If you picking up here be ready to sleep atleast 9 hrs that happened to me to day I got there about 11:30 am left at 10:22 pm so my fellow drivers don’t waste your time with this company or be ready, it’s a big company and I don’t know what’s going on inside but definitely something is on .

As you can see theyre hard at work I got here at 10:30 in the morning and here it is 2:30 and theyve got four pallets on the truck and this is why

Wish I could give them negative stars slow and disrespectful. Says 24 hrs get here gate is closed security guard says she don’t know how to open it got trucks trapped inside won’t let them out or let deliveries in. Dont come here it ain’t worth what they pay. I’d rather just not had a load then be stuck here

STAY AWAY! Terrible people working here, took forever to load, waited 8 hours! After which, they didn’t call to let me know I was good to go. They just went home for the night. Ended up sleeping in the dock until they opened the next morning.Checked in with them in the morning to get my bills and leave before the Atlanta traffic, they tell me they forgot a pallet. So back to waiting in the door! 🤯😠

One of the worst loading experiences I have had. 5 minutes in the shipping office before someone even acknowledges you then she tells me to wait until shes finished with what she was doing.....another 10 minutes. I get to the Dock after 30 minutes and wait there another 4hrs before my light goes Red. Another hour goes bye and they finally start to Load my trailer...which takes an additional 3hrs. Back to the shipping office for paperwork that should be ready, but they make me wait 45 minutes more to get out the door. This is unacceptable... and the kicker, they werent even busy!!! Bottom line: Avoid this place at all Cost.!!

Terrible place to pick up. These people have no respect for the truckers schedules. They do not care if they make you late for your delivery. They take their sweet time loading you. Ive been here 2 times and both times sat over 3 hours last time sat here for six hours and made me 3 hours late for my delivery. Avoid!!!!!

This is one of the worst shippers in the country. Stay away from this place. Driver spent 2 days trying to get loaded and both days they said they had to reschedule because there was an issue with the product.

They dont work. Theyll eat all of your drive time up. Just expect to be late reaching your destination.

Truckers, forget about all the other reviews and just listen to me. If you ever get a load that picks up from this location, RUN AWAY! You dont want to sit for a 3rd day straight and get loaded with 1 pallet every two hours. 3 days and still waiting. This place is hell on earth!

Do yourself a favor and stay away; NO RUN/DRIVE AWAY from this place as fast as humanly possible !!!This DHL facility is the worst possible place in metro Atlanta !!! It took this place about 12 hours to load me !!! Plus the driver next to me waited over 24 hours to get loaded !!! The management is beyond disrespectful to the driversThis delay made me late for my next delivery which ended up costing me money. Since I live in metro Atlanta I could have went home and waited at home !!!I could have gone to the movie studio across the street to be an extra or audition for a role in a movie. Second Time picking up a load here. Both times I’ve been held up hours. Appointment time 11 AM, arrived at 10 AM ran out of time at 5:30 PM. But, they don’t allow overnight parking here. They finally finished close to 6 PM. My next load had to be canceled and could not be replaced. So I lost money from my paycheck for there inefficiency. I would recommend skipping it if possible.

Worst Warehouse and staff i’ve ever been! Too slow!, staff dont have any sense if urgency, disrespectful, and the receiving staff very disoriented.

Got loaded 02/19/21 after 7 hours so I ran out of drive time. Was ready to leave at 2:30 am (02/20), got to the stopping arm to go out and apparently the security inside was asleep. Hit the call button 6 times with no answer. I sat there at the gate until 4:30am when all of a sudden the gate raised. Just letting DHL know, that next time Im taking your stopping arm with me. Keep your guards awake!! You need to fire whoever it was.

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. I went to the hiring events and got told I was going to be sent an offer letter multiple times. At this point Im tired of wasting gas, if management had no interest in hiring me they just need to say that. I have did everything I was asked to do and still no offer. Not only that the guy who interviewed me said people they hire don’t show up yet I came to the job multiple times showing Im interested. Maybe the least interested people are the ones they hire. Good luck getting people to work on the weekend.

Do not accept a load coming from this place.I got here 7:00pm on a Thursday to pickup a 8:00pm appointment.I finally got loaded Saturday at 2:00am.but they leave at 2:00am so u have to wait till 7:00am the next morning to get your paperwork.don’t even think of griping about it.they could care less.I will never accept a load coming out of this place ever again.horrible experience.make sure you have food with you not much around to walk to either.

Fast turn around to get your trailer loaded. Friendly service and they have a restroom and free coffee in the reception area for drivers.

I would expect a lot more from DHL, sat for 3 hours for a pick up and whoever loaded my trailer was flying in and out far too fast and caused damage to my trailer. Everyone I interacted with acted like they didn’t want to be there and were rude.

Well web states open 24 hours. Got here at 3 AM and nobody here. Sitting on the gate blocking all incoming traffic. Either update open hours or wake me up.

The pay is awful when you are a temporary employee and the proceed to get hired on is kind of long... However easy work no micromanaging going on... can be a tad bit more organized.., also they can compensate the temps with incentives...

I don’t like how the hire process goes. This company don’t informed all the information on what’s going be taking place on the hiring event. Also, you all don’t have no number to get in touch with the HR or the office directly. I understand, you all have to keep it professional, but it’s not professional if you don’t have no direct number to the office. Thank you.

This is amongst the worst Ive ever worked for. I was there for 6 months when theyd already promised to hire me on directly 3 months after working there. After 6 months of loading trucks and breaking my back for $9 an hour I got fed up with trying to get my pay increased. Julius is a crybaby and a liar about MULTIPLE things. He just walks around with his laptop and ignores his actual job. Not to mention he isnt competent to understand that a middle aged disabled man shouldnt be doing hard labor yet he forced that on a poor soul on my last day working there. They also expect you to work 10 and 12 hour shifts with 1 break, which isnt legal. Do NOT work here.

Could use an extra person at the window when it gets busy

Theyre disorganized and messy with products placement and arranging. The management blames employees when their system needs to be adjusted. If you replace everyone and run into the same problem the its the system thats in place that needs fine tuning.
