I have not had any issues with Alco Test they are always very friendly and helpful able to answer questions and explain process when asked them I highly recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate experience

I have had my breathalyzer for over 2 yrs and havent had many issues and when I have they had been addressed fairly quickly. Lessa left who was the manager for many years and was the person I dealt with on a regular. I called in because I will be out of town and wanted to see what the best options were for me, I was advised that there was nothing they could do and I would be charged a $75 fee if I missed the calibration and a daily fee as well there after. I have no other options due to being a snowbird and I normally leave for long periods of time. I tried my best to be proactive and try to work something out, instead I was met with a there is nothing we can do to help. I tried to move forward from that unpleasant conversation just to get a $35 dollar fee for a missed appointment from JUNE.. JUNE - 6 MONTHS LATER. I have never been late on my payments, they get paid every month without any issues. When I called and spoke to the new manager, I was once again met with the there is nothing I can do for you. As a manager in the customer service field myself, I know what customer service is and there is a lack for providing a good customer experience. I would have never backed out or had a issue with paying this fee back in JUNE.. I do however have an issue with paying for a fee that shouldve been charged 6 months ago with no prior notification. I only have another year left and dont want to go through the hassle of having this device taken out and reinstalled by another company. Please do your research and find a place that will take your concerns into consideration.

For anyone having to deal with having a Baiid device I strongly recommend Alcotest. I have dealt with Lissa throughout the entire process and she has always gone above and beyond to take care of any and all issues to include taking the time after business hours when i was locked out and had to get my vehicle to the service provider. I also had to deal with changing from Illinois to Missouri and she made it an easy transition and took care of all the necessary leg work when i wasnt able to. In the future I hope that I neber have to deal with this again but I highly recommend Alcotest for all your Baiid needs and when calling in for the first time just ask for Lissa. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of and done in a timely manner.Thank you very much Lissa.!.

AlcoTest has been very helpful in getting me through the period of needing this device.Lissa was especially informative and helpful when I had issues with the equipment malfunctioning and coordinating with the auto shop to make sure I was always staying up to date. This isnt an easy thing to go through, and it can be scary. I called several places before Alcotest and nobody could answer my questions the way Lissa did. She made me feel like a real person and genuinely felt like she cared. You can tell she puts herself into her work 100%! She was patient and honest and even told me about a discount I could apply. This company is amazing. Before I i got my interlock I called every single interlock place in the state. NO ONE game me as much information as Lissa did. Every other company beats around the bush about the things you will have to pay and they all say they can give me this this and this for free, when it came down to it nothing they were offering me was actually free. Lissa told me up front everything I will be paying and was FULL of information. This company fully understands what they are doing and they are absolutely amazing. I am SO happy with my decision in choosing AlcoTest. The device is the easiest to use in the entire industry. They have the same devices that all law enforcement uses. The entire process of having the interlock device installed, having it calibrated and understanding the fees involved is extensive. Ask questions and know what to expect. Lissa in the Iowa office was very helpful when it can to understanding the why behind the entire process.

Alco test staff is polite and very helpful. I found that the girls that work their all the way to the tech are their to make the process painless as possible. If needing this a interlock device going with Alco Test is the way to go plus the device is easy to use!

Never use these people. They physically attacked me inside the office after refusing to give me my car. They are scam artists and viloent people.

So far so good but confusing
