Not only did they scratch my car. they also stole/took my matts from the backseat floor. your trust these people will take them out wash them and put them back. but they didn’t put them back. when i found out the next day since i don’t usually go to the back of my car, the owner told me there’s nothing i could do. Screw these guys. DONT GO THERE. save yourself the risk

Went for a quick car wash, left with my car all scratched up. I had noticed because I had to dry the car myself when I got home because they left so many white spots. I called them and they told me to go back. When I arrived all he did was show me a sponge. They took no accountability for what they did to my car. It looks like they washed it with a Brillo pad. Very unprofessional and also refused to give me a refund.

I guess my expectations were too high for the car wash with the best rating in the area.Very disappointed - I had to do some extra washing once I got home from the wash. They did a very fast, very cheap and very poor job on my car. Didnt even touch it above the rear license plate, and it stayed dirty around the edges of the hatch as well. Didnt wash undercarriage even though I asked (didnt charge for it either). Bad rinsing and rushed drying left a lot of water droplet marks all around the car (surprisingly hard to wipe off when theyre dry). They wiped the inside of the windshield and side windows for some reason, so there are now smears on them too.And finally, theres real risk to damage the car because youre supposed to drive through water thats sprayed onto the windshield along a lane that CURVES to the right but youre unable to see where youre going. Thank god my car has front parking sensors.Sigh. Why dont you charge more and do a better job?

If you want to make your car dirtier go there. They are not cleaning. Paid to make my car more dirty. Fckd up

Vlad came over today to wash my Prius and I couldnt be happier. His customer service is terrific - he returned my call promptly and showed up when he said he would. The job he did was spectacular and all without water! What a delight to not have to go anywhere to get my car washed. He also said that if I was unsatisfied in any way he would make it right. No worries there, he and his co-worker did a great job.

Im sure everyone can relate with the feeling of getting your car washed after it being dirty for a long time. Im sure you can also relate to going somewhere to get your car washed and them not doing a great job. Thankfully this location is great! They took their time washing my car and making sure to notice minor details. I will gladly go back!

Fast and easy car wash duri g the week weekends are very busy though

I have the monthly pass for my car washes, my car always leaves looking branding new. I have also used their tinting service on my last three vehicles. Excellent work.

Had a whole line of cars waiting with traffic backed up, only to come out and tell us it’s too cold so they’re closing. Why open then? Don’t waste our time and stay closed. All the other car washes are open. Get it together.

I did not have time to close the windows, I bathe, and one of the employees yelling at me to put the wipers on and I couldnt even see him because of the soap, very rude.
