ETVSoftware delivered excellent repair service for my wifes Dell laptop computer. I trusted my gut not to let the few low reviews deter me from choosing them to look at and estimate my repairs. From the time I was greeted in the lobby by the ladies at the front to the excellent status updates from my Technician Luke, I knew I was in good hands here. The pricing was very fair and in my case they worked with me regarding my own purchased parts that was not used. This review is not based on my feelings but the excellent service and all around experience I had. I highly recommend giving this business a chance if you want your equipment repaired correctly and in a timely matter.

Had a small snafu with drywall but their cable installation fit the bill. Appreciated that they were able to do it on my timetable as well.

The only reason they are getting two stars is both for the nice gentleman I dealt with Saturday, and the kind lady I spoke to on the phone Monday. I elected not to have my repairs made, paid my fee and picked up my computer today, only to be met with a girl who acted like I had the plague, and how dare I approach her with my proper face mask and my six feet of social distancing. I am a service writer and deal with the public, and techs every day. I am regularly monitored for COVID as a precaution of my profession and did not appreciate the pretentious attitude one bit. We are all trying to maintain these new rules and guidelines, but turning your nose up at me is a quick way to never get my business ever again.

They fixed my computer when four other businesses said it couldnt be done. These guys are the best! Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend!

Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Called them up they gave me an estimate and in few days had my laptop back in working order. Hard drive had gone out and ended up upgrading to 970evo plus, and the difference is astronomical. Last week my computer crashed. My attitude crashed with it. I started a google search and found ETV Software in Tyler, TX. I called and was assured their tech would be able to fix my computer. He did! I took it in on a Thursday and picked it up on Friday. My hard drive was the problem. It was replaced and he increased the memory on my HP AIO PC. He also loaded the latest version of Windows 10. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

They replaced the screen on my touch screen laptop. They worked with me to get the right part ordered and I kept the computer in the meantime. When they called that the part was in I dropped off the laptop apx 10 in the morning and picked it up late that afternoon. Kirk did a super job! Frankly it feels more solid than it did before the screen was broken. Very reasonable price compared to the same replacement in another state two years ago.

This was my first time using ETV and they were awesome. I dropped my computer off on my lunch and by 5pm it was ready for me to pick up. Clint and the other staff were really nice and the price was VERY reasonable.

Just went there today, and wow the service is incredible. Ive been having issues with my computers for days, and once I brought my computer in they were able to fix the problem shortly after I dropped my computer off. I was having an issue with the hard drive in my laptop. The service here was excellent, affordable, and incredibly fast! I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of quick computer related solutions.

Dropped off a PC for diagnosing. I wasnt sure it was salvageable so I had no expectations. Before dropping it off I booted and checked it was still having issues. Their tech told me it wouldnt boot, that was a lie. Instead of attempting anything I was suggested to buy a new PC from them. I dont think these people are trustworthy thats my two cents. By the way their hourly rate of 100 is pretty high shop around and save.

I have them on a maintenance program for my office. They do a fantastic job and keep all of my computers running properly. They are very honest people. I recommend them to everyone

Nice a nice techshop that does a little bit of everything. Having been in the back i can tell you that these guys know what theyre doing. From server building to pc repair, all the way to website development and developing and online presence for your business, these guys are great.Oh and quotes are free, yeah thats right you dont pay a cent till they actually start working on the pc.

The fact that the person I started out with and quoted me a price, had since left in the time my wife and I had left our laptops, the price was different when arriving to get laptops, the management lady adjusted the price while one of the team explained everything about what they did, total professionals, polite, and a pleasure to talk to ( even though I may not have been when seen price difference), WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND ETV TO EVERYONE
