upset. Three days overdue, lied to, multiple hours of chasing information on my package in a circle, and the poorly navigational system of the site/app, is the reason for my one star review.

The guy was nice, but I was disappointed. I called to pick up my package and was told to come between 7:30-8:30pm. I arrived at 7:35 pm and was told that my package hasn’t been brought back yet and won’t arrive to the facility until 9pm. I drove 15 minutes for absolutely nothing. I was told to come back at 3:30-6:30pm tomorrow. I can’t believe they only have customer service for 3 hours. That is ridiculous!

The driver didnt come to the door with our package, plus left it at another house and the person behind the counter was rude. We also asked to speak to someone in charge but where told there was no one that we could talk to. Not happy with UPS.
Really dislike said some one would be hear Saturday so I could get my package and would be opened till 12 get hear at 10 and no one around after being told my package was lost when they had it

Changed delivery date on my package, was assessed and additional $5 for this change. Package was not delivered on scheduled day, UPS rescheduled for a later day during a specific time frame. Package did not arrive and they still had the audacity to charge me the $5 fee! FEDEX HELP ME!

After contacting the number on the notice I was informed that my package would be available for 5 days at the access point. I went to pick up the package the very next day and was told that it had been returned to the sender. The customer service center did not care at all and were not willing to provide any assistance. As a customer I have never encountered a person so unhelpful as the customer service lady in Valdosta, Ga. She blames the call center and the call center blame Ups but no one has a solution. Go figure
The hours are absolutely awful. Even after contacting them about my packages (plural yes) they said that they were just sending a truck out containing my packages. That was hours after they had deemed my local post closed. After I finally got a notification of my package being delivered, I was confused as to why it was only one package. Low and behold, UPS had the audacity to only deliver a single package while the rest have to wait until after the holidays. The organizational structure and execution of this company is lackluster in the sense that my other packages were either on a separate truck all togethe, or they just flat out forgot the package in the first place. Companies make mistakes and I can forgive them for saying my post was closed. But not filling the full order after contacting a human representative is just disgusting. If the companies I deal with didnt ship through UPS Id never use them again.
Next day air took me 3 days to get!!!!! Horrible Horrible service.Never using ups again unless Fed Ex goes out of business!!! I wish they had halve a star I could click on.ATTENTION!!! Use Fed Ex if your really depend upon getting your package on time!!!
Number one customer service for in-store pickup
Left a slip saying “sorry we missed you”. WELL YOU WOULDNT HAVE MISSED ME IF YOU WOULD HAVE KNOCKED OR RANG DOORBELL! I was actually sitting on my couch right by the front door. Just happened to walk out right as he was driving off. Turned around and saw the notice on my door. Theres nothing more frustrating then waiting for a package all day and missing it only bc the driver didn’t feel like waiting around for someone to answer the door. Why???? Can someone explain why they don’t even try to see if your home??? I mean my car is sitting right in front of my house so it wasn’t like the place looked deserted.And while I’m here, the last package that was delivered was literally thrown in front of my door. All I heard was BAM so I looked out my peephole and saw the guy walking back to his truck. How much more energy does it take to knock or press a button or bend down a little and place a package on the ground softly??? Common sense would tell me to try to get rid of all I could today so I wouldn’t have to come back tomorrow. But common sense is an area a lot of people are lacking these days.This is my 4th review (2 positive & 2 negative) I’ve left in 2 weeks bc I’m tired of being treated poorly by rude nasty employees and I’m tired of people not doing their jobs. I feel this is one way I can speak up about it. Hopefully they are getting read and something will be done about it.

They alright I just dont like how long the customer has to wait on a delivery and the fact that the shipping and receiving store opens late almost at the end of the day. FedEx moves faster and they shipping and receiving store opens in the AM.
Horrible!! Got an Infovoice. So I went online to pick it up myself since there is a ups store near me. First try to pick it up, they are closed. Because they only open for 3 hours/day and 5 days a week. All during the times Im at work. So I had to ask off work to drive 20 miles out of my way to the only distribution center get there and they had already sent my package back to amazon when 15 minutes prior to arriving i called the 800 number (only way to contact UPS) and the representative told me it was available to pick up right then. Was treated very rude when i got there, they made it seem like its my fault for having a job and not being able to work around their schedule immediately. Never got my package!! Ridiculous!
Out of the way but i have been here a couple times to pick up packages i had missed the delivery for. Employees are all very friendly and helpful.

Called the number and the guy that answered the phone was worthless. Asked him for an address and he couldnt find it. I looked it up in 10 seconds on Google. They must not drug test these phone jockeys...

The guys & gals that work here are generally very nice & helpful! Even though they are only open 4:30-6:30 M-F & closed on weekends, I dont mind it too much since its in a good location for me. FYI: If its possible to package your shipment yourself, go online and print your own label (youll need to know the weight). It will cost less than letting UPS do it.
