I love how there supposed to be open till a certain time and the close over half hour early. Doesnt matter how slow you are if youre supposed to be open until a specific time be there and do your job until then. It just so happened I arrived hoping to get the insurance needs that I needed. To come to find out I would no longer be able to until 2 days later. Lame

I signed up with Cost U Less for car insurance. They refered me to Stonewood Insurance, which by the way is one of the worst insurance company there is. Long story short, Stonewood wasnt working out for me, so I wanted to cancel my policy. I called the office in Vacaville, not only did the person I spoke to did not know what the F*** his talking about. He was giving me the run around in how to cancel the insurance and after hang up on me. I called the main office, the main office told me to call my local office and they should be able to help cancel. What the hell!?!?! So I called the office back again and my calls kept going to voice mail. which is weird since their office closed at 8pm, it wasnt even 7pm yet.I tired of dealing with both Cost U Less and Stonewood!!!!
