As someone who works in the medical field I understand how busy things can get. Dealing with insurance is not easy and can delay things for weeks. I made a conscious decision to be patient and not demanding. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. Melissa and Kendra are amazing and do everything they can to get approvals and expedite the process.

Doesnt answer phone for days at a a time. Whats the point of offering a Beneficial alternative therapy when those who are being told to seek it, Cant even contact the place their provider recommends?
