We had a lot of errands that morning, and needed to get an oil change as one of them.. We were online and calling to try to find a place that was open, and/or not an hour or longer wait time…. By this time I was frustrated and was ready to put an oil change off for the day….. Then I called Grease Monkey … THERE WAS NO WAIT TIME..and THE BAY WAS OPEN…. The gentleman who answered the phone, had an awesome outgoing attitude…it gave me hope I was going to get it done… about a 30 min drive to get my Oil changed with the hopes of no LONG WAIT TIME… When I pulled in the customer service was the same as it sounded on the phone…The employees were FREAKING AWESOME. They got right to work, provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPEEDY SERVICE, and Great community between each other with what they were doing…. When it’s time for another oil change.. I will drive the hour just to have the same service again….. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!!!

The guys are very polite, professional, and they get the job done, fast. They recommend items that need to be replaced, and help to keep your vehicle running smoothly. I’ve been a customer at the Chandler,Tx location for over 16 years. I have my state inspections done there, and have had my tires rotated too. I highly recommend this business, and appreciate the reasonable fees they charge. The guys work hard and deserve some recognition for their services!

As I didnt get oil change before I left for a 900 mile trip, thought it best to have it done while I was at my destination. Went to GREASE MONKEY and was very pleased with the professional way the attended to the job at hand. Very polite, explained what he was doing, and DOUBLE CHECKED as he went. Would go to GREASE MONKEY AGAIN.

Went in for safety sticker. After checking our car, we were told the computers for Texas safety stickers were down all over the state. They refunded our money. Went back the next day and was in and out in just a few minutes. Will definitely use them for oil changes and other services as needed.

My grandson took the car in for an oil change. I have used Grease Monkey twice before. They put a high mileage oil in the car and said thats what I had used the prior change, which is incorrect. This is a second car and is not a high mileage vehicle. My husband called and got an explanation that the manager wasnt there. You have lost a customer.

The only good thing about this place was the mechanic and he left the company. Extremely poor in my oppinion.

While driving home for Christmas yesterday, I got a notice that my tire pressures were low as well as my washer fluid. I pulled in the next morning hoping they were open. I was greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen. They then promptly addressed all of that and even told me I didn’t owe anything. Wouldn’t even take a tip. Top notch service! Will definitely come back.

Horrible service and overpriced. They wanted to charge $30 more for Mobil 1 full synthetic with additives that would make it last for 10K miles versus 5K. Last time I checked, Mobil 1 full synthetic was good for 10k anyway. Couldnt really explain the difference between the two. Pulled the your cabin air filter needs to be changed, only an additional $30 when Im pretty sure that filter only cost about $12-$15 at parts store, no thank you. Got the car back with grease all over the hood and driver side door. Opened the hood and found that the air box cover was loose. Checked the glovebox and sure enough, the plastic cover that goes over the cabin air filter wasnt reinstalled either.

A nice, new, clean place well located with fair prices and a good staff. Why 4 stars? Their sticker has my mileage not the odometer reading where I need to return. Thats my only complaint, but I simply am unconfident as to when I return. Customer first guys.

I will never attempt to use this place again. Multiple bad experiences. Seems like they are only interested in excuses as to why they can’t do there job.

My husband went for an inspection this morning and they broke the bug shield on the front of the truck when they closed the hood. The man my husband talked to said they did not do anything wrong. My husband is 60 years old with heart problems and on disability, now we have to repair something that was not broken before we went there. Will not ever go there again. Horrible customer service!!!!!

Ended up paying $50 for an inspection that should have cost $7.Went in for an inspection, was told my vehicle would not pass unless I bought new windshield wipers from them due to the ends of my wipers being torn slightly. He showed them to me and it literally had to be a half an inch or so. 3 days prior I had driven 5 hours in rain and they didn’t leave one streak...worked perfectly. I went ahead and bought them so I could pass, and made the comment “there should be a minimum tear length or something to fail because these wipers are good.” He even said I know I agree. After leaving I noticed that he stated in the notes on my receipt that they were torn more than an inch on either side...not even close man. These guys are apparently just trying to up-sale people. They are very convenient to my house and I would have probably used them for future oil changes/work but not anymore.

I waited for 30 minutes to get checked in. That turned into 40 mins. I get that its black friday, but dont tell me to pull into a bay and forget about me or check on me.Thats terrible customer service.
