I hate this place. I dont get packages. Its not my regular mailman. Bring him back! The employees talk to much, and meanwhile the line is backed up out the door! Ridiculous.

Always helpful always smiling even when you go in there at closing, they help you anyways.

The men and women at our post office do a good job. What makes the Ukiah Post Office unique is the personable customer service. They are kind to everyone and keep the line moving along.

Post Master is rude, postman at the customer counter was rude. Long lines. Did not resolve our problem.

I have to say that thru the 6 years Ive lived here this group of postal service workers are on top of there game hands down! and very personable people that actually care and go way beyond what they are obligated to do and im greatful to have experienced just a little bit of there kindness

Always cheerful and helpful. Suggest great answers to shipping and mailing questions, and very efficient. Just really nice, customer oriented employees. I go there instead of the main post office because of this.

You know whats ludicrous having money being taken out of your paycheck to fund this organization, pay even more for shipping, only to be refused service after your package dont arrive in the mail. If I could I would give zero stars, boycott the United States Postal service as a result of such horrible customer service.

I am very confident theres a Thief working at this facility and it seems to me that nobody cares. I will never use USPS again and I hope some time this facility would care enough to try to catch there thief instead of protecting that person.

Third time in 4 months that ive had a problem. Had them say packages were delivered when they were not, and ive had problems with delivering packages that ive sent out.

Never had problems with usps before moving here. The delivery driver Tony Wang leave the mailboxes open. Sometimes decides he doesnt want to deliver, or just throws the package from his car. USPS doesnt care though they all know him hes been doing it for years and everytime I go in to pickup the packages he decided not to deliver they know it was him.

Steve, Joe and Vicki are awesome! Best customer service! Theyre helpful and remember people. I enjoy going and getting my packages and visiting with the crew!

It is not a dislike for the USPS as much as it used to be located in a bigger, older, historic building that they decided for whatever reason to abandon. It made it a special and pleasant trip to go before. Now that beautiful building stands there empty with a fence around it so no one can get into it and the trip to the post office is starchy and dull.

I had a horrible experience today at the orchard post office. I order a pair of shoes and it said my delivery was delivered on Saturday August 27. Iwas at work and unable to immediately go check the mail. I work late so I waited till Sunday morning to check the mail eager to try my new shoes and the package wasnt there. Because it was Sunday I had to wait until Monday (today) to figure out why I didnt receive my package. so I went into the post office and politely asked what had happened. The man at the front desk was extremely rude he was very short with me and acted as if he didnt want to help. So he went in the back and asked the mail carrier that delievered the package to come talk to me. The mail carrier was extremely rude as well and told me he put my package on top of the mail boxes and that it was no longer their responsibility. I asked him why he would just set it on top of the mailbox and feel like that would be ok. And he told me that the Business I get my mail sent to was responsible for putting the mail in each mailbox and delivering the packages to our house. Only problem was the Business was close so someone came up and stole my package. They were unsympathetic That I had been stole from and it was their fault. They basically told me to kick rocks because there was nothing they could do and once it was delivered it was no longer their responsibility to make sure I received my package safely. I spoke to a manager as well and she was unhelpful as well.

The clerk named Steve here has a real hostile bad attitude.

Very friendly, but the waiting is long, its understaffed, besides, some staff like to chat with customers, which slow down the service.
