I do not write reviews unless I am impressed and Not only was I VERY Impressed but this place pretty much saved me. My computer broke down and I do e-commerce online so my computer is pretty much my life line. I first went to another place but they said it could be 3-5 days which would be devastating. I then came to the clone shop and right away he told me to bring it in and took a look. After about 3 hours or so he was able to get my computer up and running. Had to reset/refresh the C drive and even backed everything up for me which was awesome because I have photos of my son and I which I would have lost. The cost was really great, fair and worth every penny! If you have any problems with your computer I highly recommend this place! Thank you again for the amazing service and able to get me back to work in the same day!

Charlie & his team are second to none. As soon as I told him my issue he knew exactly what the problem was, how to fix it & how much it would cost before I left his store. Unparalleled service...unlike those big box geek fixes. Do not take your computers anywhere else.

My husband took his computer to The Clone Shop for the first time today.Charles fixed his computer on the spot while also helping other customers on the spot as well! What a find! Also, less than $50! Weve never experienced such amazing computer service!

The Awesomeness of Charlie.This Gentleman has saved my life countless times. Not only has he built machines for me, but fixed um every time I messed them up. Most times he would fix and shoo me out the door with no charge. I can not say enough good about these folks. They are a blessing and I will not take my computer elsewhere for any reason. I had an awful time with the Best Buy Geek Squad transferring data to a new computer. I struggled with issues for two weeks. Then I went and saw Charlie at the Clone shop and it was refreshing to have someone who knew what they were doing and he fixed me up quickly too! They met with me right away the two times I went - what took hours and hours and days elsewhere, they fixed me up in two 1/2 hour sessions. I am so grateful to have found them! I didnt have to leave my computer for days and they worked with me at the front counter. A great place especially if you need your computer for work and cant be without it for long! Very reasonable and competent. Save yourself a lot of stress and try them out!

I had heard good things of Charlie at the Clone Shop for many years. I used him for the first time this week on a really high end computer that I had used at home for 8 years. Its hard to find parts to fix old computers, I told him to just fix it and he did. I couldnt be happier, he did a great job, the computer came back clean and working like a top. I highly recommend the Clone Shop for your computer repair.

In addition, I have purchased a number of computers there and found them to be very price competitive as well as extremely helpful in advising me as to what is the best computer for my particular applications.

Charlie has built my home computers for 20 years. He’s honest, reliable, fair, and fast. I would say if Charlie can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed.

Great group of helpful smart people

I have used the Clone Shop on 3 or 4 different occasions over the past 7 or 8 years, with issues that seemed insurmountable, and each time, within a day, Charlie had me up and running with the problem solved. I’m taking a hard drive in again today, after Microsoft Help spent 6 hours “helping” me to the point that I can’t use it at all. I have no doubt it will get fixed and the memory of yesterday’s fiasco will fade away. Maybe. Should have taken it to the Clone Shop first.*****added note: Charlie knew what I didn’t, that there is a conflict between the new Windows update and Avast causing the problem, he’s already seen it and he can fix it! So yay Clone shop!
