I deal with Travis at United AG. he does a great job finding out the customers needs and works to satisfy those needs! Mr Bart and Rick as service mgr and advisor respectively work to get your equipment repairs done in a timely manner. my wife and I have had 2 JD pieces of equipment serviced there and have purchased 4 pieces of equipment from them over the last year. recommend dealing with them either buying or servicing equipment.

They have great people working there. I get it. John Deere has great products. Frontier sells stuff through them but pricing is at the John Deere rate. I broke a bolt on a 3 point finish mower that held on the blade. 17.00 for a bolt and a week for them to get it there. Add shipping, it was over 30.00 for a shoulder bolt. The washer that went with it got lost in the grass and I was told it was expensive as well any there was no ETA as to when I could get it. I used my metal detector to find 5he washer in 10 minutes. Im sure with separate shipping I was looking at over 50.00 for a bolt and washer. The people at United Ag and turf are a pleasure to deal with. The 3 times I did have a problem with my E series tractor they came through at no charge. (1, I lost a key, 2 a hydraulic steering line burst because it was installed with the bend of the line too close to the front tire, and 3 something fell of the frontier 3 pt mower causing a bent blade). I use them for lubricants and tune up supplies, they even take back the used oils so they dont stack up around my shop.

You could not find a better shop to get parts and service for your John Deere tractor. Always professional, helpful people to fill your every need. And some you dont know you have!

Best equipment dealer around! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my equipment fixed and me back on job in record time. Travis is exceptional to say least.

Regarding the repair section. Not the sales staff: Expect to wait and pay exorbitant amounts for their work. $107 dollars an hour for repair I find it really hard to justify.

Best john deere parts house. Always going the extra mile.

People were not friendly but I did get what I needed. Nobody smiles? Like robots. What do you want? What do you need now? Is that it? Sad? Im standing there with card in hand to get my Jonh Deere Tractor ready for summer!!!!!

I had a tractor on my trailer in their parking lot and nobody would get out of their chair to come look at what I needed. Told me to come back in 4 to 5 months.

Overall a good company with quality products, but they dont always do what they state they will do (especially related to servicing of equipment).

Had the parts I needed, and at a great price.

Great customer service and they sell John Deere equipment, so five stars.

Needed a part for my tractor that wasnt a usually stocked item. They ordered it in on Monday and had it in on Thursday. Only gave it a 4 star because I have to drive 50 miles to get there.

Bought my tractor here. Once they got their money, they quit treating me as a customer. I gave an extra star only because they made a warranty repair without issue.Tried to buy accessories for tractor and no one wanted to return my call. I went to fish and still and they were glad to sell me several thousands dollars worth of equipment.

Basically everything I have is JD. Zero, tractor, equipment, these guys are very helpful, actually the parts are same or cheaper at 155 agpower than the other tractor/farm supply stores. And if you dont spend a little more for the 4in1 bucket for your front end loader, you are missing out. Ill never buy a regular bucket ever again.. thanks Mr. Roach.
