Been there three times. Black lady with horrible customer service skills on her phone all the time. Horrible attitude, even the drivers complain about her when I mentioned her to them.BUT I got great customer service from the lady named Jody. Dont know why Fed ex allows this. Manager must be a sap.
The girl at the counter could not be a more rude or unproductive human being...I will go across town to ups from now on.

I came to this Fedex on Saturday, I know what you’re thinking.. “They’re closed on Saturdays” well thanks to the stress of Finals and finishing my semester I didn’t think and went up there anyways. While up there a man pulled up who I assumed to be the owner and he not only took the time to try to go find my package himself, but he also located it and told me what time to be home so the truck that had my package could bring it to me. It may seem small but it meant the world to me because he didn’t have to help me but he did! I will be using this FedEx in the future from now on
Poor place to have something coming from. Always wrong address now for something that was delivered yesterday now may 5to 7 days more. Dont know where my package is at.
Called customer service for hold on my package at an early hour in the morning, called again and customer service told me the package was left in the holding room at 4:02. When I came to get my package the lady that was supposed to be assisting me was on the phone discussing the fight her daughter had been in at school she was very rude and insisted that my package was not there even though I had customer service in the phone. That means a driver scanned a package to be at a location it was not and this lady was too rude and distracted, walking around on the phone rather then tending to her customer. She yelled at me twice and said it was not there and I had the customer service representative take note of it as I will be calling corporate as well.
Just dont care for FedEx ground services. Was left a door tag. First no information was filled out on it, second when I went online to check on package said number invalid. Called FedEx the next day to see if they could tell me if it was a redeliver and according to the rep door tag number was invalid. Took another 10 minutes of giving phone rep info to find where package was. Just dont care for there ground services!
Never a problem here. My job uses Fed Ex so I can always expect a package/envelope 3 to 4 times a week. Drop off is a breeze. Because I already have a label I have often dropped off at the loading dock if I arrived right at closing.Great customer service!
Had 2 very large items to ship, with preprinted shipping labels. Dropped off the first one, no problems. Returned later, after finding a box large enough for the second one and the woman at the counter informs me youre shipping those ground, thats in Waycross. We only ship Express from here. But theyll still get picked up by 5. What? First, the website says this location provides ground services; second, why didnt she say something the first time I was there; and third, if its still getting picked up, what difference does it make? The entire experience was confusing and I felt she was simply trying to embarrass me in front of other customers. She was quick to point out the mistakes of another customer too. But not in a polite way, in more of a condescending way. The only positive was that she was fast.
They left my package in my YARD! Couldve easily been stolen or rained on. Ridiculous

I have a message on all of my deliveries to be put inside of garage, because both my wife and myself are handicap, UPS does put my packages in garage but FedX never does!

Horrible service experiences every time! The drivers are always so careless with my packages. The driver this morning was on his phone when he pulled up & just threw my package on the porch, not knowing or caring of the contents. They must not see my video camera recording their every move. My mother in law also has horrible experiences every time with Fedex. I use UPS whenever possible, they are far better than Fedex. Would give negative stars if I could. Definitely do not recommend! Use UPS instead!

First time there, easy, nice customer service. Beware of rush hour, can be hard to get off the side road.
Wouldnt even help us tape a box. Bring your own tape or else itll cost you $2.50
The shipping cost was more than the value of the item inside the box. When I ask twice if $380 was the cheapest price, because I couldnt believe it, the lady on the counter was really rude and unprofessional and told me to try to mail it myself. Moral of the story... Go to UPS the charge me for the same box half of the cost from FexEx.

This company is an absolute joke. They can never deliver your packages to the correct location. In the past 10 deliveries I have had to hunt down my packages myself and found them at neighbors homes. Now I had an overnight delivery its taken 5 days to be delivered but once again its not my house. The only thing this company can manage to do is keep a secret because they dang sure wont give you the number to your local office to find out where your package is. So basically they have stolen my property and will not allow me to speak to anyone. local just people at a call center God knows where who have a degree in lying. U caught them in at least 7 lies during our conversations today. If you speak to Carol, Jennifer, Carmen heads up they will lie about everything from the time the building close, type of location, phones at the location, policy is about phone numbers
If I could give zero stars I would. If your not familiar with sending packages this company Will tack advantage of you. I had to overnight a gift from the same state and had gotten a quote the day before for around $60 I came into the location ended up paying $140

I usually just use the dropbox and that is a drive up open the box door, put package in, and close the door checking to make sure that the package dropped.

Do not go through this company. They are very unprofessional. My husband waited all day at work to receive his package; just to be told at 7pm that He wouldn’t receive his package until Monday. We are not happy nor satisfied with this company.

Belligerant, insolent, unhelpful clerk. Spent half the time yakking with the rent-a-cop hanging out at the store. Refused to provide estimate of the shipping cost, the class of the shipment, or an estimated delivery date. If shipping from Valdosta, this place is a poor choice.
