Great customer service! Told me it would take about 1.5 hours to replace my screen and it ended up replaced in even a shorter amount of time. Very efficient and the workers were able and willing to answer any questions I had. Also their prices were more reasonable than other places in town that repair iPhone screens. If you need a screen replacement I highly suggest using iTech Gurus.

My daughter had an issue with her Iphone. (Screen unresponsive) We went here at 9 am and Bret helped us. He walked us through the process and before most places were even open my daughter had her phone back working properly. Bret and the entire staff was friendly and outgoing. I went in last Friday 3/26/1 at 3:45 for screen repair on my husbands iphone11. I do not have an iphone so am very illiterate with them. The staff was very patient with me in finding access points on the phone to diagnose and offer repair. They were able to complete repair the same day----close for this shop is at 6! Less then two hours and they had the phone back in operation. We operate two businesses with the majority of communication coming off this phone so this is a HUGE deal for us. When I picked the phone back up, the quality of the repair is remarkable. The speakers work as good as they did when the phone was new...it came in for screen repair and is working the best it ever has!

As a MacBook Air user for four years, I knew exactly what I wanted in order to replace the one I had lost on the RV trip from Minnesota to California. Clarence was outstanding in learning what we wanted, listening to our preferences, and providing it swiftly. When he asked us about insurance in case I damage the MacBook, he did not push it on us. In the short moments while we were both waiting, he showed pleasure in chatting. In answer to my questions, Clarence explained how iTech Gurus is an independent company with a parent store in Cedar Falls and that the owners have chosen a decor that made us feel as though we were in an Apple store. In fact, I like your presentation better. You do not have the arrogance of Apple to have technicians work out of a Genius Bar. Very fast VERY reasonable cost. Phone works great. Screen was badly damaged and their replacement was perfect! For 1/2 cost of other chain place.
Wish I wasnt forced to give one star. That is too generous of a rating. Apple sent me into their store three times to get work done on my computer that was under warranty. They charged me an $85 diagnostic fee. When Apple called to confront them on this, they claimed that they were helping with one of my other computers. I dont have any other Apple computers. This store is taking advantage of the fact that the Apple Store is closed due to the COVID pandemic and is charging customers diagnostic fees when their products are still under Apple Care warranties. Youre better to go directly through Apple and send your device in for repair and be without it for a few weeks than go to this store. They are not honest.
Unbelievable employees.Spent an hour working on my phone. They knew I was in a bind and on a time constraint. They dealt with me and in this time I was able to observe the interactions they had with other customers. Amazing customer service and expertise.

I was sent there by Apple for a Battery replacement after Best Buy screwed that appointment. Mike and Bret were Great to work with and I picked up my phone a little bit early as it was ready. Very Professional!
Make sure when you work with these guys you specify everything in writing. Took Brand New 1 week old IPAD with shattered screen to be replaced, I paid extra to have it backed up and the SIM card replaced into the new one. My IPAD was a USCELULAR and I told them this. They backed up the IPAD, but did not take the SIM Card out of the IPAD and now they only claim sorry we sent it back. Customer Service is terrible.

Apple tech support consumer services set up an appointment at this place for warranty work needed on my laptop. Alex called saying it would cost over $700 for him to repair the laptop. Alex was very demeaning and pressured me to pay that amount or buy a new laptop from them. Upon taking the same laptop the same day to The Apple Store the laptop was repaired FREE. Do not go to ITech Gurus they will rip you off!

This business solved all my Apple laptop, iPhone and external drive problems in very little time and for a reasonable price. I had a fairly long list of problems and the tech was undaunted and explained what he was doing so I could understand it. I am very impressed and recommend this business highly and will certainly use them again.
The ITech Gurus technician was very helpful when service was needed on my MacBook Pro. I was able to contact Apple for options on repair that were speedy and professional. ***Also noticed they tack on a little extra $ from the deductible amount listed on applecares website, while miniscule, its not the contracted amount listed on applecare. (Applecare says $29+tax, they charged $29.99+tax=32.09)Before being charged TWICE for the same repair that was supposed to have been NO CHARGE per Apple, I probably would have given 2 stars because the screen replacement seems to have been done well. That is about the only positive coming away from this experience. I will also credit that the very beginning of my interaction with their staff and the issue of charges was something that stemmed directly from an issue with apple and was not directly their fault, but how they chose to handle it was not in the interest of customer service. I scheduled the repair through Apple care who said there would be no charge for the repair (phone conversation was recorded on my end as well as Apples). When I came for the repair appointment, the gentleman working said that there would be a cost to repair + tax. I explained to him that Apple said there would be no charge & played the conversation with apple to the gentleman. He laughed when I played the conversation and said he contradicted himself. It was very clear to me, so i asked him if he could call apple from their phone so we could reference the recorded call on my phone if needed. He told me no, that there were other people waiting and that I could call them on my own. He then asked if Id like to proceed with the repair or not. I told him that I would, and that I would just contact apple on my own to get it sorted out. I signed a form that did not list any cost to repair. I went to my car and immediately called apple, who said they sent a code and I would be good to go when I returned to pick up the phone. When I arrived to pick up the phone, they told me that the code apple sent was useless. I called apple again while in the store, apple told me they could use the code, they insisted they could not. During this exchange with the store employees, I mentioned that this would have been avoided had they agreed to call apple when i was in the store the first time, so we could have sorted out ahead of time and the employee actually said its not my responsibility to call apple for you. For the record, I was not asking them to call them FOR me, but WITH me. Also, one of the store employees who went in the back to contact apple came out and said that I didnt immediately call apple when I dropped off my phone, that i waited 2 hours and that the repair was already done and that was why they couldnt use the code. Apple customer service is in a different time zone. I initiated the call about 30 seconds after leaving the store. At this point, I was told I could not leave without paying so ended up waiting an hour in the store (while apple was trying to figure it out with them). Finally, they agreed to let me leave when Apple said they would call them at the store directly. Eventually, apple gets back on the line and said it was at the stores discretion to use the code, and that they were choosing not to use the code, so I would need to pay and they (apple) would refund me. So I do the right thing as to not stiff this place, call right away and pay the invoice. And they charged me TWICE for the same repair, not to mention its 10 days before Christmas and I was expecting to pay zero.

I recently took an apple mac notebook to i tech and one repair place wanted 650.00 plus, took it to itech Gurus they fixed it within 2 days only charged 69.00. Honest company Clarance is who I dealt with. Highly Recommend.
My Iphone7 was not taking a charge so I contacted Apple on-line. After explaining my problem, they said it needed to be examined by a technician. They noted the store in the mall is closed so gave me a list of other options. I chose iTech and it was a great choice. I called them, explained what was wrong, and they said to bring it in. I asked when and they said now would work fine. I drove there and went in the store. I stood in line for less than 5 minutes then presented my phone. Brad asked for a detailed description then told me the costs associated with what he thought the problems could be. I was expecting a huge bill and each option was very reasonable. He took it to the back room and was back in less than 10 minutes. He explained what had happened, why it had happened, and that he had fixed it. He then checked it again and it was perfect. The charge? $9.99 We visited for a while about what they do and how they do it. He told me, frankly, had the Apple store been open they would have taken it back and put it in the queue. I know that generally means a two hour wait. To be clear, their prices may be a few dollars higher than the Apple Store but having it fixed that quickly is worth it to me. iTech also sells some Apple products and I plan to buy from them because they are a local store with local people so their money and profits stays here and help our economy.
These gentlemen were excellent. They had fantastic service, they fixed and updated my 3 old computers that were nearly inoperable. Would recommend to anyone having any sort of computer issue. Deserves more stars than 5.
These guys were great. I was able to take my iPhone 6 in for a new battery and got it back within a couple hours. Its been a few months since the replacement and I have not had any issues with my phone. Great service and comparable with what you would pay at an Apple store – maybe even a bit less. Their store is also very clean and professional.
The techs here know what they are talking about, and will give honest advice. They only use parts from Apple and not the cheap knock offs I am now having to deal with from another place in town. I will definitely do repeat business with iTech, and recommend to anyone looking for any type of computer related repairs or buying new. Thanks guys!
We took iPad I got for Christmas in as screen was cracked. They assumed we did and we had to pay to fix. No concession what so ever.
My iPhone 7 went down but had a replacement warranty. The guys at iTech Gurus sent my old unit in and got a replacement from Apple in 1 week,...no hassle and no charge...cant get much better service than that!
My Mac Mini was down and out. Catalina seemed to have rendered its guts useless. I setup a service appointment with iTech through the Apple service support website. They were able to take a look at it within a couple hours, contacted me to inform me of the situation and how to remedy it. Since my Mac was still under warranty, they were able to make the repair free of charge to me, and they handled all the legwork through Apple. I was not required to do anything, which was a welcome surprise. A great service experience all around. A big thank you!

These guys are awesome! Quick turn around and best of all they are authorized through Apple, that means they use the OEM parts and know what they are doing! Took in my MacBook Pro for a repair and got it back within a few days! They replaced 50% of it, keep up the hard work!

Went here for my first time instead of Apple. Way calmer vibe and 1 on 1 personal service than the Apple store in Jordan Creek. My iPhone X had “ghost touch” where literally the phone had a ghost like touching the screen. Staff was very knowledgeable and quick to service the phone. They quote you a price and length of time to fix and had it fixed sooner than quoted! I would recommend this place to anyone needing help fixing any tech products especially Apple products. I’ll always go here over Jordan Creek Apple now.
These people are easy to talk to and understand. I didnt buy anything today, but Ill be back for sure. Its nice to have somewhere else to go to buy a new Mac. Still expensive buggers, but worth every penny.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Brought an iPhone here for repair and got the run-around from these guys. First, it took four guys an eternity to find the model and serial number of the phone. Once they managed that, we explained that the phone wasnt charging and without any other examination, they told us they couldnt fix it. Of course, on our way out the door, they tried to sell us another phone. Dont waste your time. Took the phone to another place that had it fixed in 15 minutes.

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro that was running very slow and sometimes wouldn’t boot up at all. I was super worried that I would lose my photos and work documents. They saved everything and upgraded my hard drive wasn’t very expensive and my computer runs 10 times faster than when I bought it.
The staff is incredibly knowledgable and super friendly. I was blown away that Apple referred me to someone other than the mothership - and Im a customer for life. I have an older machine that just ended up needing some TLC. I swear it looks and runs like its brand new. Great service, highly recommend.
