I was rear ended and sustained damage to my vehicle. The shop is conveniently near my home and is also part of my insurer’s network. Repairs were scheduled promptly and were completed as scheduled. My Service Professional, Blake, was great at keeping me informed along the way. They made the process as simple and convenient as possible considering the circumstances.

Our vehicle was damaged in a hit and run. Within a few days we got our car into the shop to get repaired. The representative my wife spoke to gave us a timeline of when we can expect to be back on the road and they met that timeline.Our car looks like it did the day we purchased it and we’re completely satisfied with the results. I got my car here fixed after hail damage. They didn’t fix it correctly and when I brought it back to the shop they told me they just need to order the part and will fix it. They said they will call me as soon as the part gets here. 2weeks later I called because I still haven’t heard from them. They said the technician who handled my service request had moved to a different location without passing on the information about my car. So the receptionist said she will email this technician and see what’s going on. 3 days later, I still haven’t heard back from the receptionist so I called again. She said oh the technician already passed on what needed to be done to another technician.( Thanks for not updating me). 1-2 Weeks later still no calls, I called again. And this time the technician who is now handling my situation was like, oh yeah we got your car part a couple of days ago (again, they must think I can predict these things). And I was like, were you thinking about calling me at all? Technician said, sorry got busy yesterday. They said this will only take a couple of minutes to get fixed so I showed up the next day. Well guess what, everyone’s at lunch so now here we are again. They said I have to take it their other shop that’s 10mins away. This place takes care of you very well when they still haven’t gotten paid. But once they know that the service their offering will not make them any money, they will just neglect you completely. They need better communication skills as staff and with their customers because I clearly can’t predict when missing parts arrive at their store. Please retrain with better customer service in mind.

I was driving to my moms house and saw a moose outside running after her so decided to hit the moose with my car to save her and I went into caliber collision and met the most fantastic guy! Caliber Collision in Vacaville, CA 41 Union Way did an amazing job in customer satisfaction. Their management team went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I was extremely surprised and happy that they were able to provide with me a rental car the entire time. The management and staff ensured that I was provided with the most up-to-date information. The Manager also ensured a a thorough quality check of the final paint job was accomplished and corrected any defects before final delivery and I was kept updated. This really helped me gain their trust. Furthermore, I brought the vehicle in to correct defects I noticed from the paint job they did several years back. Without question, they took the vehicle in and did what they could to correct the flaws, honoring their warranty program, no questions asked. That really made a lasting positive impression on me. Lastly, the final quality of the paint job is outstanding and appears to be an exact match from the day I got the vehicle. The team also corrected/repaired a dent totally unrelated to the original work going above and beyond to their requirements which is just something you do not find these days.There are three specific items I took issues with. 1) The passenger side forward door, interior door handle was not connected properly leaving it inoperable. 2) The passenger side aft door, interior door handle was also not connected properly leaving it inoperable. 3) Upon initial inspection, I found a dense smudge/abrasion on the aft passenger side truck bed near the tail light.I never reported the inoperable doors to the company as I had no issue in reconnecting the the interior door handles myself. The smudge was also expeditiously corrected on the spot by Juan.Overall I would recommend the company to friends and family in the future and rate the overall performance a 7/10.

Took my 2006 E300 Mercedes last week to get the bumper replaced after someone backed into it. They did an amazing job! They keep me updated all week with the work they were doing on it. Taylor was my clams adjuster. He was really nice and answered all the questions.

All were very professional and eager to helpEveryone that I was in contact with was very friendly and put me at ease. The work I had to have done was expertly completed and on time and at the estimate amount they gave a month before.

Unfortunately for me, but lucky for Caliber Collision I have had 3 accidents with in the year. Ever time I took my car in Tyler would help me. Each time I received the car back I swear you couldn’t tell where the accident dents were. If you want speed and efficiency then go to Caliber Collision.

I have been going to the Caliber Collision since it was Cook’s Collision. My car has been repaired three times there and all three times they did a wonderful job.I ALWAYS have gone through the representative named Gabriel Deadrich. The estimates for both the amount and the day the car would be done has always been spot on.I happen to have AARP/Hartford insurance which comes with a life time warrantee. I recently had an issue and even though they have changed owners to Caliber they honored the AARP warrantee. Again I took it to Gabriel and he made sure it was fixed perfectly.Highly Recommended place to go.JR

Cooks Collision came recommended to me by my insurance agent after my car received some minor damage to the front bumper. I was able to take my car in on my lunch break on a Tuesday (they were nice enough to give me a free ride back to work!) and my car was finished — bumper replaced, painted, and all — by Thursday afternoon. They kept me updated throughout the process and were easy to get ahold of if I had any questions. Not to mention they gave me a car wash and vacuumed and dusted the entire interior of the vehicle! I highly, highly recommend Cook’s Collision for all of your auto repair needs.

Did an excellent job on my car repairs

My husband and I got into a small fender bender that actually did a lot more damage to our car than we thought. We were referred to an autobody place at another location and the service was terrible. We decided for a second opinion and went to Cooks Collision in Vacaville and we were practically met outside! The staff was welcoming, offered us coffee, played with my baby and the technician came out and through assessed my car and actually listed to me. I was able to drop my car off on a Monday and picked it up on the same week Friday and they kept me updated throughout the week if anything was changing and the status! I absolutely recommend Cooks Collision in Vacaville if you have any issues with your vehicle needing repair!

My 2012 Toyota Prius repaired to perfection.My Plugin Prius was damaged on the right hand rear fender due to a careless person backing out of a stall. The damage wasnt too horrible.I drove to get estimates from 3 of the local collision shops. But when I got to Cooks, I met with Tyler Breeding. He was very polite and professional. He emailed me a quote and when I settled my initial claim with Allstate I arranged drop off with Tyler. I also was concerned that the settlement with Allstate was way less than the quote to repair from Cooks. Tyler assured me that they would contact Allstate ( Cooks Collision is also on the list of Allstates Good Hands Repair Network) and work out the repair differences since the Allstate Photo Claim app cant clearly show all the angles and clarity of hidden damages. Tyler kept me up to date with text messages that were clear and concise. Never being vague. Tyler took care of all the paper work with Allstate.The car was in the shop for 9 days and I picked it up without any issues. The front desk team had all my paper work in order. Paid my deductible and Tyler has my car ready to go. When I got home, I did a careful walk through and so far very happy with Cooks Collision and their team!!!

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Cooks Collision in Vacaville. My service rep, Will Liu and the entire staff provided the best customer service I have ever received from any establishment! Believe me I’m 55 and have had my share of disappointments along the way…From day one Will treated my Cadillac CTS as if it were his own. Throughout the repair process he kept me informed of the status of the car. He thoroughly inspected the car during the process, and along the way found a couple of items the Travelers Insurance agent had overlooked. He advised Travelers of the issues, and they approved the additional work based on his recommendation.I was initially skeptical when my Travelers claim agent recommended Cooks. I was a bit cynical and commented “you must get a discount for using them.” My Travelers agent said no, as a matter of fact many times they are bit more expensive than other shops I’ve used! He said I refer them for their quality of work, honesty, and their customer service.I see now what he was referring to. My car looks brand new. The repairs and paint are guaranteed for the life of the car. Who could ask for more?Go here or take your chances somewhere else,its that simple!

My insurance company, Liberty Mutual has Cooks Collision in Vacaville as the preferred body shop for repairs. I had never had a need to try them until some idiot from Sacramento hit my Toyota Highlander in February 2017 while up at North Lake Tahoe. Anyway, Walter was the main advisor and he explained everything easily enough. During the repair, I did get several text messages indicating the status of vehicle and they even removed a few scratches that were not part of the accident at no charge. After the three weeks were over, the work was finished and it looked fully restored. So the work was professionally done and they stayed within their original time estimate provided to me.Note, my Toyota Highlander is 5 years old and for a 5 year old car, Cooks Collision returned it to me in practically perfect condition which was more than good enough for my simple needs.This is also a body shop that partners with USAA for those people who have that insurance company.

Took good care of me and my Nissan rogue

Had truck in shop from Fed 1st to Mat 1stNot all repairs done. Painted over scratches from accident. They damaged tail gate and tail light and charged our insurance. Put back in shop as a priority starting on Monday will be ready on Friday. Then ready on Tuesday then ready on Wednesday in wash and wax. Pick up late Thursday cause it was in wash and wax...except they didnt wash and wasnt waxed. It was vacuumed but rubber mats were MIA. Now I have to replace my mats. Im done. Truck was valued at 7200.00. Repairs done after all this mess 920000. You do the math. Bumper replaced..hood sanded down and painted but they didnt include the damaged grill or the drivers side mirror. So back in it goes. PS. Do not go thru a barbedwire fence when someone runs you off the road. It does major damage.
