I brought my phone here to have the screen repaired. I had purchased SquareTrade insurance and wasnt really sure what to expect. After I filed a claim, they allowed me to go to a local place to get the screen repaired. The young gentlemen were very professional and nice. When I walked into their office they had nice desks set up and I could see where they were working. I had a few questions, which they had the answers to. I felt comfortable leaving my phone with them because they really seemed like they knew what they were doing. When I got my phone back It was done so well. I was afraid that my camera may have been damaged and they said they would look at it for me. It wasnt, thank goodness. I am really happy with the result and the service. I wouldnt take my phone anywhere else to be replaced.

I really wish I would have looked into other reviews and specific complaints more thouroughly!! I saw that others had the same experience as me. After 3 days, I was told that my computer has a CPU issue and it wasnt worth repairing. I went to pick up my computer and it wasnt even screwed together. It was already down to bare bones with screws. I dropped off the computer with 4 screws and got it back with 3. There was grimy stuff all over my computer and an odd gray dust (looked nothing like the whitish dust that my own computer had accumulated over the years.) Even though I had already pried most of my computer apart myself, they still managed to do additional damage to the corners of my computer. I truly feel like they figured it was already falling apart so it didnt matter. That was the impression I got by how Aaron was talking about my computer. So, I got my computer back and it wouldnt do ANYTHING. I got frustrated and pulled it apart again myself. Come to find out, they left 3 cables unplugged. I was able to put them back in place and quickly realized that the problem, all along, was that one of the cables keeps coming unplugged. Unfortunately, they did not reconnect the keyboard, so now I dont have a keyboard and will have to pay a second time for someone to fix that. I am just beyond belief that a place that cant even spring for a few screws and returns your computer in such bad shape (and still charges you) is in business as a computer repair shop. I am absolutely flabbergasted and I really wanted to like this place as they kept touting their church affiliation. In all fairness, I havent called and talked to them about it yet but I am in such shock that I had to vent about it right away. Oh yeah, I can also run a diagnostic on my computer myself and I have no issues so how is it probably my CPU? And why do I need to pay more to know for sure when I was originally paying for a diagnostic and got no diagnosis? I am soooo upset about this!!

They were beyond amazing helping me. The most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered. Fixed the phone like new! We’re super helpful with my little girl, put on a tv show just for her. I’m beaming with joy after my experience with them.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to write this review. I live 40 minutes away from the business and called on 11/17/20 to ask about replacing the screen on my Galaxy S8. I was told they would have to order the part and it would arrive 3 days later (Friday the 20th). I was told they needed a $20 deposit to order the part. I was told they would call on Friday and I would drive down to have it repaired the same day. Fast forward to today, 11/25/20, and I have not heard from them. I called, explained the situation, and was told that nothing could be done until 11/30/20, when they expected to be able to speak with the employee who took my money. It was also implied that I signed paperwork indicating that the deposit is non-refundable. I want my money refunded right now.

From start to finish, they had such wonderful customer service and were empathetic to my situation. They were calm, understanding, and overall very generous. My iPhone 7 Plus stopped charging out of nowhere, and I started FREAKING out since I had not backed up my phone in such a long time. I thought my phone was giving out, and was literally dying and that I needed a completely new phone. I wanted a battery swap just so I would have enough battery juice to upload my all my data to iCloud. They took my phone and were going to start working on it, and turns out that my charging port needed a cleaning! Apple was going to charge me a ridiculous price for a battery swap, so I thought I should just spend that money locally. It was such a simple fix, that I did not need a battery swap whatsoever. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them to anybody having phone or computer troubles. They definitely know what they are doing! I will definitely go back to them again before going to Apple! (:

If anyone has a need for computer or cell phone issues, I would look no further than this local hotspot for tech help! I took my work phone in, and in just about an hour they had it finished for me! Pricing was competitive for any other screen replacement service, their slide scale for pricing was a nice touch, and service was understanding with my less than tech savvy knowledge. Service with a smile should be their catch phrase because I did not encounter one employee that was anything but happy to be there! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Never going there, just calling was a bad experience. All I needed was to purchase a tube of thermal paste, they only have it in bulk. Thats fine, I would happily pay for a small portion. A 3.5 gram tube usually costs 5 to 9 dollars. They would rather charge me 35 to 55 dollars to bring my system to them to apply a rice grain sized amount themselves. Just ridiculous. Potential customer totally lost.

I had problems with my computer for months which were highly annoying and non fixable until I met up with him and now the computer is working fantastically. They were able to repair the lens on my camera on my cell phone within the hour that I went shopping. I had gone to 3 different cell phone places and finally a man at staples in Ukiah recommend Mendo Technet. I found that not many places actually do cell phone repair without sending out.
