I am new to the area/state...Travel for workWas looking for a nail place. I saw a lady leaving and asked how was service here, she replied GREAT!!!... I walked in and saw Brian who did my fingers, Nan who did my DELUXE pedicure and a sweetheart lady that did my lashes....Overall GREAT experience....I now found a professional business to do my nails.....Greatly Appreciate each of you

The work is ok depending on who does your service. Brian is money hungry and rude. If you get a simple service thats less than 50 he is gonna rush you through and half do the job. I will try other businesses that appreciate my patronage regardless of how much Im spending.

Omg my legs and feet feel so good after that pedicure! I got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish and they do special treatments along with a soak, sugar scrub, hot towels with moisturizer and plenty of gel colors to choose from! My only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey- $65 for a deluxe pedicure is the most I’ve ever paid, but the service was very good.

The male that did my nails did a poor nail job. My nails are lifting and it has only been a couple of days. Definitely won’t be coming back

Stop by to get a fill in for acrylic nails however they were rushed and was not done well. They peeled off my real nails in 4 days. I asked her prior to please make sure and put enough glue. Work time for nails 30 minutes.

I only lt one person do my feet I do warehouse work and wear steel boots and David have my feet feeling amazing I highly recommend

Gel manicure (polish)I had a good experience as my first time. The technician could have done better cleaning up the polish around my cuticles.The tech Melinda was nice and didn’t make me feel like she was talking smack about me.There after often times in nail salons that speak other languages, that I have felt an energy on how they may be speaking negatively about you as a client. I didn’t get that feeling here.I will be coming back and would recommend it over their competitors whom I have been to as well.Gel Polish $20

Good service, I did my nails their over a month ago, my nails still look good. The only reason why I waited a long time to put a review, was because the previous nail salon I go to, 1 or 2 weeks after the doing them, the nail polish starts peeling. They did a great job with my nails, I will be coming back!!!!!!!!

They take their time so be prepared to wait a little but the wait is worth it.

You use the computer to check in. It shows the price of what service you choose..Which showed $20. I went for a fill in and was charged the same price as a full set. I did nothing special just one color, no designs or nothing and was charged $55. Definitely not going back!!

I want to give 0 stars. I got a full set on 3/6/20. I left with a crooked nail & flooded cuticles. Cheap tips and within 4hrs one of my nails split. I went back was told to wait(25min) for the tech that did work. Only for him to see me & go on break. Was told to wait 25 more min. for one broke nail on a terrible set in 1st place.This is why its time leave these types businesses alone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO CHAN & BAY!

I wish I could give this place and the owner LESS THAN ZERO due to the lack of customer service and quality! I had my nails done here and the tech did an awful job and the gel polish was lifting, after two days. I returned and the owner, nasty man, agreed to re polish my nails but because HE couldnt find the exact shade used to initially polish my nails he refused to fix them. The owner of the salon pulled out ALL the polish options, in the salon, and THE OWNER couldnt find the exact match and made the customer suffer. AWFUL service, AWFUL man with an AWFUL attitude!! I WAS a recurring customer of this establishment but of course THEY dont care about customer service only the current dollar. Choose wisely before going to them...YOU ARE NOT APPRECIATED, HERE!

They overcharge and they don’t do a good job. They also didn’t tell me it’s an extra 5$ for a coffin shape and 10$ for gel. I wouldn’t have known it was gel unless I asked which is highly unprofessional. When I called to ask how much it was for what I wanted on the phone they told me 30$. I got EXACTLY what I asked for on the phone. But in person it came out to 50$. I will not be returning. Double check prices when you go here.

I made an appointment and of course when I got there no one spoke English well enough to honor the appointment. Then they allowed people that walked in AFTER I did to receive service. I waited for 35 minutes then decided it DEFINITELY is not worth it!

Use to go here all the time to get my nails done, up until this past Sunday. My nails turned out great but after getting home whatever chemicals they put started to react on my cuticles and fingers. Its been two days and they burn and itch, Ive put all kinds of ointment and nothing goes away. I tried to go in the salon to get a refund or credit and they turned me away because it wasnt their problem they said it was my fault for having an allergic reaction to THEIR products! Something that had never happened. The personnel are extremely rude when it comes to situations like this. They neglect all kinds of responsibility. So please dont get your nails done here. God knows what products they use on you. Smh

I love this shop, I haven’t experienced bad service at all, just need more colors( only downfall for me). Ben is thee ABSOLUTE BEST at pedicures and Tina does the best nails. I love this shop and the new shop is great!!!👍

I wish i could give this nail shop 0 stars. I went in and asked the nail tech for a fill in. He then was drilling around my lifted nail. I asked him to please cut off the lifted part before laying the gel. I don’t know but he seemed to be offended that i was asking him clip off the lifting nail. He proceeds to tell me he knows how to speak English ( in which i told him i said nothing about that ) and to sit and let me do his job. What !? I then told him that i am the customer and I’m paying him so if he could just do what i asked. He then turned off his drill and told me to leave. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. Only because i asked a question. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP! They have no respect for their customers.

Ive been getting my nails and toes done here for years. Brian does a EXCELLENT job on my nails. I recommend Brian always. And for the pedicure I recommend Ben or Tina.

I love getting my pedicures and full set here. My only issue is they are supposed to close at 8 but take the last customer at 7:30. I arrived at 7:45 and was turned away after I took a Uber here. Now I want to find another place to go!

I was a loyal customer supporting this business from the time they took over from the previous owner. My nails were done by the owner Brian and the polish began to chip. Went back he was on vacation and his staff advised me that I had to pay again to correct his errors which was unacceptable because it had only been a day before my polish started chipping. I was very upset and the staff began to speak in their language which made me even more furious because I have tipped most of these people for years. Went back to speak with Brian and he condoned their behavior and said he can do my nails but his staff refuse to do my pedi. No problem I decided to take my business elsewhere. At the end of the day when youve been patronizing a business for years and the money you spend is unappreciated move on... I will never go there again..

Went in to get a jail removal and gel polish. Told the technician about a broken nail and after he kind of hurt it while filing it to remove it he started to be more cautious. He did well with my gel manicure. Total was $30 and I tipped him $5. The same night I got them done(about 2 hours later) one of the nails chipped. Over the next two days, the polish on 3 other nails peeled off. Also the moisturizer they put on my skin for the manicure broke my fingers out. I went in for a refund and they gave me $15 for the manicure. Other than that service seems okay. It was my first time going there

I had been a customer at Model Nails for about 3 years I only allowed Ben to do my pedicure and Kathy to do my nails.Well, the tide changed when I questioned a charge. The next time I visited the salon, Kathy had informed everyone in the salon that she would not be doing my nails again and no one else in the salon would do my nails. I did go ahead and allow Ben to do my pedicure, but I promised myself that would be my last visit. The owner was not present, on vacation and he has an attitude that I don’t appreciate, very disrespectful to customers when one ask questions. There is a definite agreement I have with some of the negative comments mentioned and an undertone for discrimination is present with the owner and some of the workers.Don’t patronize this business these Asians don’t respect African Americans and will never invest back into our causes. It is best to find a salon that is owned by a Black person and can provide quality service. Not attempting to isolate anyone in this comment, but it is my opinion don’t spend money with people that will get mad if you asks question about your money being spent in their business.

This place is horrible. Managers attitude is horrible, he is rude and very very disrespectful. The service is bad and like your nails or not they don’t care. I will N E V E R go back ! They need to be shut down. It’s at least 4 of us to go here biweekly we will not be back 😒

I called and made an appointment for 5:15. I sat there waiting for Mary until 5:45. When I asked the owner, Mina, why I hadnt been seen yet she had the nerve to tell me that I just had to wait until she was done. I asked her why she gave me a 5:15 appointment if it couldnt be granted!! She immediately began speaking in her native tongue to the other employees...which I find extremely rude. Whats the use in calling for an appt if youre going to be treated like a walk-in?!?

My nails are crooked, uneven, and bulky I made the manager aware I was very unhappy and he said he didn’t care and it’s not his fault. I’ve had issues with my nails twice by 2 different people. I will NEVER go back again. They move too fast to end with sloppy work.

Took my daughter here for her first full set and she love it, staff is very caring and really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfy with the results.

I went over and ask for a polish exchange, and the owner talked to me soooooo nasty.But what surprised me is how he has a reputation for being rude,and to see the African American women that goes over there,just hurts me to my HEART. They sit there and let this little Asian man disrespect them and they keep going back.Wow!!!!! I rather go without before I let someone disrespect me,and give him my money.I understand the language, and its so sad how they all talk so nasty about African Americans.

I’ve come here a few times and each time I’ve experienced something different. For quite sometime things were ok and no complaints other than everyone rushes during your service, which I overlooked because it’s very close to my home. I’m not sure about others, but when getting a pedi I like to feel as if I’m getting a relaxing treatment, at model nails I’ve never experienced that with their pedi’s. They rush as I said and barely massage you even if you receive the super deluxe special which is suppose to focus on massage and it even includes hot stones. I wouldn’t advise this service being that they only burn you with the stones as they rub your legs fast. I wouldn’t recommend visiting here unless every other nail establishment is packed which there are a few nail places close to this one. There are several bad reviews for a reason and they are pretty rude, as in when yu speak to them they act as if you aren’t and aren’t interested in making you feel comfortable. They can paint nails nicely as all other nail technicians can, but they aren’t respectful or excited to work on the ppl that are providing them with their cash to keep the lights on.

At first I like this place but I would never go there again. 1. They are very mean and rude 2. They are careless and inconsistent and 3. Absolutely no customer service. They broke my natural nail on accident TWICE. Then tried to charge me more than usual for services rather than discounting for the mistake made. When I asked the manager to speak with the owner he REFUSED. I was kind and polite and a consistent customer, I brought friends and family there too but in the I end I got treated terribly. They are just not good ppl here and there are plenty of other nail salons with nicer more caring and careful staff. There is a nail salon right by the Walmart which is 2 min away and they are sooo nice, similar prices, and a better facility, I will go there from now on.

When I asked for silver glitter polish to be added to design she rolled her eyes as if I was annoying her. She did one coat of clear and walked off I asked could she do another coat and she said no she dont need unbelievable.I also witnessed a customer tell the man she wasnt satisfied with her design, he got very loud and aggressive with the lady who was with a young daughter. A man shouldnt talk to a woman in the tone the man did. First and last visit!
