Machine wouldnt take their tokens or quarters, then when it did I lost over a minute trying to get it to accept them and the timer kept counting down. Soap brush is damaged/worn out and has trouble despenensing the soap. And finally spot free rinse setting has no pressure and has minimal spray, smaller than a kids water gun.

The Manager Janna is awesome. I had in issue with an Air Bag light coming on after a detail service and she assured me that this was normal. I had my doubts so she said she would have it taken care of the next day. Sure enough, on my way over, that light cleared. She was super attentive and kind. My car looks great.

Ok. Not much. Only problem is if you use credit card it willCharge you $5 whether you need 20 minutes or not. My little care doesnt take more than 10.

I only come here to use the vacuums and they work well, a little short on the time for your money, but its not a big deal, if I end up spending $4 to completely vaccuum out my car once in awhile, its perfectly fine. The hoses dont reach around the car, so I do have to vacuum the other side of the car by leaning across the console, but I guess if I turn the car around and put more money in, that would make it easier on my body, I just want to move quickly, so I lean across. I have not used the car wash, but I see many using it and it looks good also.

This is the only place I wash my car at. I spend $7 to clean it myself, and know its clean to my standards. To me thats absolutely worth it compared to the cost of other places.

Best water pressure in town! I had a problem one night with one of the bays and didnt get the full 20 mins like I was supposed to, I called their phone number and talked to someone who mailed me a refund!

Their equipment isnt all broken like other car washes Ive been to. There seems to be a good amount of people who use this place, but you can still usually find a spot easily enough. The driveway off of the street is really steep so lower sitting vehicles beware. Its close to an intersection so it can be difficult to get in and out of with busy traffic. Overall I really like this car wash and I will continue to use it.

The upside is that for $5 you get up to 20 minutes. The downside is they use dollar tokens there, not quarters

The layout of the carwash itself is bad cars are coming in and out of ever direction and the kids there did a horrible job of vacuuming out my car didnt even take the floor mats out. Id rather make a trip to the Fairfield location if I want the full service done would go back for a quick outside wash with the pass only!

The vacuums are horrible and cost $1 for like 5 minutes. Convenient to wash your car but dont waste your money on anything else.

I come here a lot, I like washing my car here, I do, but the machines are constantly having issues, eating coins, coin machines not accepting bills, incorrect times on the wash machines, etc. It seems like I have problems with the machines every time I come to the Alamo location, and its hard to stay loyal with the poor quality of the machines

Awful job in detailing my car my child spilled milk and I took it to have it detailed inside and shampooed they did an absolute horrible job they never even soaked up all the milk still smell to high heaven and tried to give it back to me that way with milk still in it worked on it maximum 10 minutes and that is not an exaggeration 2 shampoo front and back seats and carpet ridiculous
