DO NOT EVER COME HERE!! My mom decided to get a facial wax by one of the ladies(Pretty sure her name was Anna) and it was horrible. Her chin was swollen and red. She was in so much pain so she went to the doctors and they told us they ripped her skin off and it’s going to take a month to heal! And when we asked for our money back she refused to give us our full money back. Not only that but she tried to blame it on my moms skin. We are now entering the process of making a claim in order to receive the cost of her medical bills and a compensation for what they did to her. I posted pictures on Yelp if anyone would like to see what they did to her.

I have never given a 1 star. This place earned it. I went to get an eyebrow wax and manicure. She walked me into a room that was DIRTY. I was in shock almost. I laid on this bed with a dirty blanket and she used baby powder on me without warning, baby powder right in my open eye. The wax always like being man handled and the wax was too hot at times. The brows were not shaped well. 1 star. Almost a two for mercy but I need to be honest. Get out of the business or upgrade guys it wasn’t good I’m sorry.

I am sorry to say this, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional manicure. The designes on my nails were very poor, almost if a child did it. Overpriced for what they offered. I would never come back. Sorry

Do a great job on my pedi and eyebrows

Disclosure I just moved here and went to this place spontaneously. The people are very friendly! But I got a girl named Anna and she didn’t shape my nails correctly at all.(they were all different sizes some shorter and more thick then others) I got a coffin shape and one was super bendy. Then she got acrylic on my finger and took a while to get off. So I was starting to get upset and told her to cut them short square instead. They ended up turning out ok but I’ve had much better for $40. Won’t go back to the place because of the outcome of the product but like I said they were friendly. Kinda disappointed they didn’t give me a discount either.

People are very friendly and do a GREAT job. They remember their guests by name and always make you feel special.Not everyone is on the same level for complicated designs or details though, so it helps to make appointments with the people you know can do it if you have a complicated design or detail you want for your nails.

I love this place, they do amazing work and very clean and polite as well accommodating to my childs needs while there so I could get my nails done. Best in Vacaville by far.

My very first time doing my nails in vacaville and my nails werent completely covered in the gel and i asked for coffin shape and they looked really fat and square the gel wasnt applied all the way to the cuticle either it looked as if they had grow a whole week already that same day. I was very unsatisfied and I will not be going three again.

After trying to find a place in Vacaville my coworker brought me here and im in love. I wasn’t happy with my set from a previous location but this technician did a beautiful job with the shape and helped me pick out the cutest shade of purple. I cannot remember her name but she was in the very last station #5. I have zero complaints. They were all so friendly the youngest technician there was even helping an elderly regular with her mani pedi, already knowing how to accommodate for her unsteady hands and feet. That was just heart warming for me.

I took my daughter and 2 nieces and they didnt just do one set of nails poorly they did a terrible job on all three girls. The designs look like a kidengarter did the work. My daughters fake nail didnt even cover her own nail. Two of the girls nails were filed rough and cut the skin. I will never step foot back into this place. Not only was the work aweful they took 1 1/2 hours to do the aweful jobs. Looking at these girls nails the girls have done a better job with the cheap press on nails they do them self. If I could score this place as a minus I would this place doesnt deserve any star.

Do not recommend because they bait and switch using their 35 dollar mani pedi combo special but they lure you to (purposely) to the non special pedi treatment and tell you about it at time of payment.
