Clark sent out their team of rodent exclusion contractors who sealed off all the many openings on the outside of my house. What’s most amazing is they wiggled through a very short (in height about 24 inches high) crawl space under my house through ducts and pipes and construction debris (and not to mention rodent droppings) and closed off all small openings and then Found a dripping AC condensate pipe dripping under my house hidden by all the ducts. If this continued it could have compromised the whole wood structure holding up the house. I’m so thankful for them that the workers, Clifton & Tyler, are experienced in home construction and cared enough to take photos and let me know what they found that was important to get fixed.They are very professional and know what they’re doing. They went beyond expectations. I’m really happy with them. They also had Isaiah close off the vents in the roof, and found voids in the corners of the roof where rodents had made small openings. Brad also was part of this amazing team of workers that helped me in Napa. My house borders 80 acres of vineyards and pastures, so it is a big job. No other companies would come and warranty their work once I mention I live adjacent 80 acres of vineyards and pastures.

Clark Pest Control is polite and does their job completely. I had rats in the garage so they put out traps for me. Caught 4. i found out where they were hiding and put in poison...rats gone.I never have ants or spiders in my house, I will continue to be a client of Clark.

No show no called for our appointment. I called them at 6pm to find out what happened. They just missed the appointment. Would be next week before someone could come take a look at our bed bug problem.

We have worked with Clark Pest Control services over the past nearly 15 years for multiple properties, and they have always served us well. Recently, we found that we had a rat problem in the roof of our primary residence. Clearly the rodents were getting into the roof through some not so obvious entry points on the exterior of the house, so we had Clark do an exclusion. They were very thorough in their recommendation, and came in at a reasonable price.They performed the exclusion-related work, after which we had a thorough walk-through. During the walk-through, the technician noticed that there were some entry points that were missed during the original inspection. Without any hesitation, the tech indicated that they would take care of the additional issues without any cost to us, and he made sure that the exclusion was truly complete.We are very happy with the service, and recommend them highly.

Dealing with this company was the worst. Technician was fine service as fine. The office is a mess. They spelled my name wrong, sent emails to the wrong address and when it returned they did nothing to correct it. I waited almost 2 weeks for report the was supposed to be delivered faster by email and actually took longer then after I already paid they sent me an email asking fro payment. I had to call back at least 5 times to make them do their job. Poor customer service. I will never use them again.
