I have 6 packages that were due to arrive yesterday and got a message at 8 p.m. there was a technical difficulty, so back to ukiah they went from point arena. Today they came back over from ukiah to point arena and around 4 p.m. they said delivered to my front door. The issue is they were not delivered to my front door. I called and provided the tracking numbers and the man said the tracking numbers had one to many characters only 1:6 tracking numbers had 18#s the rest 19. He opened a claim and took my contact info so I could get a call back. Meanwhile where are my packages delivered to? What a mess. I could freaking cry right now.

Had a package that was supposedly delivered today @ 12:55pm on the front porch. My neighbor from 2 doors down pulled up in his car and brought me my package 2 hrs later. It was dropped off at his house 🤔

UPS the shipping department the guy was courteous very helpful and didnt cost me an arm and leg and I had like four packages to send off and I didnt wasnt aware that everything had to be in boxes now and mine was some wrapped in paper my bad but he helped me by putting extra tape on it all over it actually thankfully and mailed out my packages yay

The person who designed the caller response protocol must be a real piece of work. Smacks of holier than thou attitude and it is super unfriendly and very hard to deal with. In fact it has encouraged me even further down the fed ex road.UPS was always my go to delivery service but those days are gone along with any shred of human interaction.

Never get my packages when they are supposed to be delivered. I pay extra money so it ships faster, and it never arrives on the scheduled time. It’s annoying that I can’t pick a carrier, because I wouldn’t choose UPS.

The guys were very helpful, walked me through the computer and printing a label.

My recent experience at UPS was great. I had a complicated label/mailing issue. The UPS employee, Eric, was so helpful and knew just what to do. Several other customers were also assisted at the same time. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have better hours. I would like to see 9 to 5 business hours.

Quick and easy

They will not even answer their phones now. Cant get information about delivery. Not the way to handle business in a crisis like this. Bad Business when small business is counting UPS to come through.

Im not complaining about the workers but just the company. Dont ever use UPoS. If you mail anything to the coast, this is where it gets stuck. They dont have the infrastructure to compete.

Man talk about being swamped with customers and yet still being able to keep it together and get me the info I needed while deliveries were backed up cause of the fire.

After 22 years at same address, UPS STILL Fill fails to find my address so I have to drive an hr to their Ukiah store to pick up my package. Where FedX never has an issue finding my address

I have 2 missing packages, marked as delivered, signed for by the driver.1 package Thursday from Amazon1 package yesterday from WalmartI live on property, last time UPS was here was Wednesday. So they lied.I wanted my packages!!!

Employees are always nice and very helpful when I stop by. The wait time is often very minimum but even on their busiest days I have been able to get in and out in under 10 minutes.

The lady working there seems really nice my only issue is when I bring in my phone to be mailed out she told me that dont help you there are have to do it all at home so I had to go home and wait 5 days just to get it up a paired descend after Samsung Galaxy told me that they would help me that they would do it all there and print my label out they did not I Cannot say that she is not nice but I didnt get no help!

This is the most amazing service center, the people here have to be the most service oriented, kind and friendly people I have dealt with. If they sold ice in Alaska, I would buy it because of their way of treating the customer. I certainly recommend this establishment to anyone.

They are very unprofessional. Sometimes they steal your package other times they leave it at wrong address . Worst shipping company in town . The lady who answers phones for $13hr was very rude to me . Couldn’t give me any answers to my questions . Refused to give me a manager or tell me her name . UPS should be ashamed of this locations fraudulent practices. One time the driver stole a package, marked it as delivered, went home opened it . Realized it wasn’t worth anything, re taped the box and delivered it 2 days later . After I already made a claim. This ups needs new management and some employee customer service training

I ordered a item that was said to be delivered to my front door and signed for by driver...this item was never delivered that day as we were home all day. I called UPS and they referred me back to the sender because there is a process in which they must follow. Why is the driver signing for my package? They always deliver my neighbors items to my door by mistake. I had a similar situation with the Post Office and they investigated immediately and recovered my package. My recommendation is stay with the regular Post office because they will strive to find your item and UPS is just sorry there is nothing they can do!

Ups did not deliver the item. Waited all day did not come. I called Macys and they told me Ups returned the item today 2/22/2018 same day they supposed to deliver. I told macys i checked my security cameras NO Ups delivery came. Lazy delivery people!!! UPS sucks here in Ukiah Ca. Not the first time these things happens. I will make sure to not use Ups service again!!! Its a good thing Macys reported this incident to the management.
