Truly the worst Shop Ive ever been to. Nothing but liars and scammers. They try to tell you that you need all these services done to your car.For the Ladies and People who dont know much about vehicles. Please dont ever come here. These people will do nothing but try to scam you.I would give this shop Zero Stars If I can.This is truly the place to never go to.

The reason I give this place three Stars is because I believe they try to rip new customers off. Im glad my sister asked me to come with her for her first oil change, her car is fairly new it only has I believe 17,000 miles on it she was due for a normal oil change routine. We brought the car inside I told the guy what type of oil to give my sister they did not have that for her, but they had another brand I said no problem. we were trying to follow the oil brand recommendation that the car guide recommended. What I did not like about this place is they try to add another service that was not needed at the time and the way the guy was speaking to us he was trying to scare us into believing in that we needed the service right at the moment. He was saying that we needed a differential transmission flush right at the moment and he can give us this price with a percentage off. It took me three times to say no thank you politely and please just change the oil. I do not want to put the price that we pay for the oil change but it was highly overpriced. I do own three cars and the next time my sister needs a oil change I will personally do it myself or take her to a local dealership if were going to pay prices like that for a oil change.

The young man who took care of me and my car was very polite, respectful, and engaged in great conversation in respect to the car, got a free car wash too. In this pandemic funds are limited and felt considered and appreciated for that free was. Thank you, your service was excellent and I will return.

They don’t thoroughly clean the interior which makes me mad but the exterior is excellent always.

Quick and efficient service but they didnt reset the change oil indicator. When I asked the guy about it they told me it has to be taken to a mechanic for service. I went over to my mechanic who simply reset the change oil light.

Very accommodating. This place is great. Everything is in 1 spot. You get to see everything they do. You sit in your car while its being done.

Terrible job! Car is still dirty inside. Seats and rugs partially vacuumed. Windows barely wiped. Dashboard still dusty with a clean strip. Will NEVER go back! They just in a hurry to charge me and even tried to over charge me thinking I wouldn’t say anything! Smh

AVOID. Quoted me a price over the phone for an oil change (I was providing oil and filter - only needed labor), only to have the guy in the shop try and charge me $20 more upon arrival. I know some cars are more difficult, so I provided the make and model when I called. Also, would not honor the price that was given in person at their North Bergen location (they were closing so they could not take me same day). Bait and switch is not a good look. Either stick with the North Bergen location or go to Flash Lube right up the block. They did the job for the original price I was expecting and took me in right away. DO BETTER!

I would like to give them zero stars but I cant. It is the worst car wash Ive ever seen. With my review I attached photos to see how my car is after washing.

I have left money in the car and they took it and when I confronted them they told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should just go else where if I had issue with things going missing from my car!

The car wash is very disappointing with the service it offers you. When you drive into the shop, the guys are eager to slap onto you an expensive car wash instead of a regular one(still expensive compared to other nearby), i did the 18 package and the exterior itself was not so clean compared to a 10 dollar hand car wash, and the interior cleaning is just name sake, there will be stains, marks, dust, and other debris intact as if i came to make sure those stay there itself lol. Normal belief is that the automatic machines comes with some cheap polishing which is a plus if you do a regular wash. But again Regular wash doesn’t come with tire shine or other fancy items. I think the guys over the road sides in NY does an amazing job for 15 bucks. On a side note (tire shine aka armor all is a waste of money in every car washes, you spend 10 bucks and get a bottle of meguiars or armor all and just apply with a brush, and the bottle lasts for like 3 or 4 years prolly.)

Worst car wash I have ever been to. They didnt even clean the inside of my car right, $16 for a junk of a job.

No appointment needed, just drove up waited a couple of minutes. The gentleman that took care of me was very informative, kind and courteous.

They seen me looking, i pulled in, ol boy popped my hood, checked everything out, did the whole oil thing. 20 minutes later i pulled into the carwash. Spotless and shiny. I left. What an easy experience. Gained a new lifelong client. Efficient, great service, no let me sell you this or that. Thanks guys

Good place with good service. Usually pretty busy but when it’s down time you get in and out pretty fast. Gave it a 3 because the receptionist was more worried about her phone then trying to ring me up

Went there for a tire rotation. Fast and friendly service. They made some recommendations for additional service but were not pushy. Will definetly go back to try the oil change and wash as well as additional services. Will update the review then.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, they have all the needed tools to diagnose and fix issues, also show you the issue as well as educating / recommending service. I appreciate the honesty. Prices are fair but most important is that my vehicle is properly serviced.

This is by far the worse place to get 1. a car wash, they will leave it the same as when you brought it in and 2. getting oil changes, they will lie to you ALWAYS saying you need to change the something from your car that does NOT need to be changed. It does NOT take 10 min, its more like 20-30mins. If you do end up getting a car wash, it better only be the free one they give you with an oil change, thats about it.

My dad recently purchased a Honda CR-V, and was experiencing troubles with the AC. After making new adjustments to some of the pieces in the vehicle, the AC wasnt working. My dad decided to take it to Zap Lube, and they gave him a free diagnosis on his vehicle, so he didnt have to pay hundreds of dollars. The employees were friendly, and their service to us was excellent. Would recommend them if your in the Union City, or Jersey City area in New Jersey.

Normally I’m not one to complain but no, this is unacceptable. I don’t know what they even cleaned, they didn’t vacuum the seats, they didn’t even open the trunk it’s still dirty back there, they had lowered two of the seats in the back (I don’t even know why) but they didn’t click it back in place. I don’t know why they promote someone to pay more if they aren’t cleaning it to it’s standard. Never going back, unacceptable.

This is the 2nd time they break my wipers! 1st time I didn’t notice until I got home. Now I see them scrambling with both wipers and trying to blame me because wipers are set to automatic yet I drove 2 miles without wipers on!

It was a great Car Wash service by the team. Would recommend to get washed here.

Guy asked me to go for full clean and at the end all pockets of the door was still dirty like before and the trunk was untouched.Whole car cleaning process was done in less than 5 min.I didnt complain but I will never go back to them ever and wont suggest anyone.

The best carwash ever!

Got there and no clear indication of the entry lane into the car wash. Got shouted at by the car washman. Chose the full wash option (inside and outside). Before I could take out the car seat in the back, they started vacuuming. Went to the cashier and showed the $3 off coupon and she said it has to be printed out even though there was nothing mentioned on the website. The cashier showed no sign of apology or care. When I complaint about the the car seat, it didnt seem like she acknowledged and said something to someone else and they took me to the outside and the car to the side. Showed them how much dirt was still under the car seat as well as around the front. Vacuum was done in such a hurry. To get it vaccummed, the guy kept ensuring that he was going to get a tip. The tires were not cleaned. I would never go back there again.

DONT GO THERE! Its a scam place. I went there and told them to do basic service which is $16 and they charged me $20. Terrible car wash, didn’t vacuum properly and they gave me someone’s mat and put it over mine, didn’t even clean my mats. I try to give it back to the guys but they just kept saying no and ignored. There are much better car wash. Never coming back here. I dont recommend this place at all.

Quick oil change they were not looking to increase my amount which is a good thing.

I told the workers who washed the car that I only wanted the exterior washed and they said ok but still charged me for a full car wash. The lady at the counter said they only do full car wash (interior and exterior) in the afternoon, which is really weird. They also scratch the rims. Their car wash has two middle rods that keeps the car in place during the wash but obviously, those rods Scratch rims. Overall, I don’t recommend washing a car here if you’re car looks good aesthetically. Theres a good car wash about 10 blocks up from this one. I’m only writing this review because they kind of suck.

So went in for a $31 oil change special.. went to the register and the total was $71.. I specifically told the guy ONLY the $31 oil change. Did not want any special oil as the claim he put in without letting me know. Safe to say that will be my last time in that place.

I really enjoy coming here. I got my oil and battery changed in a decent amount of time a few days ago at a decent price. I only give it 4 stars, not because Im unsatisfied with the mechanics or their service but rather because the receptionists in the waiting area dont really welcome you or acknowledge you are there until you have to pay. Regardless, I will definitely be going back.

Exterior wash is good, inside they do not vacuum properly. They rush to get to the other cars and forget to make all customers happy. Prices are good since they have coupons online :). The cashiers dont say hi, thank you or have a nice day. Three stars given because they dont clean inside of vehicle correctly and the cashiers are rude.

We visit this car wash very regularly. They do a good job of cleaning the car, both interior and exterior. And the receptionists are very personable.

Good car wash. I did not like the oil change service & free tire rotation, it took too long. But the car wash is a fair price and they do a good job.

Went in for an oil change and they told me I needed my rear differential fluid changed. The fluid was clear, plus the car only had 27k miles on it. If I bought the car with normal fluid, it should be changed at 100k. However, I bought the car with synthetic fluid which mean the RD should be good for the life of the car. Total rip off place. Stay away.

Worst customer service ever. The employees Lately tell you that they don’t get paid after 6 o’clock and if they did have to do a job that they don’t get paid enough because the owner doesn’t pay them overtime so that my problem is not their problem.

Came here to wash my car really quick and I guess they only care about the people that pay for the premium car washes. Came out, my car was done in five minutes and when I went to check it it looked like they just passed the vacuum and hid what they could. Left water residue, didnt dry it and when I went to talk to the manager he told the guy to fix it and didnt even look at me or explain. Literally last time I come here, such a horrible place

I live down the block and I refuse to wash my car there. Not because of their service but because of the nasty and disgusting men they have working there. The guys that work on the entrance side of the car wash are just disgusting and disrespectful. Unfortunately I have to see them every day because I live in the area. I have 2 teenage daughters and it freaks me out to know we have these disgusting men next door. Management should do a better job when hiring. As a female is nice to hear a complement but not what these guys do, they are like hungry vultures! Just not acceptable!
