They ruined my gaming laptop. Came in with a physical problem, left with a ton of technical problems. I had to bring it back multiple times over the course of 2 weeks, and each time I got it back, it came home worse. They never aknowledged their mistakes or tried to reimburse the damage. I had to buy myself a new laptop- even though this one was only 2 years old- because it no longer updates drivers or the OS. Top it off with poor communication and them losing my phone number multiple times in this nightmare. If you want people who know what theyre doing who wont mess up your computer, go somewhere else.

I went in to get my computer fixed. They made it worse and they said they couldn’t fix it. Most people there are nuts. Ill never go back there. Except for the guys with the tattoos, I think his name is Brian and Craig they were the most helpful. Thanks guys. The rest of the team are incapable. Bad service

RespecTech cleaned up our computer and got it running faster. Weeks later we were hit with a malicious pop-up scam which disabled our computer. They generously helped get rid of it OVER THE PHONE. Im a big fan.

Dropped off two laptops and honestly couldnt feel any better about putting my machines and data into their hands. Great guys, hopefully my laptops are fixable!

Actually, ZERO stars.I wouldnt let these guys change a light bulb after my recent experience.Took my old laptop in as it had quit working. Got charged $235 for a new hard drive installed, which did not fix the problem. Wound up returning it twice, they had it for a month and couldnt figure out the problem.Turns out, if they had bothered to actually open the thing, the fan was jammed up with dust. It might well have survived if they had actually looked at it.NEVER again.

Saved me, I had to get a proposal in to fema and they needed it on a cdrw. Aaron came through like a champ. He also emailed me a important part of the proposal.Excellent.W

My first encounter with them a few years ago was great. But recently, I needed help asap and the young man who took my call said hed call me back and let me know what they could do. I never received a call back. Not good business practices.

I brought my apple laptop in for repair was charged to do a diagnostic, which would have been fine except that basically they didn’t tell me anything. I had asked for three things to be fixed 1. My speakers 2. My battery and 3. to tell me if my mother board was shorting out. The diagnostic said yep my battery should be replaced and there was nothing wrong with my speakers which I don’t believe. I never got an answer to my question about the mother board. I turn on music and the sound is horrible. I was under the impression that they were going to order parts to replace my speakers and battery. They didn’t and told me that they’d call me when the items came in. I have called a few times snd have heard nothing back. So I feel like I wasted the money I gave them to do the diagnostic. I’m back at square one. So yea don’t go to this place. Drive to another city. They don’t take care of their customers or follow thru with what they said they’d do.

Neither Respectful nor Techy. I brought a laptop for them to repair. Charged $80 Diagnostic fee, which is reasonable if it is appliedto the repair bill. They called me to tell me they could not fix it as it was not worth it. But they would be more than glad to keep my laptop and recycle it for me... (ASUS Republic of Gamers Laptop). I said no i would be in to get my computer.I asked what was wrong with it, they said they did not know. I asked for a refund of my diagnostic fee since they did not fix or diagnose my computer. They declined.I am writing this review on said laptop. I fixed it my self. It had some corrosion due to a water spill which i removed with a pencil eraser...I routinely game with this laptop. Supposedly a Christian business.

These guys are great. I run a small business in Ukiah with more tech than we can handle ourselves and use Respectech anytime we need help with computers, printers, servers or anything else. I’m writing a review today after lightning literally struck next to our shop and our servers, internet, and phone systems were all down. Phillip went above and beyond to take care of us as fast as possible and solved all problems to get us back up and running. Can’t say enough to show our appreciation for their services. Thanks guys.

I am amazed at the wonderful service I have received at Respect Tech. I have walked in three or four times with computer issues and have been helped right on the spot. My issue has been quickly resolved every time, many times it only took 10 minutes or so, and they did not require payment.I am so impressed with this place that I bought my most recent computer from them, and will always do so in the future. I also love their floor in the back room. Its see-through industrial grating so you can see all the cables running below. Easy to make a change if you need to.

These guys are the BEST! Phillip is my go to man and always resolves any issues I have. They truly care about their customers. The team they have assembled is gangbusters, smart, polite, and easy to work with. I highly recommend RespecTech for all your computer needs.

I cant say enough good things about these guys! They are awesome, and know exactly whats wrong in seconds, there prices are affordable and if you need a quiet place to study or meet a tutor it is definitely a great place.

They are great.

Not what im use to in a tech place. normally I fix my own stuff unless its serious. brought in my laptop once and after hearing one of the tech guys talk about how he is so awesome with computers and I need this and that otherwise my computer is gonna fry I ended up having to go barney mode with him so he could understand the problem with my computer. after all was said and done, the huge bill and week+ waiting I plan on just educating myself on how to fix that problem. rather fix it myself than pay another huge bill (or just not let my friend play on my laptop again lol)

VERY HAPPY with the tech services here. I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks. Once to have my APC surge protector/battery backup diagnosed. (Battery was good, unit was fried.) And the second time to fix my Surface Pro3’s problem with startup and address an “administrative failure” message. Both times the service was swift, accurate, considerate and generous. This team will be my first choice the next time I have a problem.

Very helpful and quick repair time

I purchased a universal power adapter, a media headset with microphone, and a router from this company 2 days ago. Today my Media Headset with microphone broke so I drove from Yorkville to Ukiah to return it. The technician tried to find a replacement but I had purchased the last one. He decided to ask the manager what to do. The manager told me that the only explanation for this problem was that someone must have yanked on the cord. The manager basically called me a liar when I told him I did not pull the cord out incorrectly and break the cord.I am an executive in the Medical Device Field. I would never call a customer a liar or lose a customer for $14 like the rude, and disrespectful manager of this company did today.I was very happy with the Technicians service the other day. I was also very happy with the woman who helped me the other day. But I am not used to being called a liar or receiving the type of poor customer service I received today.Maybe in this industry they have not been taught how much work, effort, and money it takes to develop customer relationships and create loyal customers. I spent over $100 at this business 2 days ago and the chump did not want to refund $14. Even if he could not refund the money he could have been more respectful!I was also considering spending another $375 on a used computer at this business!I am returning any item that has not been used as soon as possible. It would take a miracle for me to do business with this company again.I give the company 4 stars for the help I received from the human beings I dealt with the other day, but the chump brings the rating down to 1!After writing this review I found out that most of the reviews were 1s. The best computer service in the region.

Respectech was very responsive when my computer started bugging out and I thought I was going to lose everything. They had a technician look at it on the spot and perform a scan to find the root of the problem, which worked! They really are computer doctors!
