I was in need of some rodent control and exclusion, and contacted HomeShield Pest Control in Roseville. The entire experience from the initial meeting with Jerimiah who helped me determine the best way to handle my situation, through the excellent phone communications with Jane, to the clean-up and the exclusion work performed by Connor and Andrew was completed in a professional yet friendly manner. I needed advice on what to have done, and some advice regarding what to keep and what to throw away, and everyone had very valuable input! Im feeling pretty secure right now with the job performed by Homeshield techs, as well as the work performed by Mikes crew from Goldstar insulation. Im happy to now be a monthly customer taking advantage of the organic protection going forward.

I moved into a new home that was infested with black widows and called HomeShield! They came promptly and the technician was extremely thorough. I was also worried about hazardous chemicals as I have a toy poodle and thankfully they use pet friendly products. Its been a few weeks and I havent seen any pests since.

HomeShield came out on short notice to help out with a pest problem and for regular sprays for insects. The service I have received has been awesome. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Did not use ! Very unhappy with technician that showed up for our appointment. Tech acted as though it was Friday afternoon and he didnt want to be bothered. Needed my ladder, I had to get off wall, he didnt help get down or even help put back into position and Im not a youngster, kind of wandered around nonchalantly looking at the house and told me I should fix this or that. Didnt look hard at problem areas i.e. attic where noises were heard from and couldnt give us a plan or a price without going to truck to call office. Did not like his attitude and quickly decided this was not the company for us. I dont like to post poor reviews and am pretty easy going but this visit turned me off quickly.

Purchased the policy the following month my A/C stop working. I called the HomeShield paid $100.00 they sent tech out and there out come was I needed new A/C unit which would cost $3,300. I called another tech who was refer by my friend and it just happened they have contract by homeshield as well. It cost my $120.00 to fix my a/c. the Homeshield didnt coverage the breakdown of my a/c.After several phone calls trying to deal with all this mess with homeshield it was too stress full.I cancel my policy there tech was trying to make money off me. I advised homeshield but of course they are right. I even explain to them that I have history of my A/c running prior to breaking down.I am glad I found early about there service.

I have been using Homeshield for several years. I chose them because they were well priced and I liked that they use eco friendly products. They come every 3 months and generally keep pests at bay. Up until two weeks ago when I discovered we had pantry moths. I called and they didnt have anyone available to come til the next day but when I explained I was leaving town and needed it done immediately they sent out Connor and Brady, my heroes!!! They helped me empty out the rest of my cabinets and did a thorough search and spray. I had no prior experience or knowledge of pantry moths but they did and gave me advice on how to prevent them in the future. What I love most is there was no charge because its all covered under my quarterly fee!
