Not A Good job at all on my JEEP. I ASKED FOR a complete detail and got a very minimal. Clean. They did offer to vacuum it but I told them I got it. They were very nice maybe they didnt understand because they only charged me 45$.

The hours states open @ 9am and its now 9:50 am and this place is still not open for business. Very unprofessional.

They took their time to wash my car, they pay attention to detail. Mark is very nice and welcoming. Paid $30 for inside and out. They did a really good job! They take cash app, cash & card. The car wash is next to a gas station which is a plus.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive gotten horrible service from this car wash twice. I should have known better the 1st visit but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again...the worst decision I could have made. They are rude, nonchalant and definitely not customer service oriented. I can truly say I wont be back and I will never refer anyone to patronize this business. Youre better off washing your own car or going thru a drive thru car wash .

I work at BMW of South Atlanta in Union City and was on my way home and saw global hand car wash and decided to go ahead and get my vehicle detailed since I had been procrastinating for weeks. They were extremely busy when I arrived but I received phenomenal customer service and my vehicle was washed and detail with an hour. My little Angel is shining bright like a diamond. If you want outstanding customer service and your vehicle detail thoroughly, I highly recommend Global hand car wash!!!

First time visiting this detail shop. It was on a Saturday, so they were very busy. The wait for a wash was over an hour which was a little frustrating. However, the wait was worth it. Everyone was super nice. It took them about an hour to wash and clean the interior of my midsize SUV. Mark, the owner was very nice and took the time to express his appreciation to me as a first timer. Ben cleaned my interior and wiped the exterior and did a excellent job. The one thing he missed was because he did not want to move items off the seat in my vehicle. I would of liked him to ask me about this but given the attention he paid to the car, it was minor. Well worth the time and wait. I also like that they accept cash and card. Highly recommend them.

Went to get quote on my Kia Sorento, they told me over 400 dollars..I have mobile detailing cost less and do better..this place is a jokeEdit to respond: tell the truth..you said the extra grass on my carpets made it that expensive, you quoted that 200 price after asked what it would cost if I vacuumed..car was not filthy it needed to be vacuumed..ended up paying 160 for a mobile detailer to come and be done doing inside and out in under 2 hours..would have been more and taken longer if it was filthy like you said..oh you also lied and said Mike (owner) wasnt in, when you are Mike..lies on top of lies.

IM ON THE FENCE WILL UPDATE i guess they do a good job tried to patronize on several occasions, but there is always a 3-4 hr wait no matter what time or day of the week.. Ill update when they actually detail my pickup truck.

Called to have car washed. They stated they close at 6. Drove 20 minutes away and arrived at 5 and they said theyre done for the day. Very unprofessional.
