Placed call for the agent was told he was at lunch never returned our call after leaving several message. We were paid up until March 21 we get notice that insurance was lapsed Feb 22. Placed another call they reinstated insurance to Mar 21 then tried to charge extra for doing it. Finally got it straightened out. No thanks to the agent that never returned our call. I would not recommend this agent.

Switched to State Farm because thats what my spouse has for insurance. Went to cancel my insurance and signed the cancellation form and then still got charged for the next month a week later. Called twice to get it fixed and get my refund and still nothing after over 2 weeks.

They have the rudest people working there I wish I would have gotten the guys names because him especially is rude and no help at all he looked annoyed talking to me Im a paying customer I pay for my insurance every month its not for free he should treat people nicely now I have to start looking for a new car insurance.

The took care of us and offered us home insurance for less than anyone else.
