This location was poor quality and poor customer service.. when I called I was told to come look at a couch in stock bf they closed. they took my acct number and said theyd call by noon the next day was told the couch was mine.. I called the next day Saturday afternoon when they didnt call and was told a different salesman was taking care of it and would call me back.. Monday I called and they had no idea who I was..I would not recommend shopping at this store unless you want to just want to do a walk out and get some used furniture for new furniture prices.. thats what they do.. if youre looking for a deal or a clearance item, forget it all this store does is hustle people.. I really dont see this place surviving and hope the other store in Tyler dont do this type of business.. very un helpful in professionall and take you and your order as a number that likely will get swept under a table and all your time and drivetime etc is a waste. Not willing to stay a minute late to finish our order Friday evening... POOR SERVICE PEOPLE AND BE CAREFUL

You assume that you are ordering a new product. When the delivery guy brought it 2 1/2 hours later after calling that he was headed my way and took forever installing. I discover after he leaves the washer and dryer are used. Rubber marks inside dryer, made some awful noise when turned on. When I let them know, no one made it right. So the second call was to come get it. No one mentioned they were used. And there was no price adjustment for a used product. If I wanted used I would’ve went to Marketplace. Not pay outrageous financing fees. Im still waiting on them to pick their used merchandise up. Maybe they are use to dealing with people who don’t care. I will never use them again.

Came in yesterday to purchase some furniture. I asked the representative if there was anything new for me to buy. Instead of showing me what was available, he proceeded to tell me that I could come back on Thursday or Friday when a truck comes in to pick from the used furniture to be able to give me a better deal. I don’t appreciate being offered used furniture when that’s not what I asked you for. You didn’t even bother to show me what was available in the store and lastly, you assumed that I could only afford something used. Not a good way to do business. Very disappointed.

Hector is the manager here? He seemed super nice over the phone and even via text. When I came in he was in the office and sent someone else to assist me who seemed new because he kept asking him if he knew how to do this and that. He kept coughing and leaving the computer to get a drink blaming it on the computer being slow. Hector never addressed me as far as speaking evening though he had set up the application. He didn’t say anything to me until he co worker mentioned a auto pay, which I have no issue with, but the dudes tone was OFF. I told he hector never told me about a auto pay and he said well it is one, I said hector never advised me and he can hear me telling you he didn’t. He then tells me WELL I DONT KNOW THE CONVO... and here comes hector, what is it? I said you never told me about auto pay, he said yes I did. We talked about it. He did NOT, all the convos about money where via messages. None of them mention auto pay. I did tell you, I’m pretty sure I did but whatever I didn’t.. at this point his tone and demeanor have caught me off guard because he is BODLY being rude and didn’t even know I was recording him. His co worker is standing behind home smirking like a clever beaver, and hector is just being rude. I tell them I feel more Comfortable doing business at the other store, can you make sure that they have the laptop since that is apart of your job. He flat out says I’m busy but you can call. I ask for corporate and he says it’s on the wall, I point my phone up there and clear as day it’s NOT a number so instead of telling me he makes me wait while he finds the sign in a back office and hangs it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE AND I Advise you to look else where...

I used to work for this company. Save yourself the trouble and choose another location the manager will never fix any issues. He says he will and never does. A poor reflection on the company which was great to work for unfortunately. They never fix anything, I co tinue to pay for products that dont work and am switching to a better location. I offered them the chance to fix it and they never do.

I understand renting or rent to own, do what you have to do- BUT beware with this store - my plan, in which I followed through- pay off within 3 months with set price and ended up paying more then what was agreed upon. Not mention I was setup on auto pay, the manager very rude- kept telling me “if I had looked at my receipts I would see the taxes” seriously I dont get receipts its AUTO PAY— He says it like 3x’s, just keep it real you pocketed that money but its all good. Oh, after paying for it, still charged me for a payment and when called the lady says I don’t see it bring a bank statement and still kept my bank card on file- go up there and another guy associate says yes’mam I see it, reinmbursed my money takes off my bank card apologizes for the inconvenience- don’t know his name but he seems to be the only honest guy there. Never again—If I have to rent again it will not be at this store.
