Lance Nichols was great with communication and answering all of our questions regarding the lease of our new Honda. We live 2 hours away and he was very helpful getting it all started by phone and he even had our car waiting for us when we arrived to the dealership. He even came in on his day off for us. We are very happy and we will be back when we are ready for our next Honda.

The over all service is great. But as a customer who is waiting on her car in Lincoln at times I have to use the bathroom and every time I seem to get ready to go or take my child there is a white sales lady in the Lincoln building who Seems as if she rushes to the bathroom before we make it to just sit in there until we decide to use the men’s one or our car gets done so we can leave. At first I thought she just might have to use the bathroom but it became an every time we visit the shop situation. I can hold mine but for my child to have to use the men’s restroom because an employee feels her needs are more important than a child/customer every time is just rude. (Remind you we are black)

I took my car in for service for a recall. The process was easy. When I picked up the car, the service person carefully explained what they had done and provided the paperwork of the service provided.

Bad the sold certified vehicle to me and wast not tires bad no antifreeze tire sensor bad. Them y trying to trade in and the tell me all that and y saying that’s way y get from y’all. Drive it on for 6k miles Only. And the check my credit just to lower my inquiries bad. Real and the mad because y don’t take it the truck

Just a routine oil change service, while you wait, about 30 minutes. Very professional and very upfront. The only thing better is having another car like a Tesla that does not need any routine service.

Ive only had service done at this dealership and everytime Ive gone the staff have been super friendly and they dont try and sell you services you dont need. They are quick and very efficient.

Sam Price went above and beyond to fill our wish list on our new car. We took what we wanted in to him Friday afternoon; about 3 hours later, he called and said they found the car, and that it would be prepped and ready Saturday afternoon at 3PM. All along the way, he kept us updated about the status via calling personally or texting. We were there at 3PM Saturday, and the car was ready to go - exactly the one we wanted. Sam walked us through all the new features, and made sure we knew how to contact him in the future with further questions. He also invited Devon, the service manager, to spend some time with us concerning maintenance requirements. The next time we are in the market for a new car, we will directly contact Sam Price for future cars.
