After you get through security, youre told to go to door 1 to check in. Opens at 0700. Clean restrooms avail. Microwave and 4 snack/ drink machines avail. Do not have to slide tandems, but must disconnect once in dock and pull away a little bit. When theyre done loading, they will come and knock on your door. I was on site for almost 3 hours, but was 45 min early.

All truck drivers are requested not to come to this place, even if you have booked the load, please cancel it. Because wherever you come, there is a minimum waiting period of 12 hours and a maximum. where i myself have been close to 12 hrs so i would request all truck driver never come to this place if you want to reset your 34 hrs you come here thank you

Arrived at the gate at 17:47. Assigned a door by the guard. Docked, walked in to check in. My unloader, Gerald, had me unloaded and out of there at 18:37. Was only at the dock for about 20-30 minutes. Easy money.

Professional, plenty of space, instructions include slide tandems and disconnect. Truck #, trlr #, pick up # and drivers license required at check in. Loading for my truck took 4 hours, seemed a bit excessive. Clean bathrooms available, some vending machines and a microwave. Weight on bills was inaccurate, stated higher weight than true. CAT scales available near facility. Load zoned bridges around facility.

Driver arrived at 1300 no appt in and out by 1431! My rep Trevor at CHR is the best

This place knows how it’s done,I repeat,this place knows how it’s done!!!Check in is permitted FROM 6:30am. Appointment @8am checked in @6:45am unloaded and done at 7:15am. C L E A N bathrooms on premises,snacks,drinks as well as microwave. Shippers/Receivers should take note,this is how it’s done ladies and gentlemen.P.S Even though this place is enormous unfortunately there’s no overnight parking available BUUUUUT there’s plenty of space on the street and you won’t be bothered. At least I wasn’t and 15 other trucks delivering here and to the neighboring companies. I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back here,good luck!!!!

Fast unload easy back

Nfi need a sign at the road. They are causing unnecessary confusion. Ignore the signs telling you trucks turn here for 3515. If you enter in either one of these you will be sent back to the road. The correct truck entrance is after you drive past the property a little entrance covered by trees right before you get to the bridge. You pull up that entrance then walk up to the guard. You will need truck number, truck license plate number, trailer number, trailer license plate number, drivers license and pick up number.

Need your 10hr break drivers this is the perfect place

Polite down to earth people in and out hell I thought I was getting a live unload but they had an empty ready! Easy to get too as well heads up they are at the far end of the warehouse from the entrance. Thank yall for making my day easier.

37 HOURS in just 2 days dealing with these people! First time was waiting for a door to get loaded, then had to go back because the truck was OVERWEIGHT so they had to UNLOAD everything and put some back on the trailer and the 3rd time they had to UNLOAD everything AGAIN and then was trying to tell my friend they dont deal with HAZARDOUS materials when 1600 lbs was NOTHING but HAZARDOUS materials!!

Today must be my lucky day. I was 15 or 20 minutes late for my appointment due to Atlanta traffic and I was directed to a door and they began loading ASAP. What more could you ask for?

It must have been my lucky day. Checked in with guard at 7:22am for a 9:00am appointment, was put straight into a door. Unloaded and was out the gate by 9:25am.The only thing I dont like is the delivery are is tight backing into the loading docks

I showed up 1 hour late to my appointment and was in and out in an hour and a half. Dont always believe what you read. Both ladies I spoke with coming into the facility were awesome. This was a Walmart load

To get loaded and unloaded quickly I suggest you:Have your id, trailer #,and CH Robinson conformation number handy..... also for the guard shack please have your trailer, tractor and load number and Id ready.

7.5 hrs to load. Extremely arrogant, ignorant and lazy. Avoid at any cost. First and last time for me.

Shipper NFI or CH robinson warehouse, they take there time since they get paid by the hour, driver check in at 6 pm and was out at 1 am, for just 8 pallets. this is crazy. will never go there again.

I’ve been here three hours now, finally starting to get loaded, I hear a lot of chatter coming from the warehouse but not a lot of work. Oh and I got here at 1800 and they were on lunch, just went to see what the hold up was at 2130 and they’re on lunch again???*update* it is now 2230, finally loaded but out of time. If you’re sent here on a load I’d recommend rejecting it unless you don’t feel like making money for the day

Might help if you put trucks in same door as the freight, rather than move them twice

This place appears to do what they can to inconvenient people. They require mask for entry. For some reason I had to disconnect while many others stay connected. They do what they can to make it much more of a hassle than need be.

Super slow for loading black lady at check in office behave like she was not there for check in

Picked up a load, sat for over 11 hours and gross weight was over 83,000lbs. Went back to get some product taken off and sat for over 11 hours again. Load had hazmat products which my company cant haul hazmat. They tried telling me they dont have hazardous materials even though it clearly said hazardous materials on the BOLs. Finally had them take everything off the trailer and give the load to a different company, sat for over 12 yet again. This place is extremely slow loading trucks and have a bad attitude.

Way to long loading took 3.5 hours to get started on load an another 2 to get it done. They move as fast as molasses going uphill in the snow.

Bring a lot of food and snacks. This is a hurry up and wait facility. I arrived here at 11 am. Its now 5 pm, still waiting. They had a shift change at 4:30. Now no one knows where my freight is. The is click is ticking. $100 for every hour......

Make sure you bring breakfast lunch and possibly dinner because you are going to need it. The loading and unloading process is an all day affair. 9hrs for 22 pallets.. but they did allow me to stay in my door overnight. Not sure if they do this often but they should since the process takes so long.

Bs place.... Drivers been during here for over 8 hours and no one answers the phone. People forget drivers are humans to see this place and still need to eat, use the restroom, sleep... Your just supposed to sit there never going to pick up and deliver here again unless they want to pay 1000 extra just to go there for layover and detention
