Brad was friendly, communicative, and most importantly, installed a sliding screen door into a doorway that was off by an inch here and there. (We tried installing it ourselves and it was not right so we uninstalled it.) Were so happy now that we can keep our front door open but have protection from bugs and, because the screen is slightly tinted, a little privacy. Brad is your man!

My new windows are perfect. Brad was nothing but professional from the beginning. He came out and talked through options, then gave me a bid with several options. I ended up getting some windows installed retrofit and some as new construction. Brad and his crew were clean and well organized. He personally oversaw all work and did a lot of it himself. The owners on both sides have asked for Brads number and I gave it with a great recommendation. I will definitely use Fitzperfect to replace the rest of our windows in a couple of years.

These guys do great work. We used them to do our livingroom windows about 10 years ago and they did such a good job that we called them back to do the rest of the house. Are new windows look beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. I highly recommend them.

I went into the store and ask if I could get an estimate on an interior door instalation. The lady told me she would give my name and number to Brad. Brad never made contact with me. About a month later I decided to give it another shot. I called and Melissa answered the phone and repeated the same spill, well give your contact info to Brad. I did speak with Brad and set up an appointment for him to come to my home and do measurements etc... Brad was running late from another job and said that he couldnt make it but could come the next day, or over the weekend. I returned his call and responded yes, tomorrow would be great, pleas call me to verify. Never heard back from him. Anyway, I would not recommend Fitzperfect Window and Doors.
