I dont get return calls after leaving a message. I get different answers from different people when calling on hold ups on repairs. I have to keep on them to get paperwork handled to get the repairs done. I dont need the fight it takes to get them to do their job. It shouldnt take three weeks to get repairs done. I shouldnt have to keep telling them to keep faxing papers to my doctors and insurance when things arent getting done fast enough. I had a business and if I treated my customers the way National seating does, I wouldnt have had my business very long!
Dont leave a voicemail! They never get back to you... however, no one ever answers their phones. Its as if they dont want to talk to anyone. However, they do a great job with the products/services they offer- you just need to win the lottery to get hold of anyone. Or go into the location physically- then they cant ignore you.

Ive been going to this company for all of my wheelchair needs for almost 20 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Ever. Phic Lovan is the absolute best. He takes his time to make sure you have everything you need and answers all of your questions. I absolutely LOVE this place!
We received excellent service from the branch manager, Phic Lovan. My father was receiving a new motorized chair. Mr Lovan spent an extended period of time explaining all the features and showing my dad how to run it. He then made sure it was custom fit to my dad’s specifications and comfort.Mr Lovan was prompt, courteous, and extremely friendly. He treated both my parents with dignity and respect. Could not have be more impressed with his professionalism and service.Would highly recommend.
The worst place to get your chair replaced or repaired. Never call back. VERY SLOW. Now Ihave a client who has to pay out of pocket because of them!!! NEVER RECOMMEND
