I made a reservation last Friday through the call center and the representative never sent a confirmation email or text. She told me that we had to hang up before she could finish the reservation and send it to me. Today is Tuesday and I still have not gotten anything. I called back today and found out both my first and last names were spelled with gibberish. I know I dont have a common name and I took the time to spell out the phonetics; but this is just unprofessional. What made it worst was that no one at the call center was able to correct the mistake. I spent 1 hour on the phone with 3 different departments of Enterprise just so the last representative could hang up on me.

Pick up location was good the guy helped me quickly and was very nice. The St Augustine location was horrible didnt have any vehicles and wasnt professional make sure you try the Ashley st location.

Valdosta ga Enterprise, a great business for car rental for any reason, Gregg was so helpful, their rental vehicles are exceedingly nice, am so glad thats where my insurance agent sent me while my own car is being repaired

If I could rate my experience with this company a zero I would!!!I had a car reserved for pick up today being that my personal car had to be repaired from hitting a deer. I called my insurance company who in turn contacted Enterprise and then gave me my reservation number. I then called Enterprise who verified the reservation and told me that I could pick up the vehicle 3/18/2021 at 12:00 pm.I get there to pick up the car and it’s pouring down rain. I had my mask because of COVID regulations and proceeded into the office. Only to be meet by an employee and made to stand outside with rain blowing sideways and protection from the rain. He goes in and comes back out to tell me that they do have my reservation but do not have any cars available. (I had called 3/17/21 in the morning and got reservation and pick up time.) WHAT?The employee was not helpful and rude when I asked why would I have a reservation and you not have a car? He told me they were trying to get cars elsewhere and would call me when they got them. Me telling him that I now have to car and have to be in N Georgia for a meeting tomorrow afternoon made no difference. Again he said he would call me IF they got a car.I came home and called Enterprise and spoke with a gentleman who works with insurance companies and claims. He took my information and said that he was going to forward it to a regional manager and they would call me with a resolution. I sat all afternoon and no call!!!So my husband who is in a hotel 9 hours from home waiting for me to pick him up 3/19 at noon to make the meeting calls them. Surprise....they tell him they have no reservation number on file. So then he calls our insurance company who is amazingly helpful. They gave him the same reservation number they gave me yesterday for Enterprise. He was told that a lot of times the rental companies will take reservations but have no cars available. WHAT!!Bad business practice!!!So here I am 8 pm trying to figure out a way to pick my husband up and make a meeting. Shame on you Enterprise!!!

Reserved a car online and chose pick-up at 1200 on a Saturday. I failed to check their work hours, but they closed at 1200 on Saturdays and they are closed on Sundays. On Saturday I tried calling ahead at 1150 to tell someone I was running late and on my way but no one answered. I showed up at 1220 and the place was empty. I ended up going to Avis who was open and had cars available.Why would the website offer 1200 pick-up if they close at 1200? I know I was a bit late, but evennif I had showed at 1200 I would have been keeping the worker past their time and working off the clock Im sure.

Pitiful customer service from the Assistant Manager. Shes rude, patronizing and argumentative. I have had two negative experiences with her. I have complained but never received a satisfactory resolution.I definitely do not feel like a valued customer.I will probably take my business and my hard earned money elsewhere.

The customer service was friendly. The car was clean and runned great. But we had to wait a long time before being waiting on. My opinion is they should have had more people waiting on customers being no one was allowed inside. I was afraid I would be passed up if I waited in my own car. Overall I was pleased

Employees at both sites do their best to meet customers needs, however due to online reservations it makes it hard for sites to be more efficient. My last two rentals were ok, in that I had a vehicle and I was able to make my trips. But the vehicles were to up to my usual expectations from Enterprise! I will use Enterprise again but I will be more specific on vehicle type!

I reserved a car a week in advance of my pick up date. I did the pre check in online about an hour or two before I went to pick up car. My reservation was for 12 but I got there at 12:30. The car wasnt ready and had to be cleaned. The clerk said it would take 15 to 20 minutes to clean it and he I thought you werent coming. I had to leave the car because I had another appointment. So I left the car for an hour and went back to pick it up. I drove 5 minutes from store to my house and oil service light came on. Tried to call store several times and number wasnt working. I go back to store and clerk tells that I could take it to get oil change or take an SUV with no additional charge. My answer was no to both. Ive rented cars from Enterprise for years and Ive always been happy with there service until now. I will never use the Enterprise store on Ashley St in Valdosta, GA again.

I made a reservation online with the Ashley st location on Wednesday eve. for pick up Friday eve. A confirmation was sent to my email. I’m good. NOT. An enterprise employee called Thursday AFTERNOON @ 4 pm. 1 hour before closing and informed me that they saw my reservation but they did not have a car available. I would have to call their St. Augustine location to see if they had a car available. I’m at work so I ask the person are you not an enterprise employee and he says yes. So could you call and check the availability and transfer my reservation? This wonderful employee hung up on me. Do not trust the online reservation system. And do not deal with the Ashley st location. I had to leave work early and go to the st Augustine location where the sweetest young lady name Rebecca made sure I was taken care of. Enterprise please review your online system as it is not functional to the point that we KNOW A CAR HAS BEEN RENTED. It’s just a maybe !

Ive been trying all weekend to arrange my pick up since 4:00 Friday and we were stuck in phone the please continue to listen to this message, and then they just hung up. And we had stayed on the phone the entire 45 minutes before they disconnected without answering.The following morning we did happen to call the wrong store and they did answer the phone and looked up the insurance registration number and informed that we were calling the wrong store.Tryed to.Long story short is was on the phone the entire three hours and still left us back on hold.We even tryed to contact the district manager and he was only available on PMs and got no satisfaction.And here we are 10 AM and have been in the phone tree hell and I started the call after 9 am and so far I have been on hold theEntire hour and Valdosta airport does not get that many flights.

Got a great new 4 wheel drive SUV for our trip. Perfect vehicle for snow! Got full coverage. Well worth it since we traveled all the way to NYC. The people here were very nice and friendly, especially Whitni. Just make sure you plan it ahead of time so you have the correct paperwork. But our experience was great.

Horrible!! After I picked up my rental, I realized one tire had seriously low pressure and there was only a quarter tank of gas. I’ve been trying to call about the tire all day (since there may be something wrong with it), but of course no one picks up the phone! I’ve called several times and waited on hold for 15-20 minutes each time with no answer. Very poor service. Go somewhere else!

These people are rude and lack problem-solving skills. Why work in the public sector if all you want to do is be lazy about doing your job?? Why its it so difficult to pick up the phone and call the guests whose reservations are not ready, or will not be ready at pickup time?? Thats just common courtesy. When people reserve a rental, they expect it to be there waiting, and if not, put them in something that IS available. Simple. There are TWO locations in Valdosta. Two! Its 3 if you count the airport, so where are all the vehicles!! Piss poor customer service and company.

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional ! I made a reservation a month in advance and they call ONE DAY BEFORE MY RESERVATION DATE TO PICK UP A CAR THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY AVAILABILITY. This was so inconvenient! I have a sick grandmother in the hospital due to COVID-19 who may be on her death bed, AND I CANT GO SEE HER BECAUSE THEY NEGLECT TO TELL ME A DAY BEFORE MY RESERVATION DAT THAT THEY HAVE NO CARS AVAILABLE. I usually rent from Hertz so this was my first experience with Enterprise and it was so easy and enjoyable. I paid a little more than I was expecting but I got a nicer upgrade and didnt have to worry about refilling. I was able to get a ride home with no hassle as well.Im probably going to be an Enterprise customer solely going forward

Rented a car from Valdosta FL. The car was dirty inside and the tank was half full even though they marked it full. I noticed it about 4 miles out from town. I went ahead and left it on a full tank to avoid hassle. I understand that small towns might not have the inventory but service should not be sacrificed.

This is a very nice building and the cars are nicely kept up. But the employees are a bit crooked. They tried to charge my mothers insurance for a supposed scratch on the SUV she rented, that no one else could see. And when my mother tried to call her on it the employee just fluffed it off by saying theyd see what their maintenance person said. Nothing was charged but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

They service is Terrible I called 3 hrs ahead to make sure I was getting the car I put in Reservations for. But when I got there the manager was rude tall white guy a young black guy was looking for his car he just rented & he told him go that way in maybe you will find it! As well as the black young lady who tried to give me a car with a lot of Scratches on it. Then she tried to charge me for a suv when she was givin me a small compact n I said no because I have just rented that same car 4 weeks ago as a compact car but long story short this enterprise will never see me again. The one by the cookout is very friendly in nice & they bring your car to the door

The service was fast and easy, but the guys who detailed the car didn’t do a great job at all. As I was getting ready to drive off I saw an ant on the inside of the windshield and thought nothing of it. Little did I know the car was full of ants, front and back seat. My daughter and I both have several ant bites. They should really do a better job of detailing and inspecting a vehicle before they rent it to their customers.

Long wait time on Saturday due to many customers. I made a reservation for a compact car but had to take a Nissan pickup. I dont smoke and was told there is no smoking in the vehicles but the truck reeked like cigarettes. Customer service was friendly but I wish they would do more to have a reserved vehicle ready for people with reservations.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone greets you with a smile and seems genuinely eager to assist each customer. Every car that Ive rented, Ive enjoyed. The last time I rented from them, the debit card policy had been changed, which I was unaware of. One of the employees allowed me to use their computers to obtain the documentation required for debit card holders.

The people here are nice and easy to work with. The business hours are random and they vary from Saturday mornings to Sunday afternoons but not the other parts of those days. They also close for two days for Monday holidays. So, good luck trying to get a vehicle from them.

We will not be going back to Enterprise! My husband and I were very upset when we left. First off the car that we got smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no cruise control, the air conditioner stop working when we were coming back from our trip, and the car started acting jerking when my husband was driving it. We informed the enterprise lady of this and she acted like she didn’t even care! Then on my floor mat there was a little dog hair from my socks and she fined us $100 for that, when they are about to “hopefully” clean the car out when we give it back. Will not be going back!!!

First - I have to say the staff were excellent. Second - the car was terrible. The car was a Veloster. The word compact has a whole new meaning when driving this miniature car. The blind spots while driving were just short of dangerous. There was a spoiler type of design (I guess thats what it was) right across the rear window making it impossible to safely see out the rear. The drivers seat literally had a sink hole in it. I am 57 and could barely see over the dash. Last - it smelled terrible. I could see the staff did the best they could to clean it - but you can only do so much. The only positive remark I can make about this horrible car - it was good on gas.

These people literally left us stranded after making multiple promises to take care of us!The office opens at 9AM, so we called and arranged for a rental. We had selected the option to speak to the local office, but the call went to corporate.We received a confirmation # and a promise that they would pick us up before 10AM. Nobody came.We called the local office. They claimed to have no record of our reservation, but they did have a vehicle for us, and would send someone out to pick us up. Nobody came.After waiting a reasonable time to be picked up, we called back. We were assured he was on his way. We knew the location was less than three miles away, so we waited. Nobody came.We called again. We were told that he was very busy, had gotten behind, but was coming. And they had our vehicle there waiting for us. The girl on the phone never said, Im sorry. She just offered excuses. And then, nobody came.Then, the office closed. We had made a total of seven phone calls and were standing outside of our hotel in the sun with our luggage! NOBODY CAME!Unbelievable for a company whose slogan is, Well pick you up!Right now, we are awaiting family to come pick us up. We have a four hour wait. We should be home now, but we are sitting in Waffle House trying to hold our patience!

I called at 9:30 am to get a car for the afternoon and was told I could pick up a Nissan Altima at 2:00 pm. At 10:20 they called to say that they had over-booked and that there was no car. When I called to ask why, they said its because the people that book the cars work out of their homes and cant actually see the lot. REALLY??? Dont book a car that doesnt exist. They then told me that I should call back at 1:30 to see if they had a car and not to exhaust my possibilities. NOT the way to do business.

Beware of the upsells they offer and make sure they explain everything to you as far as what you will be paying. I didnt do this and was charged way more then I initially thought I would pay at the end of my contract.They refused to fix because contract was already closed out. Also dont leave anything personal in the vehicle after turning it in. It was a hassle getting it back. Every time I talked to them they said they would call me back with info about it. They never called back and I had to continuously keep calling back to follow up before I got it back.

Absolutely horrible service. Called a reservation in a few days before the day to pick it up. We get there 30 minutes late, they have a company policy if youre NOT there within 20 minutes, they relinquish your car to someone else. What is the point of a reservation? I could understand an hour. Technically we were early, because we made the reservation between a time frame, but they used the LOWEST time I gave him on the phone; not the latest.Then they stated that they could get us a car, but its going to be 15 minutes. We left to run some errands and wait for their call. They did not call until 90 minutes later. Then they asked when they could come drop it off, but not sure if they can because of the lack of man power.There seems to be a complete lack of customer service and coordination at this office. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the airport to get a rental than ever go through this experience ever again!

I had been an Enterprise customer for more than 25 years and was very disappointed with this last experience. I noticed a slight increase in rental costs, having rented a car during the previous week. In addition to the increased price, I was given a smaller car and wasn’t even acknowledged as a returning customer. Having never experienced this most recent kind of treatment, maybe I was under the illusion that, after more than 25 years, I was a preferred customer. While the service was timely, I feel that time and money has become the primary focus of the rental process; sad.

My car had broken down 3 days before I was supposed to drive from GA to IL for my wedding. So I went online and made a reservation and called the local (Valdosta, GA) Enterprise to confirm. I wasnt able to get the exact size car I desired but they did theyre best with the short notice. I made it to my wedding and back as scheduled. The customer service I received was amazing and would recommend Enterprise to anyone in my situation. My only complaint was that I could not pay online with my husband to be credit card but all in all Im very happy with the service I received.

Tried to rent a car for business purposes. Was told to bring in a paystub or something saying we own the business and a utility bill. We had all this. Well the utility bill had a past due balance so we were told they couldn’t use it ok no biggy, still had business license that had mine and my husbands name in it. But couldn’t use my husbands paystub because he was on the business license. I explained he didnt work for the business he work a full time job for insurance NOPE can’t use it. Was told since they couldn’t verify our address online or whatever we couldn’t rent a car. We have lived at the same address for over 10 yrs. I showed them on my online power company account my utility bill was actual current but the billing cycle has not ended so couldn’t get a copy of a bill stating that go figure big company like Duke Energy can’t give a statement of account that actual showed we were owed money and was not past due at the time. For a company who says they are small business friendly that couldn’t be further from the truth. Employees need to explain over the phone the policies and make sure to tell people you can’t have a past due balance on a bill which they are only using to verify your address with. Have a friend who lives in another state but had recently moved to another state go in and the took a cable bill from where they live now and paystub from job and the used it but the drivers license was from the other state. Find it funny how I had everything I needed from the same state and same address but couldn’t rent a car. Not to mention we drove from almost an hour away as our town didn’t have a rental car place so wasted our time and I was left with no vehicle to use for a business trip and had to cancel. Left review on another social media platform and was told my issue would be given to the regional manager and they would contact me this was a week ago did I get that phone call NO. Very unprofessional.

Gave away my rental and almost made up for but then overcharged me and didnt fix it for 10 days and 4 phone calls. They did fix it though. And they were courteous.

The place was ok. I’m glad I wasn’t in a hurry because they gave my suv away to someone else and while I was waiting a lady came in to drop her rental off and they literally took it back sprayed it off vacuumed it out and brought it straight up for me. But the lady running the place was very apologetic and very nice so all in all it was fine.

Disappointing! It was physically hard on us to have to wait more than an hour. We were out of town and our car just quit. Got home at 8 pm. Finally did get a good rental.

The staff here are wonderful. They greet you with a smile, ask you what you are there for, and are very professional. The only negative I would have would be that each time I was there, their systems crashed so they had to wait for the system to reboot. That was not a good thing for them, it took longer for them to get the rentals out and checked in.

I rent from this location often, however I was disappointed when I called ahead to reserve a rental why my car was being repaired communicated I would be late due to work and the car for me was rented to somenone else. So I had to drive around in a car not quite suited for my work or family life.

Service was good. They were friendly. However very understaffed. Consider hiring more people. Also as another guy said, dont leave personal items in the car. I understand it was my fault because I had forgot a gas can in the back, however, when I went to go pick it up they put it out back by the dumpster and didnt even bother to call and make sure it my gas can. They just put it out back to get it thrown away. I wouldnt have gotten it back if I didnt go and get it myself.

The pick up location was excellent. I was very disappointed in Enterprise policies however. I booked a vehicle from Valdosta GA to Sevierville TN. On the way, my plans changed and I needed to drop the vehicle in Atlanta instead. Enterprise wanted to charge me $100.00 to make this change. I would understand if I were travelling further or to a remote location but Atlanta? This was a ripoff. I will use another company in the future.
