Made a decision to buy a Subaru Forester. E-mailed on line and Paul Moser returned the e mail quickly. Went in for a visit...very thorough and great explanation of the great features of the vehicle. Vehicle arrived within a month and process for pick up as well as a complete vetting of the vehicle left me very satisfied from beginning to end. Thanks Paul
I had an awesome experience purchasing my new Subaru CrossTrek at Ramey Subaru. In a time of little or no inventory they never over promised what they could offer me, but worked with me to get the car I wanted. Like all car dealers they have a lot of extras they can add-on, but here they laid them on the table and then respected my decisions to take or not take an offer with not additional pressure. When the car arrived, at the time promised, they spent all the time I needed to learn about the car before I drove it off the lot. There follow-up support has also been good.
I bought my first Subaru and Paul M. Was a joy to work with. He was really attentive and has a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and Paul.
Brandon exceeded all of my expectations, from his friendly character to his informative display of the vehicle. The process was much quicker than anticipated even with our questions. I have never had an experience where a salesmen would go over every feature of the vehicle, let alone after the purchase. The team really shows they care that we understand and are open to any and all questions.I will definitely return for an upgrade and would recommend anyone to do the same!
The service department was simply great. We had a breakdown and they helped us in many ways. They stayed over an hour after closing time on a Friday! Mary was very patient and helpful every step of the way. Impressive!
My Salesperson Mitch was so helpful and great to work with. He responded quickly with any questions I had, was super understanding that this was my first car-buying experience and gave me more information than I even knew I needed. As a woman too, I have felt like at car places I am going to get taken advantage of because I am naive, but he never made me feel that way which I REALLY appreciate.
This is an extraordinarily nice dealership with an extremely helpful and friendly staff, who are relaxed and dont put any pressure on customers. They make buying a new car very easy and pleasant! Dog-friendly too!
Unexpected car trouble traveling out of town. Found Ramsey Subaru and very helpful service without delay. From service to sales to finance all staff were polite, informative and patient. Thanks you!
Brandon L was the dealer who helped us through the process of getting our forester. This was our first time going to Subaru and he put us at ease right away. His service was extraordinary!
Rufad did a great job helping me! I came several times and he was very friendly and informative but not at all pushy.
I hesitate to give one star because I love the car. My 2021 Outback is an amazing vehicle and Subaru corporate has been incredibly helpful. My problem is with the dealership itself. There were missteps at every turn in my buying process. Long story short, DR Subaru: screwed up paperwork so I had to sign the same forms and provide the same documents multiple times, did not return phone calls, had so much staff turnover that I got lost in the shuffle of their own internal issues, let my registration lapse from my trade in to my new vehicle, did not notify Subaru that I had taken delivery so Chase financing had no record of who I was to start payments, and didn’t deliver on promises made during the selling process. It took me a week from signing papers to be able to pick up the car. They even bungled the “apology” after we contacted them directly along with Subaru corporate. We’re a military family and my husband isn’t in the state, which caused part of the confusion to begin with. I was sent a gift certificate for a family portrait session. That would be fun if he weren’t deployed. The other great part of dealing with their military discount program was when they called me during the week I was waiting for my car and asked if I would give up the discount because there was “so much paperwork”. My salesperson joked to another employee about offering a free car wash instead before he knew I had picked up the phone for that call.I hadn’t posted any public reviews because everyone makes mistakes, but today was the cherry on top. I went back to the dealership for my first service after my salesperson talked up a deal of free routine maintenance up to a certain amount of miles for new purchases. When I went to check out, I had a charge for $94. There was no record of the arrangement anywhere and they wouldn’t honor it. Never going back here for service, parts, or anything. So done.
Had a great buying experience from Ramsey Subaru! I knew what I wanted after looking on their website and when I messaged for the price and financing information they provided it to me right away with no questions asked. That might not sound like much but I have dealt with several other dealers and that is almost never how it goes. Normally they try to give you the run around to get you there or they want to run your credit before they waste their time in the search for this car I contacted multiple dealers and Ramsey was the 1st and only one to respond with the information and help I wanted. From there it was a no pressure experience as I debated on putting a deposit on the vehicle to hold it. Once I decided to go through with it the process was smooth and easy. All the information was exchanged before I made the trip there while the car was still in transit. Once I got there it was as easy as looking the car over, test driving it, and signing some paperwork. The staff were all very nice helpful! The best part is that from my first inquiry into what the total cost, with taxes and everything would be so I could figure my payments out, nothing changed in the price and there were no hidden surprises!
I had a great buying experience at Ramsey Subaru. I will definitely buy from them again in the future. They have great pricing and dont pressure you like other dealerships. I would ask to work with a salesperson named Mitch Williams. He is very honest and made the entire process painless. He was very professional and made me feel good about buying a car from him.
We recently purchased a 22 Legacy and the entire process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly be. Natthanial was amazing. From the test drive to the credit application and then the delivery; this was the smoothest car buying experience weve had.Dennis was also great. He made things happen within our budget and ultimately, we walked away very happy. Again, very smooth and efficient.Thank you everyone! Well be back for the new Ascent soon!
Nothing but positive things to say about these guys. I bought an older used car from them, and while there were some initial issues, they were more than willing to help figure them out and get me back on the road as soon as possible. They have great customer service and an extremely friendly staff. Would buy a car from them again.
The overall experience was fantastic! Everything about my vehicle was explained to me with great detail and any questions I had about the car and the whole process were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. Ask for Brandon Lautenschlager!
I purchased a 2021 Ascent with the assistance of Brandon Lautenschlager. The one I test-drove didnt have exactly what I wanted but was able to get it for me within 2 days! Very happy with it!
Great customer service (Paul and Natthaniel), gave us what we were looking for and made it very easy. Finance person (Andrew) was straight forward and easy to work with. Really happy with the entire experience.
OMG!! What an amazing experience and vehicle! it runs nicely, is beautiful, everything was explained in depth in detail with examples. Along with a very smooth set up, thanks to Nick Juergens we have a reliable safe car for winter when our newborn arrives.
Took possession of our new 2021 Forester on June 7. More then pleased with our buying experience. Paul Moser was great and very attentive to our needs. Wonderful with explaining all the features.Based on our experience we would recommend for anyone to consider purchasing from Ramsey.Time will tell on the service aspect. Need time to evaluate as we age with our our Forester. So far so good. My good buddy Buster loves the new Forester.
The reason why I give a 5 star and would recommend the dealership it is because of the great service Jim Fenimore provided for us. We love to work with him. In the other hand I would give a zero star to the finance manager Nick. As soon as we decided not to add any warranty, insurance or service plan to the loan he got mad at us and wasnt as polite. Also I let him know that my credit union was Collins and that they provided me with a lower interest rate he said he couldnt do anything and gave us a lot of excuses. I dont think anyone with a credit score of 750 or more should get a 5.7 %. And I also dont think it is necessary for anyone to refinance a week later to be able to get the interest rate that is deserved. Will tell any of my family members or friends to be very careful with the finance people. Maybe you guys should hire more people as polite as Jim, he knows how to treat people. Great customer service from him.
Had an amazing experience at Ramsey Subaru! Mitchell and his team were the best to work with! Quick and clear communication all around. I am absolutely obsessed with my Subaru Legacy and cannot recommend Ramsey Subaru enough!
It has only been a few months and I have spent nearly as much money fixing the used Subaru I purchased from Ramsey as it cost to buy in the first place. Definitely in the citrus family! I told Travis, the sales person, about the barrage of problems when he recently emailed about a six month maintenance appointment and I received no response. In the process of purchasing this Outback as is I asked 3 times to see the mechanics assessment of the car and status of major systems and parts (I took my previous car to Beckleys and they did this) but Travis and the mechanics did not follow through. Had I seen this information, I might have known about the underlying issues.Very soon after I bought the car, warning lights began to come on. Within 5,000 miles the car had broken down 3 times (once leaving me stranded in the 115-degree desert) and I have now spent thousands of dollars repairing long term issues that were clearly needed when I bought it.I did not pay a this needs some work price; I paid a premium for this car. I think Ramsey took advantage of buyers during a time when the used car market was hot. When I expressed interest in the new arrival, Travis told me I should hold the car with a non-refundable deposit because, he said, the car would be gone if I didnt. Feeling the pressure, I committed too early to a car whose mechanical status was yet unknown. Notably, the sticker price never changed after the mechanics had seen it.If you are considering buying used from Ramsey, I recommend taking any used car to an independent mechanic because either the staff are willing to overlook major issues, or they dont do quality work.If youre interested in the math, I paid almost $9K and have now put in $6K in repairs within 6 months and 5000 miles. I would have been better off taking my $15k elsewhere and buying a newer, lower-miles car. Also, one of the problems was the catalytic converter (this is rare) and the Subaru dealer quoted me $4600 to replace it but a non-Subaru dealer did the work for only $1400. Had I done that repair at the dealer, I would have paid $9K in repairs (the same as I purchased the car for). The staff were nice but this does not override the fact that they failed to do the one service customers need: provide reliable transportation.
It was my first time buying a car through a dealership, and Paul Mosier made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I felt he was very honest in how he explained the details and differences between models, and was transparent with what he liked and didnt like about them.We would buy our next Subaru from him, too.
Mitch Williams was with us every step of the way. He also took the time to go over everything about our new car from buttons to how it will drive! Great personality and even willing to help after we drove off the lot.
I recently purchased a used 2011 Subaru Forester from Ramsey. While the salesman, Travis Jameson was great and answered all of my questions, the disappointments have continued since I drove it off the lot. First, the detailing job was very poor. Lots of dirt and grime were still in the vents, and crevices of the front seat and after folding the back seats down to load things in the trunk, I found sticks, leaves, and mud that were in the crease of the seats and the trunk. Three weeks after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on. Because Ramsey did not offer a 30 day warranty on the car, I was unable to get the problem fixed for free. I took it to another car repair location and the repairman said there was a dent in the vacuum of the engine that he thinks had been their for awhile and Ramsey had not caught it in their thorough examination of the car. This damage caused the engine to rattle when I pressed the accelerator. Also, there was no windshield wiper fluid in the reservoir and the windshield wiper fluid does not come out when I pull the trigger -- again necessitating that I take it to the shop. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Ramsey again, although I do love the Subaru itself.
We recently purchased our 2nd Subaru from Paul Moser at Ramsey Subaru. Paul is not only a terrific salesperson but also a hoot to work with.. Wed highly recommend Paul to those interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
Dejah was great to work with. Some of the other sales people, I would not have felt as comfortable working with.
Scheduled an appointment online Friday during lunch. Quickly heard from Paul Moser and setup a time to look at a new Outback for the next day. Car was ready for test drive for my family and I to go on a drive (alone, which I appreciated). Came back and quickly sorted out what I thought was a fair price. Came home with a new Outback. So far so good. If the car and service continue to be as good as my first experience Im sure Ill be back for future vehicles.
My husband and I previously bought my outback here four years ago and had an excellent experience. However, we’re in the market for a used vehicle now so that he can transport our little one around. We reached out to the same salesman since we had such a great time with him last go round. This time we were very disappointed. The return calls he offered hardly happened, the cars we were interested in were sold before we were given the chance to come look at them ourselves or test drive them but when we called to follow up they just kept saying “oh we’re not sure where it’s at right now, must be in service” or “oh they’re replacing tires then bringing it back to the lot” then we’d call the next day & they’d give a run around before saying it had been sold already. Again- very disappointed, poor customer service/relations this time & we likely won’t be returning.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Do not finance through Lithia! Our salesman was wonderful got us into the car we wanted and I love it. Finance is horrible. Got a better rate through Our credit union and needed a refund on our gap insurance. It took 8 voicemails and several other calls just to get someone on the phone to help us.It has been 5 months and we still have not received the refund check! Sad to say but we will probably not be buying another car from here in the future.
SHOUT OUT, to the Ramsey Subaru Service Team!! Nick, Brain, and Jerry Vansickle. I had an issue with my 2021 two-month-old Forester, the sound system just stopped working. I called the dealership for help and the team at Ramsey Subaru made it happen and my family is so thankful.Jerry Vansickle, Ramsey Subaru Service Advisor, worked his magic on my cars sound system, he got it to work in a matter of 5 minutes. We are extremely thankful, especially with the holiday weekend and driving we need to do. Without music, we would have gone a bit crazy. (knowing this may not be the end-all fix, for now, it made a difference for us.)We love our new 2021 Forester, so happy with our purchase, most of all we love all the safety features it has. Our family recommends Ramsey Subarus sales team and service team to you. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go.
I just purchased my 3rd Subaru (a 2021 Ascent) from Ramsey and received excellent customer service throughout the process. My sales rep Paul Moser replied quickly, answered all my questions, and ensured that I was purchasing the right vehicle for my family needs. I have been a loyal Subaru and Ramsey service department customer for 16 years and plan, when the time is right, to buy my next vehicle there too! Highly recommended!
This was my first SUV purchase and I chose a Subaru because so many friends sing its praises. I can now see why! These vehicles are of such a high quality they could practically sell themselves! Fortunately I worked with Paul Moser who was patient and thorough and knowledgeable - no high pressure - it made purchasing a vehicle a very pleasurable experience instead of a battle of price! I am so very impressed with the level of instruction available for new owners and the safety features are truly remarkable. I made the right decision!
This is the second new car that I have bought from Ramsey Subaru. I like working with Paul Moser, who is great at showing you how the different features of the car works. I have had a positive experience each time I have bought a car from Ramsey Subaru.
Im in the process of looking for a smaller SUV and saw a car on the used lot. My mother and I went to go look at it and see if it was something we liked. LOVED the car, but Brad was rude. He was very pushy, didnt understand our concerns, interrupted us more than once when all we did was ask questions about the car and you could tell he only cared about money .Ive met great sales reps from other dealerships that I would go back to in a heartbeat if they had a great car.No matter the car, would not go back
Recently, I leased a Forester from Ramsey Subaru. It was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, and I have purchased many cars over my lifetime. Paul Moser was my sales person. Paul explained all of my options with great patience and without any pressure or hyperbole. A lone woman is not always treated this way in a car dealership. The follow up since I took my car home has been very helpful. And I love my Subaru! I will definitely return to Paul when it is time to lease again.
Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I felt valued and like my business was appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend friends and family to use them as well
I recently purchased a new Ascent from Ramsey Subaru! Paul was fantastic to work with. He made the process easy and comfortable and worked hard to get me a great vehicle with all the features I wanted in an even shorter time than we expected. We have also used Ramsey for service on our other Subaru, and I know Ill be in good hands in that department. The search, purchase, and follow-up have all been excellent. I would definitely recommend Paul and Ramsey Subaru!
The sales rep went beyond what I requested by providing an option I didnt think of as well as providing transportation to help me return my rental car. He was polite and very respectful. The financing rep was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding what warranty would work best for me.
We worked with Brandon at Ramsey Subaru and had a great experience. We highly recommend him and Ramsey.
Brandon Lautenschlager was my first contact and the salesperson for my Crosstrek. He seemed to understand his cars well and he found out anything he didnt know and explained the information to me, sometimes multiple times, lol. Brandon made buying a car a pleasurable experience and I would suggest anyone looking at a Subaru to contact him at the dealership.
Paul Moser was my salesman and he was excellent! He responded quickly to my emails and was very personable and helpful during my car buying process. He respected social distancing very kindly and made the whole experience wonderful. I love my new Forester.
Just a note of thanks to Chris Donahue and the rest of the team at Ramsey Subaru. My wife and I recently purchased a Subaru (our first) and the experience at Ramsey with Chris direction was a smooth one. After we signed on the proverbial dotted line, Chris spent over an hour with us in our car showing us just how advanced an automobile it is.
Very polite and helpful. Was a long wait but it was understandable and they explained everything to me.
Matt Grafft at Ramsey Subaru is such a pleasure to work with. He made the car by process comfortable and easy. He was laid back and full of information. Thanks Matt! I love my new Forester
They got me in quickly for a complimentary inspection of my vehicle. Wasnt too impressed with the customer waiting area ..but service was efficient.
I absolutely love Matt Grafft! He has now helped me purchase my third Subaru at Ramsey and he makes it fun, stress-free and painless. Its always a pleasure doing business with Ramsey & their fantastic team.
Worked with Ross Jarzembowski and received excellent treatment, thorough follow up, and a solid deal on my Subaru. The staff at Ramsey are good folks and dont pressure you. Go check out the cars and SUVs and prepare to be enamored with the brand.
Excellent work by Mitch our sales representative. We never felt pressured and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Worked with Mitch at Ramsey Subaru on a New Ascent. The transaction went smoothly and we were able to get our trade in price and new car on the same day. He was very helpful and took great care of us.
I will not be buying another subaru solely because of their service department. If your a woman dont go or use their service department.
Waiting area and rest rooms very clean and comfortable
Ramsey is very professional. We feel like weve known them for years. Shiv Patel goes above and beyond as a salesman. We thank them for putting us in a safe car. Kim was excellent in getting financing.
The Honda was like dating my mothers best friends boring daughter. The Toyota was like dating that plain awkward girl that wears too much make up to be pretty... The Mazda CX5... is the girl that is beautiful and fun...
Our sales rep and the financer were real and listened to us/made efforts to connect with us. They were helpful and not pushy, but still communicated when necessary.
0 stars Car got broken into and hail damage. nothing was fixed lack of communication. professional stealership. charged me 160 dollars for payments my insurance company already paid.Imagine taking youre car In to get fixed just to come get it even more broken this place is a joke
Rodney made my experience great! He listened to why I wanted and made sure I had all the information to make the right choice. I LOVE my 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. If you’re looking for a Mazda, Rodney is your guy!
I leased a 2018 impreza a couple of years ago and had a fantastic experience. Paul Moser got me a great deal and he is a fantastic salesman. My lease is almost up, and I dropped by unannounced and he remembered who I was and details that I told him three years ago. I highly recommend checking out some cars with Paul.
I purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester from Ramsey Subaru. The sales agent was Paul Moser. The entire purchasing procedure was done online, and I did not need to appear at the dealership until the time came to pick up my vehicle. Before the purchase Mr. Moser promptly provided me with several quotes for various sets of options, and for the price with and without a trade-in. At the dealership I was told of some possible add-ons, but not pressured to purchase any of them. I was particularly pleased that Mr. Moser suggested not extending the Starlink coverage, because the spotty cellular coverage in the remote area where I live would limit its usefulness. After taking possession of the vehicle, I had some questions about the vehicle that Mr. Moser cheerfully answered on the phone after normal working hours. A nice and efficient experience overall
Easy no BS purchasing experience. Reasonable trade in value on prior vehicle.
Just bought a beautiful blue Lexus from Jim at Ramsey. Great experience, got a good deal on our trade-in + a good price on the vehicle.
The sales team at Subaru was wonderful. Chris Donahue was great to work with, and made the process very easy from start to finish, always looking out for our best interests.
Dennis in service was incredibly helpful. I’m so glad I was able to take my car here and would definitely recommend the service department to anyone.
We bought a used Suburban here. They were comfortable to go on a ride along. They worked with us on the price and helped entertain the kids while I signed papers. I plan to go there again in the future.
I was at the dealership on Saturday to look at a car that was just listed on their website. I was not able to look at it because it was just recently traded and was in their shop getting inspected. I spoke to two different sales people about my interest in the vehicle. One sales person (Jeff James) took my phone number and said hed call me if the vehicle passed inspection. I called back on Wednesday and was informed the vehicle had already been sold. It would have been nice if someone had called me back to say so, or at least called me when the vehicle was available. I will not consider this dealership in the future.
We recently purchased a new Outback from Ramsey Subaru. Paul Moser seemed like an old friend or family member. We were considering late model pre-owned Outbacks from Ramsey and other dealers, but Paul showed us how, with the current 0% financing on new cars, we could take home a new car for about the same total cost of ownership as a used one. We are more than pleased with the car, the dealership, and the sales person.
Great product. USED CAR SALES.... NOT SO MUCH. Went in to buy a used car and offered to put money down on it after driving it. They refused. I was there in the morning at 8am when I made the offer. By 11 AM it was GONE! They wouldnt even give me the courtesy of laying a check to hold it. The cars are great. The Dealership not so much
Yesterday here was like fantasy camp. Today was reality black hole. Im not sure that they really want to sell vehicles.
Had my car all day. Had some issues. Told me it was drivable but when I went to leave car died. 1400$ and it runs worse than when I brought it in
Thank you Brandon Williams for making this easy and even fun! Thank you for taking the time to explain all the technology packed into this car and educating us about Subaru engineering. This car is for our college son--we were even able to have him on the loan. If you dont want schmooze or high pressure but great information and education--CALL BRANDON.
UPDATE: 9/3/29 I called the number they provided in their reply but the manager was away from his desk. I left a detailed message about what had happened. I got a call a few hours later from the finance guy and he said I would be getting a refund. He said it would take 10 - 14 business days. I updated from 1 star to 3 stars. I will update again when I get the refund.P. S They still do not know why this happen.9/1/20 I leased my 1st Subaru June 2, 2017. The lease was up June 2, 2020. Due to covid 19 the lease was offered to be extended but I already planned on getting the new 2020 outback. On May 29, 2020 I was in Ramsey and leased my 2nd Subaru.I asked what would happen if my June payment was pulled from my bank account and was told by both the salesman and financial person that it would be refunded. Well it was pulled from my account but not all was refunded. It turned out that Subaru did not pay the full payoff amount. I contacted Subaru and they did have a refund for me but it was short over $90.00. For some it may not be a lot but it is to me. I spoke with the finance guy at Subaru on July 1 and he was going to find out what happened. I have reached out 2 more times and still nothing.I love the car but having to wait so long to find out why I was shorted in a refund is really frustrating. This whole thing has soured me on Ramsey. I will keep the car for the 3 yr lease but I do not think I will be getting another one from Ramsey. This has been too time consuming and frustrating
Highly Recommend Ramsey Subaru!About 4 years ago, I bought my first Subaru from Ramsey Subaru. Even though the car has had some hiccups, I recently decided to purchase another Subaru when my lease was up. The main reason besides liking the Crosstrek is the service. Ramsey has the best service department that I have dealt with in my 34 years of owning a car. My Service Advisor, Dennis Parker, is the best. He offers me amazing customer service and treats me with respect, which I can’t say for the last dealership I dealt with.I was also very happy with both sales reps I dealt with at Subaru. I loved working with Mitch Williams with my recent purchase. He is very knowledgeable, personable and flexible. He never pressured me in making a decision – even when I took Subaru up on their offer to extend my lease when the pandemic began. I strongly recommend working with Mitch to buy a new or used car at Ramsey.
Rant:Why I wont be returning to Ramsey SubaruIn early August I called to make an appointment for a remote start install, oil change and tire rotation for my Forester XT. I normally rotate the tires and change the oil/filter myself, but my jack and stands were back in Chicago, so I figured why not get those done since I was dropping it off for a remote start install anyway. I paid around $350 for the remote kit. The appointment is for 8/27.The weekend before the appointment I find out my mom is coming to Waterloo so I tell her to bring the jack and stands and I pick them up from her on Saturday. So when I drop it off on Tuesday 8/27 I tell them forget the oil change and tire rotation since I can now do it myself.I drop it off Tuesday and tell them, and get an Uber back home.Wednesday goes by and they say its not ready yet.I get a call Thursday evening and they say they are having issues and cant get it to work. They think its because they dont have all the keys... that makes sense, but why didnt they tell me that they needed all three keys when or before I dropped it off?So I Uber home from work during my lunch break, grab the keys, Uber back to Ramsey Subaru and drop them off thinking I will be able to pick it up around 5pm that day. Nope.I get a call Friday, Saying they still cant get it to work. But I can come in and get a Loaner. So I do.I figured Id get it back Wednesday the next week or something.Nope.Fast forward to Wednesday September 11, they have decided there is a problem with my gauge cluster computer and they can not install it. The gauge cluster would cost $900 plus labor to fix. So I tell them to forget it.Alright whatever, Ill get my money back and Ill just be done with it.Nope.They inform me that they can not return the remote start or the additional module they ordered, about $360 total. When I pick it up I also find out they also did the oil change and tire rotation. $183. So I am out around $543 for pretty much nothing. To make matters worse, they forgot to sync the valet key, so that doesnt work to start the car.I give them a call and complain, and they tell me to bring it back the next day, and they sync it.But thats not all. I check the oil later that day, and its reading that its overfilled. Edit: checked it again, its only a tiny bit overfilledIm dont think they rotated the tires eitherThey dont care if youre happy. I called to complain and I got Im sorry you feel that way. Also, if anyone wants a remote start system, its yours for $200.
It took one hour and 45 minutes to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My car was done and sitting outside for more than 10 minutes that I saw before I went and asked if my car was done. Im very dissatisfied with the service I received the last two times I was there.
I had several dents on my car from the Derecho including the hood, trunk and above my door which was a really bad one. I just picked up my car from the Ramsey Collision Center and it looks brand new on the outside and inside! I’ve had my car for 4 years and it felt like it was brand new again! I have pearl coat paint and was told it is hard to match. It looks perfect. Absolutely no flaws! I couldn’t be more pleased! The attention to detail, working with my insurance company and overall customer service made the entire experience great! Thanks to Joe and the team! So proud to show off my car again!
The service took less time than we were told
I recently had my vehicle totaled with only days left on my rental to buy a car. Rufad and Jay went above and beyond for me to get a new car provided to me within days despite their busy schedules! Thank you two for all the help and Rufad for dealing with my pickiness!! I am sooo happy with my Mazda! Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
We could not be more impressed with the experience purchasing our new vehicle from Ramsey Subaru. From the top-notch service provided by Paul Moser to the delivery of our vehicle, even in a pandemic this entire process was very smooth. Highly recommend!
Price gouging. Dis respectful. Paternalistic.
My Sales Associate Travis Jameson did a fantastic job! Truly put in the work to get me in th vehicle I wanted with a payment I was ok with, plus got the best deal in town for my trade in. He went through all the features in my brand new 2021 Subaru Ascent so I can get the most out of my vehicle.
Excellent service and excellent sales team!
As of posting this review theyve had my friends car for over a month and are trying to scam him out of $13,000 dollars. Theyve also managed to lose 4 of his lug nuts in the process
Bought a used Forester, nice👍.Would of gave a 5 but the used car I bought didnt have fresh oil change or a full tank of gas. Call me old fashioned but that just good business. You want a five, earn it everything else was great. After further review oil was changed. 4.5 full tank would of been 5. Wife loves vehicle!, that means I get 5 stars.
I recently purchased a crosstrek here. The experience was seamless and the customer service from Paul was impeccable.
Rodney and Mitch provided a great, no-pressure experience for helping me get into the perfect vehicle. I felt completely comfortable working with both of them by myself, which says a lot about their customer service skills and their ability to help me as the buyer feel in control of my purchase. Look forward to doing future business with Ramsey in the future and would recommend to family and friends.
I have called their service center 6 or so times in the last two weeks and sat as it rang until it makes you leave a message. Ive left messages with my name and number and havent ever heard back. Does anyone work here?
Paul Moser did a spectacular job expediting delivery of our new 2021 Ascent. Another dealership sold what we thought was our car out from under us. Time was of the essence and Ramseys team pulled it off. Thanks!
Had such a great experience with everyone at Ramsey. Dropped my car off on Monday morning and they said that it would be done by Friday. To my amazement they called on Wednesday evening to let me know it was done 2 days early!!!! Showed up and my 12 year old Outback had a new quarter panel, headlamp and a fresh wax job!!! The facility is clean, everyone is really helpful and friendly. My Outback will never go anywhere else. Thanks Ramsey!!!
Bought my Car here a few years ago. Good service and great cars. I have had no issues with my purchase.
Only place I will buy a new vehicle. The sales team is so friendly and kind. Love, love this dealership.
Never had a problem. Exceptional service and very courtious. Highly recommend them.
We had an excellent experience from beginning to end when buying our new Outback! Mitch was great. He listened to our needs and wants, answered all our questions and was there for us as we made our decision. The buying process was quick, easy and painless. Mitch spent time showing us all the features of the car. Best car buying experience I have ever had!
Had some recall issues and they took care of them !
We returned to Ramsey the following weekend, simply because we truly were interested in purchasing a new Subaru. No other dealerships are within reasonable range. Again, we were surprised by the lack of assistance as it didnt appear as if other customers were around. This time, we did go inside. We stood in the entry, noticing employees in their offices, most tapping on their phones, none looking up. After a few minutes, one salesperson did approach us to see if we were being helped. From that moment on, my opinion of Ramsey did change. For this reason, and because of Chris D.s attentive (but not overbearing) service, Ive updated my initial review and added a star. We appreciate Chriss honesty and integrity in answering questions and providing assistance. We hope he is truly representative of Ramseys philosophy of service, for Chris is the only reason we are considering a purchase from Ramsey.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~While Im not a fan of over-zealous salespersons, we were looking among the new cars for 45 minutes before anyone even asked if we had been helped. When we responded that we had not, we were told, someone would be with us in just a few minutes. Thirty minutes later, we left without having spoken to another person. We were and are in the market for a new Subaru, and we had indicated so. We also were wearing protective face masks (pandemic protection) so that we could safely speak to a sales representative. We didnt have time to stand around, though, and we wondered if we had been forgotten.
Once again a terrific experience at Ramsey Subaru. This was our 5th Subaru purchase from Paul Moser there. Whole process was a pleasure as car dealers too often are not. Paul made it easy without a bunch of fooling around and no back and forth needed. The deal was right and we are very happy with our new CrossTrek to go with last year’s Outback.
Sales staff are sufficiently educated to sell these vehicles. Generally friendly sales staff.Where they need to improve most is the service department and the trade in office. Sales staff is a dice roll on proper behavior for a professional interaction. Trade office offered on both vehicles I brought in 60% of what I got when taking the same vehicles to car max 2 blocks west of them.Update:Cars battery has no ability to start in cold weather going on a trip to Northern MN in early March. Called roadside assistance to get a jump great service. Call ramsey Subaru to ask to have my battery swapped and received a lecture on the proper warranty process and that they have no guarantee they can test my battery today. They opened 1 hour ago and have 10 hours to run a battery test. Say they cant guarantee Ill have my car back in time for my trip to Duluth...
