I had a tv go out on me and contacted Verison Protect my insurance. They sent my service request to Cantley’s and they communicated with me immediately. Got the part ordered in a timely manner and got it installed very professionally. They brought the correct tools and a work space to make the repair in my home in a professional manner that made me very happy. Thank you for the service and for getting my tv fixed. Best Buy/Geek Squad keeps scheduling me appointments to get my television repaired with this business and they dont show up and every time I call no one answers the phone and when I try to leave a voice mail the inbox is always full. They already missed 3 appointments and now they want me to schedule a 4th. I cant ask for more days off work just to wait for these guys and never show up again.

Helped me replace the panel on my TV, dealt with Brandt he was incredibly helpful, very respectful and professional. Took a little while for them to get the replacement part in but once they did they were very prompt in scheduling a service appointment. Thought I was up a creek with my broken product but Cantleys really came through for me, great service.
