Regular household garbage pick up - this business service has rapidly and steadily gone down hill. they miss garbage pick up every other week but the bill amount remains the same - if they are not performing the service people have signed up for and added a fuel surcharge to your bill then its fraudulent charges. There are not any competing companies in our rural area, if there were I would change tomorrow !

Worst service ever. They are constantly “working on delays” and it might be 2 weeks until they finally decide to pick it up. Had them on video once of just passing on by not even stopping. Won’t be wasting our time and money on this place again.

This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existence. They could care less about the customers. I paid for service on the 1st and called every day for my can to be delivered and everyday they told me(very rudely) it will be there tomorrow. Ended up canceling my contract. It’s just sad that they can treat people this way knowing we have no other options due to living out of city limits.

On the Republican website it lists Labor Day as one of their holidays. So according to their rules they pick up a day later. However in Union City that is not the case, they ran a normal schedule and picked up as normal. As it turns out you must look up their number and call to see what day they will pick up. And they do not do unscheduled pickups. And make their employees work the holiday. When you call they basically don’t care about their customer service

Late, drove by trash bin twice, 2 weeks no show. Trash bin sitting at curb since jan 1 and still there jan 27 after service canceled. Cant even pick up can after told new service being uaed

Often do not pick up on scheduled day they havent picked up my garbage in 2 weeks

They rarely pick up garbage on the day they are scheduled. This happens weekly.

They are suppose to deliver garbage can for the last 2 weeks at a price $30 but still no garbage can. Now they said next Tuesday. I hard can it be to bring the garbage can. Without the garbage can no pickup!! Bet I get a bill!!!

If I could give a negative I would !! Service is horrible!
