I was very impressed by how quickly y’all called me to give me a quote! Paula Brown was awesome!! She went through everything with me and explained each amount and what that amount was for, she also was honest with me about my coverage as far as if I would need it or not. She made my whole process so easy and patiently waited for me to gather up information that I had to look for. I will definitely be sending some friends and family members to y’all and I will tell them to ask for Paula!! She is a wonderful asset to y’all’s company!! Pay my insurance on April 19th 2001 gave a check get a letter in the mail that my is cancelled I went back to the office. Found out the agent put in the wrong routing number how could you do that it was on the check and now they cancel my insurance because of her mistake and she asking for more money.Why should I give more money if its not my fault why should I. Now I have no insurance because of her. Agent BU 2441

Got my husband insurance in his vehicle. At first it was no problem that insurance was in his name but vehicle mine. AFTER we paid a whole year in advance they tell us weeks later when DMV tells us they cant renew reg cuz of no insurance. But I had proof of it. So I called them and its well his name has to be on the vehicle. Ok np. Hes the one that drives it I just purchased it. For every thing fixed the lady said it was no problem I wasnt on policy because like I said I do not drive this vehicle. I have now told this to a store clerk and 2 ladies in customer service. Flash forward to Saturday when I get a letter in the mail stating that his insurance is getting canceled even tho we paid a WHOLE YEAR so we are still good until February 2019. When you call its because they added me to the policy. I again told the lady I was sorry for confusion but I dont drive vehicle...... now it I have to be on policy because my name is on the title...... I told her that I understood she probably wasnt lying but I wanted to speak to a supervisor because someone out of the 3 people before should have told me that. Now they wont talk to me cuz Im not on the policy only him even tho I was on the phone talking to them before this for about 30 minutes. And they wont even tell me if they are refunding the money since we paid 1700 for a year and have had only 4 months out of 12 months of service.A couple years ago I had been a customer for almost 5 years. They tripled my rate one year and I had to find another company. I told every one how great this company is and then 3 years later I sign my fiance up for the worst 4 months of our lives. I would never recommend ever again.
