I first contacted Lee for a repair to my sprinkler system. He was quick to fit me in the schedule, and very responsive with reminders. He was upfront that I was not going to be the first client of the day, but anticipated he would get to my house by 1000 am and if he wasnt hed let me know. At 930AM he let me know they were running a bit behind, but still arrived by 1030AM. They located the leak and informed me of the price for the parts and labor and quickly completed the job. Unexpectedly the area still seemed wet so I called back with concerns. They promptly returned located two other leaks and fixed it.I was so impressed with their professional attitude and customer service I also hired them for a yard clean up. They did EXCELLENT with my overgrown yard and gave me a blank canvas to start with for future landscaping. I cannot recommend Affordable Lawn Service enough. They are affordable, professional, timely, and kind!

The owner Lee was very responsive and professional. His team was always friendly and thorough with their work. We have dogs so they were always mindful of them before and after their work making sure they were IN the house and then making certain the gate was secured on the way out. Great team, great service, reasonable pricing, easy payments. I highly recommend!!

After reading some positive reviews on Yelp I reached out to Lee at Affordable Lawn Service. After having a site visit we received a reasonable bid and his team got to it a few days later. The team that came cleaned up my over grown yards, trimmed bushes, weeded, and sprayed. They were considerate of my dog and gave her an opportunity to do her business before spraying the backyard and warned me to not let the dog out for some time to reduce her exposure to the weed killer. I’ll definitely be setting up regular maintenance and use them for some bigger landscaping projects we have planned.

Lee and his guys have been maintaining my yard since I moved back to California. They do a great job, very professional, nice guys who are always willing to help me with any yard issues. When we moved from 1 house to the other they even moved my garden boxes to the new house. They also hauled all the junk out of the new yard as the last tenants left a mess. They have also done tree trimming for me. I highly recommend them to all my friends

For some reason it is now shocking when a contractor of any kind actually shows up when they say they will but Lees Affordable Lawn Service not only show up on time but early even! They did a great job, are friendly and prices are very reasonable!

The Affordable Lawn Service Team took care of me. My previous yard guy walked out on us without notice so our yard looked rough. I called Lee and he was prompt to come out the same day to give me an estimate that I liked. He then proceeded to schedule our first service which was tremendous. My wife and I were out of town so we communicated through our doorbell camera, the guys came in, got the job done, and were gone in minutes. My yard has never looked this good. This business operates in a business like manner but is family owned. They show up when they schedule it. If there is a problem they listen and fix it. I’m happy with their service. They also do hauling.

Did an awesome job on my yard

Lazy and unprofessional Men working for them. They come stay maybe 5 minutes maximum and then they are gone again. They don’t rake leaves they don’t blow yards they don’t pick up anything they leave it for you to pick up and put in your own garbage cans. Basically if you choose this company they will take your money and leave your yard looking exactly the same.
