My boyfriend and I originally went to the Moultrie location to pay his insurance and had some issues there so we drove to the Valdosta location where Kaitlin helped us. Not only was she extremely professional she was beyond courteous, making us feel like more than just a customer. 10/10 will now recommend friends and family to this location. Ive been with this company since 2014 and I have to say. Ive had nothing less than a perfect experience. I will definitely suggest this company for your insurance needs anytime. Hands down. Cendra is a must see. Shes always so polite and ready to help you the best she can. This is not to say all of the ladies arent great.

Im here now and I hate the fact that the office has took on a call service, litterally had to come all the way up here just to ask a question.

I hate that I have to speak to foreigners now with no knowledge of anything, laughed at, stay on hold forever and transferred back and forth for the hell of it just to make a payment after asked to speak to supervisor. It use to be a 5 min process that has turned in an hour call that is freaking useless when we should be able to just contact our home office and get it done, but after this terrible experience, I will be getting me another insurance company that will not only value me as a customer, but my time as well.

My insurance through Progressive increased in price on me and I needed full coverage insurance fast and without a lapse between getting rid of Progressive and obtaining a new policy. I contacted Southern Harvest on a Friday morning for a quote and an hour later I had a new, AFFORDABLE, policy and it was full coverage. The staff were fast and professional. I was in and out with no hassle. I paid what was quoted and not a penny more.
