Boulevard roofing provided next day consultation and took time to sit with us to explain the problem, solution, and future maintenance. After reviewing the situation, it was decided that the work could be done by myself. Their honest approach has resulted in a future customer when we take on the gutters and other projects.

We used Boulevard Building Company for a new roof. We have a pretty good size roof, and the crew did amazing work! The company was great to work with. Fully transparent from start to finish, and their crew did an amazing job for us on a big project. Great job of explaining the entire project in detail, and they really accommodated well to work with our schedule. They are easy to contact and always responded immediately to any questions we had. Our new roof looks outstanding, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for home improvements.

He laid out how the day would go, the team was on time and finished about 45 mins earlier than he predicted. We had damage from hail back in May. After insurance co came out, we called Boulevard Building Co., and they walked us through the process. Travis came by and went over the insurance claim papers telling us in simple terms what was found and what they would be doing. After taking measurements and pictures for the estimate, we met up to pick out shingles, sidings and gutters. When supplies arrived, the were here 1st thing in morning and by 330pm, we had new roof on house and garage. Next few days they had siding removed and replaced along with gutters. Nick and Travis are the best at everything. They stop and listen to what you have to say and work with what you need, not what they think you should do. No high pressure sales pitching. Their teams of employees are great and openly conversed with my family. If you need a company that has great values, and stand by what they say, I highly recommend using them.

Boulevard helped me with the roof of my new home last fall. My home inspector missed a large area of curling shingles that had spongy boards underneath, so I was in a tight spot. Boulevard gave me options to just fix the area or replace the whole 30 yr old roof, which I went with because their pricing was very competitive. Boulevard Building did a great job on the install of our roof this past year! They were quick, kept a clean job site and communicated with us all along the way. They even gave me a call this week, several months later, to make sure that we werent having any issues during the winter thaw. Incredible customer service. Incredible craftsmanship. I wouldnt go with any other company, they responded in a timely fashion, provided straight forward pricing and kept me in the loop with the renovation process. When the job was complete they even sent an edible arrangement to my office and thanked me for my business. Very impressive, and certainly not a gesture I would have expected from any company in this field. I will be replacing my roof this spring and look forward to having them out again!
