I’m not afraid of needles, but with each vile that she disconnected and reconnected I would feel that same pinch each time, disconnect..”ouch”. Reconnect, “ouch”. I looked in the basket I thought to myself jeepers six more times we have to do this. And I hope it’s not relevant but I’m partial to blood clots . FYI this picture is 28 hours post appt.

Ive been coming to this Lab Corp for years. The manager has gone way beyond my expectations. Kudos to Bionca, James, Jackie, and Miguel. They have put up with my nervous, etc. They make me feel very relaxed and calm during their drawing of blood. They have always acted in a very professional manner. Bionca expedites the flow of patients getting in and out. I highly recommend

My wife and I both had blood work done today in Union NJ . Very pleasant experience.Quick check in, very short wait, very polite staff and Bianca the IV technician was super. Very nice and most important never even felt the the needle!!! Thank you.

I had a quick visit for blood work and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They catered to kids so I fit right in, I didnt cry because the Doc was great I didnt feel a things and she was fast and very nice. In all a pleasant experience so I think they deserve a higher rating so. 5 stars 💫 In my opinion.

Geo did my blood work and she did a good job and hit it in the first time!! If you go there look for her!! The other lady before didn’t hit the vein and had to tap the glass for it to come out.

Have to get blood work once a year. It typically takes them awhile to get patients organized and done efficiently. Now, I wanted to use the service of checking in from your device and waiting in your car considering COVID- Well my appointment was almost an hour ago & I am still waiting in the car for my text saying they are ready for me to come in. It’s a very populated area and I prefer not to go into waiting room if we don’t have to. I called 6 times and NO ONE ever answered the phone! I will never use this lab again, their lack of efficiency is a disservice to their patients!

The place was soooo clean, there system they have up where you check in is brilliant, I had the best experience with nurse gio or giano, I am terrified of needles & she helped me, talked me thru it & all advised me to play music while she did her business, definitely a 5 star rating from me.

The worse place ever.. STAY AWAY.. there is no way to speak with anyone live in the phone, you have to go in person to speak with someone.. was told test results to start new employment would be 1-2 days.. it is now 16 days later.. cannot get anyone on the phone

I am very disappointed with this labcorp. The two times my son was there for bloodwork, the technicians were unable to successfully extract blood from my son’s arm. My son was in tears. This place used to be known for working nicely with children. So disappointing. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude! I will no longer be recommending this location.

I gave this Labcorp location 3 stars because the staff member who took my sons blood specimen was very professional and polite. The wait time for patients who schedule an appointment online is very short and the mobile check in process is fast and easy. However, I had an unfortunate experience this morning on 7/25/2020 at my sons appointment. Specifically because of the poor customer service I received from the receptionist at this location. I didnt get her name but she was the chubby, over weight woman with dark hair (Caucasian or possibly Latino). She was the only staff person working the receptionist desk on 7/25/20 between 10:30am-11:00am. First of all, she was not wearing a face covering! Secondly, she was quite rude and impatient. I had called ahead of my scheduled appointment to let the lab know I was running late. When I called she told me that wouldnt be a problem and to just come to the receptionist desk when I arrived. Ok so I arrived and stand at the receptionist desk only to be greeted with a snobbish and unprofessional maam do you need something. Very unprofessional. I think a simple good morning, how may I help you would have been appropriate. So I proceeded to tell her I cant do the mobile check in because my appointment time had passed but she rudely interrupted me to say check in over there. I actually had another quick question for her but as I was trying to speak she kept talking over me as if Im a child. I was very disappointed in her lack of courtesy. She was the only staff at the front desk and it was a busy Saturday morning so I completely understand she needed to multitask and move patients along but at the price of being rude?? As I sat in the waiting room I witnessed her treat other patients just as rudely. Very short patience, talking over people who had simple questions, and overall unpleasant. I wish I had her name but unfortunately I didnt get her name but she was the only staff person working the receptionist desk on 7/25/2020. This was the location at 2333 Morris Ave, Union NJ.

I have come here other times and found their service excellent.However this yeserday they din’t have me in their records.I told my Doctor to fax them and there was another problem.Miguel told me to have a seat.Around 20 minutes later the hispanic woman told me she didn’t need me in her office” and to “ come back when everything was taken care of” I AM NEVER COMING BACK my Doctor told me they faxed everything This rude behavior coming from a woman is unacceptable.

First, two workers wearing masks like really! Secondly,Didnt know how to pronounce names correctly! Thirdly, wasnt going to draw my blood due to that I owe $5.23! Which l paid after the fact! In closing if you ever need blood work done I would suggest you have your doctor have you go somewhere else period!

Like many clinical labs, LabCorp has a wait time and are very busy. It was a standing room but after a few minutes, seats become available. I notice the seats are brand new and the waiting room is very clean. All employees were nice and politely answered questions when asked. I waited about 40 minutes until I was seen to get my information and give my urine sample. Then another 20 minutes until I was brought to the back rooms where I got my blood drawn. The phlebotomist was very kind and patient. She didnt just stick me, she did look around for my veins for about 5 minutes which I appreciated because I know I have small to invisible veins and I tend to get poked a lot which isnt fun! So she was awesome. Once she found it, she was able to draw my blood right away and even helped me since I get nervous with needles. She asked me about my weekend and we talked the whole time and before I knew it, it was over! Just be patient when going to labs and bring something to read or work to do. Expect there may be a wait and relax! Things take time. Look for the good in everything!

Dont go here! They overbook appointments! The electronic check-in system needs to be fixed. It says an earlier appointment available but it didnt show anything. The front desk said they cant see what the system did. I arrived at 930 for a 1015 appointment and my test was done at 1021. Dont overbook and hire more workers! Typical corporate circus.

I hate this place and if I could I would sue them! I had a 3 hrs glucose test fasting, I’m 7 months pregnant and they made me wait for 3 hrs standing up! I was not feeling well and had to seat on the stairs. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. My last blood was not collected because they lock the door at 11am and the collection time was 11:43. I would rather going to hell than go back to this place again. I’m never ever going back there again

This office is dirty and overcrowded. The receptionist is rude. I signed in yet people who came after me kept going in ahead of me. I asked when Id be taken and I was told to sit and wait. There are kids running all around and screaming too. The tech who did my test, however, was pleasant and professional.

I was very nervous about having blood work done for my 14 month old but we had a great experience here. I made an online appointment for 8:15am but we got there at 8am. The place was not busy, I guess we just got lucky, We were out by 8:30am. The phlebotomist did a great job.

Filthy. Every single seat in the waiting room is ripped/shredded. Shouldnt an establishment that sticks needles in peoples arms look professional and sterile???On the bright side, the woman who worked to draw blood was lovely, friendly and professional.

Hardly gives off a medical vibe ... it’s fine, I suppose, but the building and office is a dump. Appointment times are not really honored. I wish my doctor used a different testing company. I was genuinely uncomfortable in the small, crowded waiting area.

I was there at 630am, second in line. The please opened at 7am, I was on my way back home at 723am. The staff was friendly, and professional. The place does get packed quickly, so get there as early as possible!

I had an appointment at 9 am and was 3 mins late. I was told to do the fast check-in and after more than half hr, I walked up to the desk and asked about my appointment only to be told oh our system doesnt recognize appointments. They took me in and then had me sit for simple bloodwork another 10 mins. This place is so disorganized. Whats the point of making an appointment, if you have to wait an hour to have bloodwork done that takes 2 mins.

Only do employer drug screenings between 11:00p-2:00p. Not just this locale but most in the area (Essex,Union, Morris, Bergen and Hudson counties) M-F. Hugely inconvenient if you are working. Had choice of Staten Island or LIC for Sat testing.

Ive been there twice and both times the waiting room was empty and I was seen right away. I scheduled my appointments for Tuesday mornings. I would imagine my experience wouldve been the complete opposite had I gone on a Saturday or even on a Friday.

I made an appointment for 12:15 for a drug test and it took over half an hour for me to get in. I had to go on my lunch break because the hour for a drug test is so inconvenient. I ended up getting back late.

The receptionist is the most rude/ coarse person, she treat everyone so badly, like if we were nothing. Everyone who comes to this place is already having some issues and the first person that you have contact with, treat you like a piece of shiit… The rest of the staff are great, but no BIONCA…she should be working behind doors.
