Recently theyve been missing their scheduled pick up. They wont come until the next weeks scheduled day. If you call to complain they dont care. Their billing department is always on time.

Republic Services has been top notch: consistent trash service each week, helpful and action-based office and landfill personnel, excellent communication, and friendly drivers. For those who complained they scatter trash during p/up services....try BAGGING YOUR TRASH!

I love how the people here make you feel like family. The site is up to par and you dont have to worry about the trash going where its not supposed to. They keep it up todate with codes and regulations. They are on time with their trash pickup and are only down during the holidays but the will work extra hard to makeup for that.

Expect to have your trash pick up skipped completely for no reason at least 6 to 8 times per year, despite the fact your account is paid on time in full. Expect to make multiple calls, wait forever, and then be lied to when you speak to a representative. Expect the promised pickup for the skipped pick up never to occur. Expect drivers to go 15 to 25 mph over the speed limit in residential areas. They will sometimes skip just you, sometimes your entire neighborhood.

Worst company ever. I have made it my personal business to ruin yours. You scatter trash all over my neighborhood week after week. Skip pick ups, and give two ucks less. Blocking my driveway with my can or scattered them through the neighborhood for me to go find.

Very unhappy with my service. They have lost or dropped my trash can into the truck twice in two months. They make it difficult to contact them except for online where you can’t complain! I chased the garbage truck through my neighborhood today.
