Been waiting on a package for two days now has not updated in two days time has changed 2 times im getting sick of FedEx takeing its sweet time and not knowing how to so there job .

Yes I went to fedex to ask for a package they being putting in my old gmail

Our fed ex overnight delivery has been postponed twice. What was to have delivered on Friday was postponed until Monday and now postponed until Tuesday. Not acceptable. Overnight delivery is urgent.

Stop using FedEx. Its nearly impossible to get to talk to a human when! Andwhen you do get to speak to a human they just apologize for there incompetentance! Ive never had them actually help. Delivery and customer service are not there strong points. If at all possible avoid this company and save yourself a headache!!!

Impossible to speak to anyone. They hold my packages for months and claim they cant deliver them. But they come into my neighborhood atleast once a week. Even if you pay for expedited shipping thru your seller, FedEx will not honor it. Ive tried making claims to be reimbursed for the shipping payments Ive made because 2 day shipping to them is not even 1 week shipping. Horrible service and I recommend avoiding using FedEx at all costs in the lake county area

The young woman refused to try to find my package when I told her I was disappointed with the fact that I had no message on my cell nore did I get any email saying that instead of trying trying delivered my credit card in 24 hours as paid for and promised. I was not notifyed it had been sitting inthere office. She added insult to the situationwhen I asked for the third time I never recieved a tracking number because even after signing up with Fed ex after the 24 hours had passed I recieved no notification of were my new credit card was or what my tracking number was. The young red headed woman finally left my presence when I called the credit card company toaskfor the tracking number as I had tryedmany times and was unable to get it. I TV hought it showed very little initiative that she didnt attempt to go look for my letter that had my credit card considering I told her I had my name on it. My family owned 4 consumer based businesses my whole youth and I would have been fired if I had given that poor of service in our busnesses. Im very disappointed it took so long to get it I was out of gas and you cant by gas at Costco without your card. So I waited to drive until I got my card and it was a real inconvenience not getting it when promised.

Due dates mean nothing to fed ex. Took 2 1/2 days to reach california and 5 1/2 days to be delivered. 3 days past original due date.

Fedex is refusing to deliver to my address for no reason at all on 6 different orders. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They also lied to me. They will run you around in circles with no direct honest answers. Tampering with my mail.

Every time I have used fed ex they deliver to the wrong place, neighbors houses etc., This time rather than finding out the address instead of po box, they pulled up an old address and delivered there when we have moved hence the po box. They should have called for physical address if they dont deliver there.

Horrible! Lied about not having my package when I went in, called them 20 minutes after leaving and all of a sudden they do have my package... they had it all along, thank you for wasting my time and guess making two trips because of the incompetence👍🏽
