Whats has happened?? The equipment is fine. The employees are look homeless and not anyone Id seek help finding a job. This is so odd and discouraging in job search. Security is awesome! Hes super nice and helpful. East Texas needs to clean it up and get serious about people in the community looking to them for help. What a shame.

Security guy is so rude and unprofessional. He literally close the door on me and cussed me out when I asked for the name of his supervisor!!! There is clearly a sign at the entrance that states NO PROFANITY and this is coming from a STATE employee who had the IQ of a box of rocks!

What i can say is they are really helpful, every person is different so they take time with each individual at their own needs What ever that is. 🤗

Unfortunately I needed an appointment.

Just not super helpful. I had to go to a class there for my unemployment. They taught us how to fill out all the online forms, which I had done 2 weeks earlier. The lady looking over my online profile was impressed that I had as much filled out as I did, and still had no job matches. I think their job entry department needs to work on getting more leads online faster. When a just did show up, I had applied for it 2-3 days prior. 2-3 days counts when they could have hired someone before I even knew about the job.
