I used them when refinancing my house and was told my funds would be deposited on a certain day. When they were not I had to call them to find out what was going on. I was told I needed to go down and initial some paperwork again due to the holiday. I got to the office on my lunch and the front desk gal was polite but had no clue what I was talking about then had to look up my file. I had to call the office again to confirm nothing else was needed and was told the funds would be there by end of day. Here I sit with no funds in my account! Extremely unprofessional that I had to reach out on something they should have caught days ago and then to be lied to again about when things will be deposited!

Not a customer, but I’m a delivery driver. The crooked employees lied and said they were someone they weren’t, I had gone to the wrong office and rather than correcting me, they just took the order. This turned into such a headache for me and I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket to replace the order for the actual customer. If these people are dumb enough to do that, I wouldn’t trust them with finances.

Lady that drive black Volkswagen bug around town with logo title one, needs to go take driving safety course, wrecless driving,no turn signal,cut vehicles off. Running me off the road on my motorcycle 2 times in less than 10 min on Washington street.

Communication between all parties was not regular or always clear. Closing was delayed several days. After papers were signed the lender requested more documentation before allowing funds to flow. That meant delaying things over the weekend. Also several different persons at the title company were involved which we feel contributed to some confusion. When the sale was finalized on Monday the sellers cheque was deposited to the wrong bank. We were able to reverse the transaction right away but another delay as well. Once the manager Jessica got involved things did get more on track and she was a great help.The in-house barista is very good....
