This company cares only about making the biggest profit possible and has no care for its customers. They commit theft in many ways, example: Charging over $14,000 for a manual Wheelchair that only cost $4,500. Causing my 20% I have to pay for insurance being $3,200 plus in addition tried to charge me $2,000 more afterwards. Which is already more than $4,500 if I had bought my Wheelchair directly from manufacturer. When my frame was bent and I asked them to ship it back to manufacturer to have it fixed, they proceeded to hold it for a week and demanded manufacturer send them shipping label instead of just owning the issue and shipping it immediately. They have bought out almost all the small companies here and so forcing your hand at them being only one you can purchase Wheelchair through in my area now. When they know they make money like the $10,000 they made off my chair through Medicare Insurance yet when it needed fixed they threatened I have to pay out of pocket to ship the broken frame to manufacturer or manufacturer had to pay shipping label since they are criminals in there own regards and theives to thw disabled Community. Making millions on us already struggling to make ends meet just because we require Wheelchair to live independently and they think they can get away with it. Dont use Numotion for anything, they will screw you eventually and leave you with the bill at the end of the day.

Poor customer service. Zero follow-up on problems with our wheelchair. Phone number/answering service is terrible. I got hung up on 5 times before I got so frustrated I sent them an email. We were supposed to have an appointment and they canceled it because they did not follow the directions I gave them to call me. They instead called another number and in turn canceled the appointment. Their techs are great but beyond that terrible customer service. You have to stay on them in order to get something fixed. Beware!
I have a long history with NuMotion and telling the whole story would take a page so I will just talk about my last wheelchair received a little over a year ago. (I wouldnt have went back to them but unfortunately we have very limited options here.). I got evaluated, measured, and we discussed everything. They brought a trial chair to my house which I got to use for only a few days and actually it was pointless anyways as the cushions they provided to try out werent the correct size for the chair and there was no Velcro to hold them down either. They order my chair and I keep calling in and finally after 7 months they send someone else and this is what they figured out. They ordered my chair with someone elses measurements. Then it took over two months for the parts to come in and guess what they didnt have the correct backrest. The backrest finally arrived over a month later and that time they did send the main NuMotion representative in Iowa (Erik) . He had me sign a document and I point blank stated this pretty much covers up your mistake. He agreed and no he didnt ask me to sign the other one because he knew I would refuse to do so. Well I couldnt stand the new backrest either (go figure after sitting in an inappropriate wheelchair for 10 months and for six years before that.) I also had other concerns and asked that both Erik and the Iowa Permobil rep come to my house. That took months and they finally came after multiple phone calls and right before my warranty was up. They both stood here in my house and stated that they were going to do something with the backrest and the foot pedals. They informed me that there was nothing they could do about the height as it is now taller than my old wheelchair with the cushion they sent. This cushion is not the one originally ordered either I called again today since its been like four months and asked when are they going to do what they said with my wheelchair. Ooh now they are ordering the parts. NuMotion customer service is the absolute worst buyers beware.
They bought out total mobility yet they did not get records of the clients so they would be taken care of properly don’t use them for anything this is the way they do business they want me to start from scratch to get what I need poor customer service
