Mr Ron was perfect he was there to help my family and i with our home rental. He took his time with explaining everything and told me to ask any questions that I have. The phone was disconnected and he called back to assure things was ok. We will be using him again .

Been with Ron about 3-4 years now. Excellent customer service. Mr. Ron and his wife as his secretary are an excellent team.I give them a 5 star rating.However, State Farm, the company and the underwriters, and the way they do thing I give State Farm a 4 stars.Would give a 5, if it wasnt for the underwriters practices and my daughters road side asst. being dropped because she uses it on average of 2 times a year which said unlimited. State Farm also dropped my road side asst on my vehicle as well, which Ive never used it before, just my daughter in her vehicle. I really didnt think that was fair on an old vehicle that would of course need repairs at times, therefore needing a towing to a shop.

Mr. Eaton is great! He helped me get a good quote even though I’m considered a first time driver. I really appreciate his help!!
